背景技术
痛风又称“高尿酸血症”,痛风是一种单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱及(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,属代谢性风湿病范畴。痛风可并发肾脏病变,严重者可出现关节破坏、肾功能损害,常伴发高脂血症、高血压病、糖尿病、动脉硬化及冠心病等。
现有治疗痛风的西医用药副作用较大,本发明提供了一种降尿酸的茶,降低尿酸速度快,预防及治疗痛风效果好。无任何毒副作用。

本发明为一种可以降尿酸的茶,由下列组分组成,各组分的重量份为:葛根20、枸杞15、百合10、山楂10、金银花25、桑葚子15、苦苣15、决明子15、薏米仁15、竹叶15马齿苋15。
实验报告
实验动物:昆明雌性小鼠
动物来源:南方医科大学动物实验中心
分组:60只,最终分组为6组空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组共组,每组10只,共60只
造模方法:
釆用升高尿酸药物(600mg/kg黄瞟吟+250mg/kg盐酸乙胺丁醇片),灌胃给药,给药体积为20ml/kg(最大给药体积)。
空白对照组:仅给予生理盐水,不做造模处理
模型对照组:给与上述升血尿酸药物灌胃5天进行造模
阳性药物对照组:给予上述升高血尿酸药物5天进行造模,期间并给予非布索坦60mg/kg进行治疗,连续药2周
低剂量组:给予上述升高血尿酸药物5天进行造模,期间并给予非布索坦5mg/kg进行治疗,连续药2周
中剂量组:给予上述升高血尿酸药物5天进行造模,期间并给予非布索坦8mg/kg进行治疗,连续药2周
高剂量组:给予上述升高血尿酸药物5天进行造模,期间并给予非布索坦12.80mg/kg进行治疗,连续药2周
血液采集和指标检测
松测标本的采集;很后一次给药后2小时,小鼠眼眶取血,室温放置1H,3500r/min低温离心10min,取血液放置冻存管内,-80℃超低温冰箱保存待测血清尿酸(UA),按试剂盒说明书操作步骤进行。

所有统计学分析均采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行分析,计量發料符合正态分布的用均数±标准差(x±S)表示,不符合正态分布的计量资料应用中位数(四分位数间距)表示,组间差异用one way-ANOVA进行统计检验,P<0.05认为具有统计学意义
血尿酸结果
各组小鼠与实验结束后取材进行血尿酸检验,发现与模型组相比较,阳性对照组具有极显著差异(P<0.01),模型组与空白组相比,具有显著差异(p<0.05),说明实验系统稳定可靠,给药组中,高剂量组、中剂量组与低剂量组与模型组相比较,尿酸显著降低(P<0.05),各剂置组之间的呈现剂量相关性。数据见表1

黄喋吟氧化酶(XOD)结果
各组小鼠血液进行OXD活性检测,与空白组相比较,模型组和低剂量组OXD活性明显增高,具有显著差异(P<0.05),OXD活性增强,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而中剂量组、与高剂暈组和阳性药物组则未见差异(P>0.05)与模型组相比较,高剂量组与阳性药物组OXD活性明显偏低,具有显著差异(P<0.05),数据见表2

结论
在实验条件下,受试物的降尿酸作用与阳性药物非布索坦类似,两者无统计显著性差异,各剂量之间具有剂量相关性,表明受试物具有良好的降尿酸作用!
备注:关于非布索坦(西药)
非布索坦:英文名:Febuxostat,商品名:ULORIC(TAKEDA公司),类别:抗痛风药,适应症:用于治疗痛风的慢性高尿酸血证。剂型:片剂,规格:80mg、120mg非布索坦属片剂,是抗痛风药。非布索坦对氧化型和还原型的XOR均有显著的抑制作用,可用于治疗痛风的慢性高尿酸血症。不良反应包括肝功能异常、腹泻、头痛、关节相关征和症状及肌骨骼/结缔组织症状。
制备方法:
痛风茶配制工艺:将上述各种原料熬制并喷干成粉后,按比例加入三维混合机充分混合。混合后的茶粉加入一步沸腾制粒机,制粒完成后即可进行定量分装。
每袋4-7g,每天早晚各一袋,开水泡茶饮用。
具体实施方式
一种降尿酸茶,由下列组分组成,各组分的重量(g)为:葛根20、枸杞15、百合10、山楂10、金银花25、桑葚子15、苦苣15、决明子15、薏米仁15、竹叶15马齿苋15。
将上述各种原料熬制并喷干成粉后,按比例加入三维混合机充分混合。混合后的茶粉加入一步沸腾制粒机,制粒完成后即可进行定量分装。每袋7g。
服用方法:每袋7克,早晚各服一袋,温开水冲服。
性状:咖啡色,微苦,一冲即化。
禁忌:无任何禁忌,适用各类痛风人群及高尿酸患者,安全无任何毒副作用,痛风茶完全是用十余种药食同源的植物提取物配制而成。一种预防及消除痛风症状(红、肿、热、痛)有效降低尿酸的代用茶,完全由药食同源植物制成,没有任何添加,不含化学成分与抗生素,久服对人体无损害,长期使用辅助治疗效果好,无副作用,无依赖性!
典型病例
病例1.
程某,男,51岁,1年来间断出现双侧足拇趾关节反复红肿。症见右侧足拇趾关节红肿,压痛明显,大便秘结。舌红,苔黄厚腻,脉滑数。查血尿酸值:539umol/L。患者平素嗜食肥厚,在当地医院诊断为痛风。饮用本茶3天后,疼痛消失。
病例2.
苏某,男,63岁,嗜酒,患有高血压病,心脏病且做过心脏搭桥手术,5年前出现右足拇趾关节红肿。在当地医院查血尿酸高,诊断为痛风。本人考虑到西药药物的副作用较大,不愿意吃西药。嘱其继续饮用降尿酸茶,饮用本茶7天后,疼痛消失.经查尿酸值正常。
Claims (5)
1.一种降尿酸茶,由下列组合物组成,各组合物重量(g)为:葛根20、枸杞15、百合10、山楂10、金银花25、桑葚子15、苦苣15、决明子15、薏米仁15、竹叶15、马齿苋15。
2.按照权利要求1所述的药物组合物,各组合物重量(g)范围为:葛根17-23、枸杞12-18、百合7-13、山楂7-13、金银花22-28、桑葚子12-18、苦苣12-18、决明子12-18、薏米仁12-18、竹叶12-18、马齿苋12-18。
3.按照权利要求1、2所述的任意一项组合物,其特征是:可按常规的中药制剂方法制备成任何一种常用的口服制剂。
4.按照权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征是:所述的食品或口服制剂:丸剂、胶囊剂、片剂、散剂或颗粒剂等制剂。
5.权利要求1~4所述的任一组合物在制备预防痛风与降低尿酸的应用。
