When the rotary clamping mechanism 7 works, the driving gear 71 is meshed with the gear ring 720 on the rotary seat 72; when the workpiece 12 to be processed in the housing 1 is subjected to rust removal, grinding and polishing, the motor support 793 moves relative to the housing 1, so that the driving gear 71 is separated from the gear ring 720 of the rotating seat 72, the driving gear 71 is meshed with the moving rack 77, the motor 78 is started at the moment to drive the arc-shaped hoops 79 to rotate, so that the two arc-shaped hoops 79 tightly embrace the workpiece 12 to be processed, the motor 78 stops moving, the rotary driving motor 70 is started to drive the driving gear 71 to rotate, so that the moving rack 77 is driven to move relative to the moving groove 101 of the housing 1, when the moving rack 77 moves in such a way, the two arc-shaped hoops 79 tightly embrace the workpiece 12 to be processed and feed the workpiece 12 into the housing 1, and simultaneously the processed part of the workpiece 12 to be processed is moved out of the other end of the housing 1, so that the continuous feeding and continuous processing of the workpiece 12 are realized, and after the feeding is, the continuous processing of the workpieces 12 to be processed with different lengths is completed without manual assistance, so that the labor cost is saved, and the processing efficiency is high.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 is further provided with a linear driving mechanism connected to the motor support 793 to drive the motor support 793 to move relative to the housing 1. The rust removing, grinding and polishing all-in-one machine is characterized in that the lifting driving mechanism comprises a lifting adjusting plate, a lifting driving motor, a driving rod, a gear and a limiting ring, the lifting driving motor is installed on the shell, and the gear is installed on an output shaft of the lifting driving motor; the lifting adjusting plate is provided with three through holes opposite to the three through holes on the mounting plate; the rust removal grinding head, the grinding head and the polishing grinding head respectively penetrate through the three through holes, and are limited on the lifting adjusting plate through the limiting rings, the driving rod is connected to the lifting adjusting plate, a rack is arranged on the driving rod, and the rack is meshed with the gear.
