Abstract
The invention relates to rice cake cutting equipment, in particular to fixed-length rice cake cutting equipment. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to design a fixed-length rice cake cutting device which does not need manual cutting during cutting, can save labor and can cut rice cakes with consistent length every time. The invention provides a rice cake cutting device with fixed length, which comprises: a frame on which a rice cake cutting assembly is arranged; and the pressing assembly is arranged on the rice cake cutting assembly. The rice cake cutting device cuts rice cakes through the matching operation of the rice cake cutting component and the pressing component, so that the effect of cutting the rice cakes is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to rice cake cutting equipment, in particular to fixed-length rice cake cutting equipment.
Background
The rice cake is a traditional food of Chinese nationality and belongs to a season food of the new year of the lunar calendar. The rice cake is steamed by glutinous rice or rice flour with large viscosity, and the rice cake is specially eaten in spring festival and many areas of China. The new year cake has three colors of red, yellow and white, symbolizes the gold and silver, is also called as the new year cake, is harmonious with the high of the new year, and implies that the height of the child is improved one year compared with the height of the new year. After the rice cake is made, the whole rice cake is usually in a long strip shape, and the rice cake needs to be cut into blocks with consistent length.
At present, the mode of cutting whole rice cake is usually cut by artifical handheld cutter, and above-mentioned mode is owing to be artifical manual cutting when cutting, and the size of cutting the rice cake is different easily, leads to easily that some is ripe when cooking has some circumstances not ripe to take place to need the manual work to cut when the cutting, comparatively consume the manpower.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fixed-length rice cake cutting device which does not need manual cutting during cutting, can save labor, and can cut rice cakes with consistent length every time.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
In order to overcome the defects that the rice cake is easy to cut in different sizes during cutting in the mode, manual cutting is needed during cutting, and labor is consumed, the invention provides the fixed-length rice cake cutting equipment which is used for cutting rice cakes without manual cutting, can save labor and has consistent cut length each time.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a fixed-length rice cake cutting device, which comprises a frame, wherein a rice cake cutting assembly is arranged on the frame; and the pressing assembly is arranged on the rice cake cutting assembly.
Preferably, the rice cake cutting assembly comprises a motor, the motor is mounted on one side of the rack, a rocker is connected to an output shaft of the motor, and the tail end of the rocker is hinged with a first connecting arm; the second connecting arm is hinged to the tail end of the first connecting arm, a swing arm is hinged between the middle of the second connecting arm and the rack, and the lower part of the swing arm is in a toothed arrangement; and the lower sliding block is hinged to the tail end of the second connecting arm and is in sliding fit with the rack, and the bottom of the lower sliding block is connected with a cutting tool.
Preferably, the pressing assembly comprises two guide posts which are respectively connected to two sides of the lower sliding block in a sliding manner, and the tops of the guide posts are connected with a round baffle; the pressing block is connected between the bottoms of the guide pillars on the two sides, a return spring is connected between the pressing block and the lower sliding block, and the return spring is sleeved on the guide pillars.
Preferably, the intermittent drive mechanism further comprises an intermittent drive assembly, wherein the intermittent drive assembly comprises a cylindrical gear, the upper part of the rack is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with the cylindrical gear, and a one-way clutch is connected between the cylindrical gear and the rotating shaft; the conveying belt is rotatably connected to the lower part of the rack; the two adjustable belt pulleys are respectively connected to one of the transmission shafts and the rotating shaft of the conveying belt, and a V-shaped belt is wound between the two adjustable belt pulleys.
Preferably, the device also comprises a sloping plate which is connected with the lower part of one side of the frame.

A fixed-length rice cake cutting device is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a rack 1, a rice cake cutting assembly 2 and a pressing assembly 3, wherein the rack 1 is provided with the rice cake cutting assembly 2, and the rice cake cutting assembly 2 is provided with the pressing assembly 3.
