The invention discloses a workpiece fixing device which comprises a device main body and a fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame is connected with the device main body; the device main body comprises movable claws, a flexible fixing belt and a chassis; the fixing frame comprises a main body supporting cylinder and a device fixing module; the upper end of the flexible fixing belt is connected with a tightening part of the movable claw, the lower end of the flexible fixing belt is connected with the edge of the chassis, and the chassis drives the movable claw to move by pulling the flexible fixing belt up and down under the action of a workpiece. The movable claw comprises a tightening part and a movable part, the tightening part is similar to a trapezoid, the upper end of the tightening part is in an arc-shaped convex shape, and the movable part is used for fixedly supporting the tightening part; when the device is in a normal state, the movable claws are integrally in an everted state, and when the device is in a wrapped object state, the movable claws turn towards the center of the main body support cylinder. In the workpiece fixing device, the main body supporting cylinder has no cylinder bottom, and the bottom of the main body supporting cylinder is fixed by the annular sheet.
