The invention discloses a vertical spiral upper auxiliary machine system, which comprises: a dust removal unpacking hopper; the spiral feeding assembly is arranged at a discharge port of the dedusting unpacking hopper and comprises a first horizontal spiral feeding pipe, a vertical spiral feeding pipe and a second horizontal spiral feeding pipe which are sequentially communicated; and the feeding port is communicated with the spiral feeding assembly and used for receiving materials, weighing the materials, and feeding the materials into the internal mixer through the discharging port by the discharging barrel. The vertical spiral upper auxiliary machine system has the advantages of small volume and small floor area; the sealing performance is good; the rotating speed is high, and the conveying can be rapidly and uniformly carried; the bearing weight is large, and the safety and the reliability are realized; the adaptability is strong, and the position arrangement of the material inlet and the material outlet is flexible; the installation and maintenance are convenient, and the service life is long; automatic weighing, automatic calibration, realization automated production, real time monitoring and record can realize coordinated control with other equipment.

a vertical spiral upper auxiliary machine system comprising: a dust removal unpacking hopper; the spiral feeding assembly is arranged at a discharge port of the dedusting unpacking hopper and comprises a first horizontal spiral feeding pipe, a vertical spiral feeding pipe and a second horizontal spiral feeding pipe which are sequentially communicated; and the feeding port is communicated with the spiral feeding assembly and used for receiving materials, weighing the materials, and feeding the materials into the internal mixer through the discharging port by the discharging barrel.
Furthermore, the vertical spiral feeding pipe is perpendicular to the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe and the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe which are connected with the two ends.
Further, the weighing device is communicated with a second horizontal spiral feeding pipe in the spiral feeding assembly.
Furthermore, a rapping blanking device is fixedly arranged on the weighing device and is used for rapping materials in the weighing device so as to enable the materials to be thrown out completely.
Further, a valve is arranged at a discharge port of the weighing device, and the weighed materials are put into the internal mixer by opening the valve.
And further, the auxiliary machine system comprises a control system, and the control system is connected with the spiral feeding assembly and is used for controlling the spiral feeding assembly to feed or stop feeding.

For better understanding of the objects, structure and functions of the present invention, a vertical screw up-drive system according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, it is a vertical spiral upper auxiliary machinery system of the present invention, which is arranged on a rubber production line, is communicated with the whole production line, and can realize linkage automatic control. The upper auxiliary machine system comprises a dust removal unpacking hopper 1 and a spiral feeding assembly, wherein the dust removal unpacking hopper 1 is used for receiving materials, and the spiral feeding assembly is communicated with a discharge hole of the dust removal unpacking hopper 1.
Further, the spiral feeding component comprises a first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2, a vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 and a second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4 which are sequentially communicated, the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2 and the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4 are in a horizontal shape, and the vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 is in a vertical shape. The vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 is vertical to the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2 and the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4 which are connected with the two ends. The first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2 is arranged at the bottom of the dedusting unpacking hopper 1 and is used for receiving materials; the vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 is communicated with a discharge hole of the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2, and the vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 is used for lifting materials conveyed by the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2 at the bottom to the top and conveying the materials to the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4.
Further, the upper auxiliary machine system includes weighing device 5 for weigh the material, weighing device 5 is linked together with the discharge gate of second horizontal spiral conveying pipe 4, and the material is in proper order from removing dust to unpack fill 1 and through first horizontal spiral conveying pipe 2, vertical spiral conveying pipe 3, the horizontal spiral conveying pipe 4 entering weighing device 5 of second, when weighing device 5 weighed the material of the good weight of the predetermined control, stops the pay-off, accomplishes a pay-off process.
Furthermore, a rapping blanking device 51 is fixedly arranged on the weighing device 5, and acts on the weighing device 5, so that the materials in the weighing device 5 can be completely thrown out. And the control system is connected with the spiral feeding assembly and is used for controlling the spiral feeding assembly to feed or stop feeding.
The operation of a vertical screw up-run auxiliary machine system of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
starting a control system, unpacking the material at the dedusting and unpacking hopper 1 by an operator, and pouring the material into the dedusting and unpacking hopper 1; the materials are transmitted to a vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 through a first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2 at the lower part of a dedusting unpacking hopper 1; the vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 starts to lift materials, then the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4 sends the materials into the weighing device 5, and when the weighing device 5 weighs the materials with the preset weight controlled by the control system, the control system controls the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe 2, the vertical spiral feeding pipe 3 and the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe 4 to stop feeding.
The valve at the lower interface of the weighing device 5 is opened, the weighed material is put into the internal mixer through the rapping blanking device 51 on the weighing device 5, and finally the valve at the lower interface of the weighing device 5 is closed. And repeating the above actions in sequence and circularly.

the spiral feeding component is arranged at a discharge hole of the dedusting unpacking hopper (1) and comprises a first horizontal spiral feeding pipe (2), a vertical spiral feeding pipe (3) and a second horizontal spiral feeding pipe (4) which are communicated in sequence; and
and the feeding port of the weighing device (5) is communicated with the spiral feeding assembly and is used for receiving materials, weighing the materials, and feeding the materials into the internal mixer through the discharging port of the discharging barrel (6).
2. The vertical spiral upper auxiliary machine system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical spiral feeding pipe (3) and the first horizontal spiral feeding pipe (2) and the second horizontal spiral feeding pipe (4) connected with both ends are arranged vertically to each other.
3. A vertical screw up-run machine system according to claim 1, characterised in that the weighing device (5) is in communication with the second horizontal screw feed pipe (4) in the screw feed assembly.
4. A vertical screw up-and-down machine system according to claim 1, characterised in that a rapping blanking device (51) is fixedly arranged on the weighing device (5) for rapping the material in the weighing device (5) to enable the material to be fully thrown out.
5. A vertical screw up-run machine system according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge opening of the weighing device (5) is provided with a valve, by opening of which the weighed material is charged into the internal mixer.
6. The vertical screw upper auxiliary machine system according to claim 1, wherein the upper auxiliary machine system comprises a control system, and the control system is connected with the screw feeding assembly and is used for controlling the screw feeding assembly to feed or stop feeding.

A vertical screw upper auxiliary machine system according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper auxiliary machine system comprises a control system, the control system is connected with a rapping blanking device (51), and the rapping blanking device is controlled by the control system to realize the corresponding material feeding into the internal mixer according to the weight of the material.
