when the seat is in the unfolded state, under the action of the first elastic member 45, one end of the first locking member 41 is inserted into the first locking hole 11 of the seating part 1, so that the lower end of the lower backrest 2 cannot move relative to the seating part 1; under the action of the second elastic member 65, one end of the second locking member 62 is inserted into the second locking hole 241 on the upper side of the lower backrest portion 24, so that the upper backrest portion 25 and the lower backrest portion 24 cannot move up and down relatively, and thus the seat is locked in the unfolded state.
When the seat is to be folded, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the driving device 7 at the upper end of the upper backrest 25 is operated, the second locking mechanism is unlocked through the steel wire, and then the upper backrest 25 is pushed downwards, so that the upper backrest 25, the second locking member 62, the second driving member 61 and the second connecting seat 5 can move downwards relative to the lower backrest 24 together; when the backrest 2 moves to a certain distance, the pushing portion at the lower end of the second connecting seat 5 extends into the accommodating cavity 441 of the first connecting seat 44 to push the first driving member 42 to move downward, and under the action of the first inclined surface 422 of the first driving member 42, the first pin 43 moves along the long slot 443 of the first connecting seat 44 in the direction away from the sitting portion, so as to drive the first locking member 41 to move together toward the side away from the sitting portion 1 until the first locking member 41 disengages from the first locking hole 11 of the sitting portion 1, the first locking mechanism is unlocked, and at this time, the whole backrest 2 can move backward relative to the sitting portion 1. So that the lower side of the backrest 2 moves backward relative to the sitting portion 1, and the front upper end of the supporting member 3 also moves backward along with the rotation (as shown in fig. 10); when the lower end of the backrest 2 moves to the position where the backrest 2 can not move backward, the backrest 2 rotates forwards and downwards, the support 3 is driven by the backrest 2 to rotate downwards until the backrest 2 can not rotate any more, at this time, the backrest 2 and the support 3 are both close to the sitting part 1, and the seat is completely folded (as shown in 11 and 12).
Preferably, a third locking hole 242 (as shown in fig. 3) is provided on the wall portion of the lower backrest portion 24 on the same side as the second locking hole 241, and one end of the second locking member can extend into the third locking hole 242, so that when the upper backrest portion 25 moves downward to unlock the first locking mechanism, under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic member 65, one end of the second locking member 62 passes through the through hole 251 and then is inserted into the third locking hole 242, thereby locking the seat in the folded state, and thus, the unfolding of the folded seat during the transportation process can be avoided, thereby facilitating the transportation. When the folded seat is to be unfolded, the second locking hole 241 on the upper side of the lower back 24 is operated, so that the second locking member 62 is disengaged from the third locking hole 242 as the second locking mechanism is unlocked, and the backrest 2 is rotated in the reverse direction.
Correspondingly, a lower through hole corresponding to the third locking hole 242 is formed in a side wall of the lower side of the inner tube 8, so that the second locking member 62 can pass through the lower through hole once and then extend into the third locking hole 242 when the seat is folded.
In this embodiment, preferably, the seat further includes a canopy seat 9 disposed on the upper backrest portion 25, and a canopy 91 with one end pivoted to the canopy seat 9, in the folding process of the seat, when the upper backrest portion 25 moves downward until the lower end of the canopy seat 9 abuts against the upper end of the fixing member 83, the upper backrest portion 25 cannot move downward, and at this time, the first locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, so that the backrest 2 can move backward relative to the sitting portion 1. If the inner tube 8 and the fixing seat 83 are not provided, when the upper backrest 25 moves downward until the lower end of the canopy seat 9 abuts against the upper end of the lower backrest 24, the upper backrest 25 cannot move downward any more, and the first locking mechanism is also in an unlocked state. Therefore, the operation is more visual, and the operator can more conveniently master the operation time. To reduce the folding volume, the canopy strip can be rotated in the direction of the backrest 2 to approach the backrest 2. The connection of the canopy seat 9 and the canopy strip 91 is well known in the art and is not the point of the present invention, and therefore will not be described herein.
The utility model also discloses a baby carriage, and the seat is arranged on the baby carriage.
