Abstract
The invention relates to a cutter for orthopedics, in particular to a cutter for thick plaster bandages for orthopedics. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to provide an orthopedic thick plaster bandage cutter which does not need to manually use scissors to cut a thick plaster bandage. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an orthopedic thick plaster bandage cutter, comprising: a fixed tube having a handle connected to one side thereof; the end part of the fixed pipe is connected with the mounting plate; the cutting mechanism is arranged on the fixed pipe; the end part of the mounting plate is connected with the contact mechanism. The contact mechanism and the laminating mechanism are matched with each other, so that the thick plaster bandage can smoothly move rightwards, the thick plaster bandage can be prevented from shifting when moving rightwards, and the cutting mechanism can cut the thick plaster bandage; thereby need not artifical manual use scissors and cut thick gypsum bandage, and then can improve shear rate, can labour saving and time saving.

It is medical personnel manual operation to cut at present to thick gypsum bandage, medical personnel is manual when cuting thick gypsum bandage, hold thick gypsum bandage on one hand, then another hand is holding the scissors and is cut thick gypsum bandage, because thick gypsum bandage is thick, so the difficult thick gypsum bandage of scissors is cut, so need spend more time and energy, the shearing speed is slower, and when cuting thick gypsum bandage, the dust in the thick gypsum bandage easily drifts away, thereby medical personnel easily inhales more dust, be unfavorable for healthy so.

The drive motor 41 is then activated to rotate the turntable 42, the turntable 42 being rotated to reciprocate the saw blade 46 downward and upward via the hinge rod 43 and the guide rod 44, the saw blade 46 being reciprocated downward and upward to cut the thick plaster bandage and to move the thick plaster bandage to the right while the saw blade 46 is cutting the thick plaster bandage. The contact roller 52, the first roller 63 and the second roller 64 function as a guide, and allow the thick plaster bandage to smoothly move rightward, and prevent the thick plaster bandage from shifting when moving rightward. After the thick plaster bandage is cut, the driving motor 41 is turned off. Therefore, the contact mechanism 5 and the laminating mechanism 6 of the device are matched with each other, so that the thick plaster bandage can smoothly move rightwards, the thick plaster bandage can be prevented from shifting when moving rightwards, and the cutting mechanism 4 can cut the thick plaster bandage; thereby need not artifical manual use scissors and cut thick gypsum bandage, can improve shear rate, can labour saving and time saving.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the air extractor 7 is further included, the air extractor 7 includes an air inlet pipe 71, a cross iron pipe 72 and an air extracting pump 73, the air inlet pipe 71 is connected to the rear side of the seal box 51 in an embedded manner, the cross iron pipe 72 is connected to the top end of the air inlet pipe 71, and the air extracting pump 73 is installed at the rear end of the cross iron pipe 72.
The medical staff can start the suction pump 73, so can be with the produced dust when cutting thick gypsum bandage in the suction pump 73 of intake pipe 71 and horizontal iron pipe 72 suction to can prevent that the dust from wandering. The magnet ring 82 can be attracted to the cross iron pipe 72, and dust can be attached to the filter screen 83, so that much dust can be prevented from being accumulated in the suction pump 73; when a large amount of dust adheres to the filter screen 83, the magnet ring 82 can be removed from the cross iron pipe 72, the filter screen 83 is cleaned, and then the magnet ring 82 is put back.
