本发明属于防护处理技术领域,具体涉及一种一次性医用抗菌口罩。
背景技术
医用口罩包括用防护口罩、医用外科口罩和普通医用口罩。其中,医用防 护口罩适用于诊疗活动中接触经空气传播或近距离经飞沫传播的呼吸道感染疾 病患者时佩戴;医用外科口罩主要在洁净度十万级以内的洁净环境内、手术室 工作、护理免疫功能低下患者及进行体腔穿刺等操作时佩戴;普通医用口罩可 以用于普通环境下工作的人员佩戴,其防护等级相比前两者最低。
一次性医用防护口罩最主要的作用就是能够隔离空气当中的飞沫或者是血 液,并且还能够隔离空气当中的体液或者是其他分泌物,还能够吸附灰尘,是 保护医生身体健康的非常好的工具。在医院实验室当中,一次性医用防护口罩 还能够隔离一些病毒或者细菌。另外,一次性医用防护口罩还可以隔离过敏原, 或者是能隔离有毒化学气体。
合理地选用和佩戴口罩是减少“病原体”暴露、降低感染风险的重要手段。口 罩也成为当前人们保护自己、降低交叉感染的标配。但现有的一次性医用口罩 的抗菌来源都是依靠口罩中间层熔喷布的静电抗菌技术,新的抗菌材料并未与 时并进地涌现,基本沿用多年前的技术,具有过滤、阻隔有害物质和飞沫的功 能,虽然能够达到减低病媒传染的风险目的,但杀菌抗病毒能力低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一次性医用抗菌口罩,该一次性医用抗菌口罩 的杀菌抗病毒能力高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
一种一次性医用抗菌口罩,包括口罩本体,所述口罩本体包括四周封闭的 口罩内层、口罩中间层和口罩外层;
所述口罩外层的材料为无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料;所述口罩外层的内 侧表面涂覆一层具有一定粘度的杀菌抗病毒材料;
所述杀菌抗病毒材料包括杀菌抗病毒的水性组合物和一定量的去离子水;
所述水性组合物是在搅拌状态下将重量份数为1~3份醇酯类高沸点溶剂成 膜助剂加入重量份数为15~30份氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物后,继续在搅拌状 态下依次加入重量份数为0.2~0.5份有机硅类化合物消泡剂、0.1~0.5份三聚磷酸 钠PH调节剂、0.2~0.5份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂、1~15份纳米二氧化钛配位改性 化合物杀菌剂、0.2~0.5份高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液基材润湿剂、0.2~1份硅氧 烷的聚醚改性化合物流平剂和0.4~0.8份羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂制备而成的。
进一步的,所述氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物包括水性氟碳树脂DF-01和水 性氟碳树脂ETERFLON-4302;
所述醇酯类高沸点溶剂包括十二碳醇酯Texanol和丙二醇二乙酸酯(陶氏化 学PGDA);
所述有机硅类化合物包括TEGO-810和BYK028;
所述高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液包括TEGO-245和BNK-NSF047。
所述硅氧烷的聚醚改性化合物包括BYK-333和TEGO-410。
所述羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为150000~200000;
所述纳米二氧化钛配位改性化合物包括CR828Tio2配位改性和R-706Tio2 配位改性,该纳米二氧化钛配位改性化合物采用质量比为50:5:5:40的二氧 化钛、季铵盐、三聚磷酸钠和去离子水在锆珠的研磨下得到的纳米级产物;
所述三聚磷酸钠化合物采用质量比为10:5:85的三聚磷酸钠、山梨酸钾和去 离子水搅拌,得到的产物。
进一步的,所述去离子水的重量份数为48.2~81.7份。
进一步的,所述杀菌抗病毒材料的粘度为100~200mPa.s。
进一步的,所述涂覆的方式为辊压涂覆方式。
进一步的,所述一次性医用抗菌口罩还包括对称分布在所述口罩本体两侧 的弹性口罩耳挂带。
进一步的,所述弹性口罩耳挂带和口罩本体超声波焊接。
进一步的,所述口罩中间层的材料为0.5~5微米纤维直径的熔喷布。
进一步的,所述口罩内层的材料为经过柔顺化亲肤处理后的无纺布。
进一步的,靠近鼻梁的一端,所述口罩内层设有全塑鼻梁条;
远离鼻梁的对应的另一端,在面部紧密贴合之处,所述口罩内层设有弧形 压条。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明选择表面密度较高(25g)的高密度无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料作 在口罩外层的材料,有效的阻隔有害物质的进入;在口罩外层的内侧表面涂覆 一层具有一定粘度的新型杀菌抗病毒材料,一方面该杀菌抗病毒材料能够在空 气的作用下,在以佩戴的口罩为中心空间区域释放超强离子群,即在此区域能 够获得离子氧化抗菌能力,将一定范围内的细菌和有害物质在空气中分解反应 生成无害水分子;另一方面该抗菌材料的物理抗菌层,能够吸附、破裂生物细 胞,达到抗菌的效果,既保持了口罩外层过滤,又增加和强化了抗菌能力,保 证了口罩长期使用的卫生和安全。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作出详细说明。
本实施例给出了一种一次性医用抗菌口罩,其结构参考图1和2,该一次性 医用抗菌口罩包括包括口罩本体1,口罩本体1包括四周封闭的口罩内层6、口 罩中间层5和口罩外层3。
本实施例的口罩外层3的材料为无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料;并在口罩 外层3的内侧表面4涂覆一层具有一定粘度的杀菌抗病毒材料,一般采用辊压 方式进行涂覆。
本实施例的杀菌抗病毒材料包括杀菌抗病毒的水性组合物和一定量的去离 子水。其中,杀菌抗病毒的水性组合物是在搅拌状态下将重量份数为1~3份醇 酯类高沸点溶剂成膜助剂加入重量份数为15~30份氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物 后,继续在搅拌状态下依次加入重量份数为0.2~0.5份有机硅类化合物消泡剂、 0.1~0.5份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂、0.2~0.5份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂、1~15份纳米 二氧化钛配位改性化合物杀菌剂、0.2~0.5份高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液基材润 湿剂、0.2~1份硅氧烷的聚醚改性化合物流平剂和0.4~0.8份羧甲基纤维素钠增 稠剂制备而成的。具体的制备过程如下:
步骤一、按照重量份数为15~30份丙烯酸乳液、1~3份成膜助剂、0.2~0.5 份消泡剂、0.2~0.5份基材润湿剂、0.2~1份流平剂、0.4~0.8份增稠剂、1~15份 杀菌剂、0.1~0.5份PH调节剂和0.2~0.5份防腐防霉剂进行备料;
所述丙烯酸乳液、成膜助剂、消泡剂、基材润湿剂、流平剂、增稠剂、杀 菌剂、PH调节剂和防腐防霉剂分别为氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物、醇酯类高沸 点溶剂、有机硅类化合物、高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液、硅氧烷的聚醚改性化 合物、羧甲基纤维素钠、纳米二氧化钛配位改性化合物、三聚磷酸钠化合物和 山梨酸钾;
步骤二、在950~1050转/分钟转速搅拌下,将成膜助剂以0.15~0.25克/秒的 速度加入丙烯酸乳液中后,在1150~1250转/分钟的转速下,搅拌15~25分钟;
步骤三、在950~1050转/分钟转速搅拌下,再加入消泡剂、PH调节剂和防 腐防霉剂后,在1150~1250转/分钟的转速下,搅拌10~20分钟;
步骤四、在950~1050转/分钟转速搅拌下,继续加入杀菌剂后,在1150~1250 转/分钟的转速下,搅拌15~25分钟;
步骤五、在750~850转/分钟转速搅拌下,依次加入基材润湿剂、流平剂和 增稠剂后继续搅拌25~35分钟,从而制得水性材料组合物。
上述制备过程中,氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物包括水性氟碳树脂DF-01和 水性氟碳树ETERFLON-4302AF;醇酯类高沸点溶剂包括十二碳醇酯和丙二醇 二乙酸酯;有机硅类化合物包括TEGO-810和BYK028;高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷 溶液包括TEGO-245和BNK-047;硅氧烷的聚醚改性化合物包括BYK-333和 TEGO-410;羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为160000~190000;纳米二氧化钛配位改 性化合物包括CR-828Tio2配位改性和R-706Tio2配位改性,纳米二氧化钛配位 改性化合物采用质量比为50:5:5:40的二氧化钛、季铵盐、三聚磷酸钠和去 离子水在锆珠的研磨下得到的纳米级产物。三聚磷酸钠化合物采用质量比为 10:5:85的三聚磷酸钠、山梨酸钾和去离子水搅拌,得到的产物。
本实施例中的去离子水的重量份数为48.2~81.7份,杀菌抗病毒材料的粘度 为100~200mPa.s,既可方便喷涂均匀,又能保证黏附在外层的内侧表面且不易 脱落,从而保证口罩的杀菌抗毒的效果,又可延长其使用寿命。
本实施例的一次性医用抗菌口罩还包括对称分布在口罩本体1两侧的弹性 口罩耳挂带2,弹性口罩耳挂带2和口罩本体1采用超声波焊接。
本实施例的口罩中间层5采用0.5~5微米纤维直径的高密度熔喷布,由于 布料中纤维纵横交叠更高,密度均匀性更好,用作口罩中间层时就提高了对细 菌和病菌的过滤能力和阻隔能力,从而强化了口罩中间层5的静电抗菌技术抗 菌效果。
本实施例的口罩内层6的材料为经过柔顺化亲肤处理后的无纺布,以增强 佩戴者的舒适感。靠近鼻梁的一端,口罩内层6设有全塑鼻梁条7;远离鼻梁的 对应的另一端,在面部紧密贴合之处,口罩内层6设有软性材质的弧形压条8。
本实施例的口罩内层6、口罩中间层5和口罩外层均可采用表面密度较高(如 25g)的高密度无纺布,对外界空气污染物和生物细菌的过滤作用,以便更有效 地阻隔有害物质的进入。
本实施例选择表面密度较高(25g)的高密度无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料 作在口罩外层的材料,有效的阻隔有害物质的进入;在口罩外层的内侧表面涂 覆一层具有一定粘度的新型杀菌抗病毒材料,一方面该杀菌抗病毒材料能够在 空气的作用下,在以佩戴的口罩为中心空间区域释放超强离子群,即在此区域 能够获得离子氧化抗菌能力,将一定范围内的细菌和有害物质在空气中分解反 应生成无害水分子;另一方面该抗菌材料的物理抗菌层,能够吸附、破裂生物 细胞,达到抗菌的效果,既保持了口罩外层过滤,又增加和强化了抗菌能力, 保证了口罩长期使用的卫生和安全。
实施例1:
步骤一、按照重量份数为20份水性氟碳树脂DF-01、1.5份十二碳醇酯 Texanol成膜助剂、0.3份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.4份TEGO-245基材润湿剂、0.4 份BYK-333流平剂、0.5份分子量为150000的羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂、13份 CR828Tio2配位改性杀菌剂、0.4份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.3份山梨酸钾防 腐防霉剂进行备料。
步骤二、在1050转/分钟转速搅拌下,将1.5份十二碳醇酯Texanol成膜助 剂以0.25克/秒的速度加入20份水性氟碳树脂DF-01中后,在1150转/分钟的转 速下,搅拌25分钟;
步骤三、在980转/分钟转速搅拌下,再加入0.3份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.4 份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.3份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂后,在1250转/分钟的转 速下,搅拌15分钟;
步骤四、在1000转/分钟转速搅拌下,继续加入13份CR828Tio2配位改性 杀菌剂后,在1200转/分钟的转速下,搅拌18分钟;
步骤五、在800转/分钟转速搅拌下,依次加入0.4份TEGO-245基材润湿 剂、0.4份BYK-333流平剂和0.5份羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂后继续搅拌25分钟, 从而制得水性材料组合物。
将65份去离子水加入本实施例制备的水性材料组合物中搅拌后喷涂在口罩 无纺布上后,得到浅蓝色送检样品,对照样品为标准棉白布,将送检样品和对 照样品均裁剪成18mm*18mm,各称取0.4g。其检测依据是GB/T20944.2-2007 《纺织品抗菌性能的评价》第二部分的吸收法,检测数据和检测结果如表1-1 和表1-2所示:

本实施例的组合物是粘度较高的可刷涂或喷涂操作水性材料组合物,不需 额外添加其它促进组分,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水调节黏度即可施工,附着力 好,杀菌性能优异,柔韧性好,润湿性能优秀,无毒无味。
实施例2:
步骤一、按照重量份数为25份ETERFLON-4302、5份陶氏化学PGDA成 膜助剂、0.4份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.3份TEGO-245基材润湿剂、1份BYK-333 流平剂、0.4份分子量为160000的羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂、10份CR828Tio2配 位改性杀菌剂、0.3份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.4份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂进行 备料。
步骤二、在1050转/分钟转速搅拌下,将5份陶氏化学PGDA成膜助剂以 0.20克/秒的速度加入25份ETERFLON-4302AF中后,在1200转/分钟的转速下, 搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、在1000转/分钟转速搅拌下,再加入0.4份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.3 份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.4份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂后,在1200转/分钟的转 速下,搅拌15分钟;
步骤四、在1000转/分钟转速搅拌下,继续加入10份CR828Tio2配位改性 杀菌剂后,在1200转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟;
步骤五、在800转/分钟转速搅拌下,依次加入0.3份TEGO-245基材润湿 剂、1份BYK-333流平剂和0.4份羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂后继续搅拌30分钟, 从而制得水性材料组合物。
将48.2份去离子水加入本实施例制备的水性材料组合物中搅拌后喷涂在口 罩无纺布上后,得到浅蓝色送检样品,对照样品为标准棉白布,将送检样品和 对照样品均裁剪成18mm*18mm,各称取0.4g。其检测依据是GB/T20944.2-2007 《纺织品抗菌性能的评价》第二部分的吸收法,检测数据和检测结果如表2-1 和表2-2所示:

步骤一、按照重量份数为18份水性氟碳树脂DF-01、3份十二碳醇酯Texanol 成膜助剂、0.3份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.4份BNK-NSF047基材润湿剂、0.6份 BYK-333流平剂、0.6份分子量为190000的羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂、6份 CR828Tio2配位改性杀菌剂、0.3份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.3份山梨酸钾防 腐防霉剂进行备料。
步骤二、在950转/分钟转速搅拌下,将3份十二碳醇酯Texanol成膜助剂 以0.22克/秒的速度加入18份水性氟碳树脂DF-01中后,在1150转/分钟的转速 下,搅拌22分钟;
步骤三、在1020转/分钟转速搅拌下,再加入0.3份TEGO-810消泡剂、0.3 份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂和0.3份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂后,在1230转/分钟的转 速下,搅拌18分钟;
步骤四、在1000转/分钟转速搅拌下,继续加入6份CR828Tio2配位改性 杀菌剂后,在1150转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟;
步骤五、在820转/分钟转速搅拌下,依次加入0.4份BNK-NSF047基材润 湿剂、0.6份BYK-333流平剂和0.6份羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂后继续搅拌35分 钟,从而制得水性材料组合物。
将81.7份去离子水加入本实施例制备的水性材料组合物中搅拌后喷涂在口 罩无纺布上后,得到浅蓝色送检样品,对照样品为标准棉白布,将送检样品和 对照样品均裁剪成18mm*18mm,各称取0.4g。其检测依据是GB/T20944.2-2007 《纺织品抗菌性能的评价》第二部分的吸收法,检测数据和检测结果如表3-1 和表3-2所示:

本实施例的组合物是粘度较高的可刷涂或喷涂操作水性材料组合物,不需 额外添加其它促进组分,搅拌均匀,加入去离子水调节黏度即可施工,附着力 好,杀菌性能优异,柔韧性好,润湿性能优秀,无毒无味。

Claims (10)
1.一种一次性医用抗菌口罩,包括口罩本体,其特征在于,所述口罩本体包括四周封闭的口罩内层、口罩中间层和口罩外层;
所述口罩外层的材料为无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料;所述口罩外层的内侧表面涂覆一层具有一定粘度的杀菌抗病毒材料;
所述杀菌抗病毒材料包括杀菌抗病毒的水性组合物和一定量的去离子水;
所述水性组合物是在搅拌状态下将重量份数为1~3份醇酯类高沸点溶剂成膜助剂加入重量份数为15~30份氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物后,继续在搅拌状态下依次加入重量份数为0.2~0.5份有机硅类化合物消泡剂、0.1~0.5份三聚磷酸钠PH调节剂、0.2~0.5份山梨酸钾防腐防霉剂、1~15份纳米二氧化钛配位改性化合物杀菌剂、0.2~0.5份高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液基材润湿剂、0.2~1份硅氧烷的聚醚改性化合物流平剂和0.4~0.8份羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂制备而成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述氟碳改性IPN丙烯酸聚合物包括水性氟碳树脂DF-01和水性氟碳树ETERFLON-4302AF;
所述醇酯类高沸点溶剂包括十二碳醇酯和丙二醇二乙酸酯;
所述有机硅类化合物包括TEGO-810和BYK028;
所述高分子聚合物聚硅氧烷溶液包括TEGO-245和BNK-047;
所述硅氧烷的聚醚改性化合物包括BYK-333和TEGO-410;
所述羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为150000~200000;
所述纳米二氧化钛配位改性化合物包括CR-828Tio2配位改性和R-706Tio2配位改性。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述去离子水的重量份数为48.2~81.7份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述杀菌抗病毒材料的粘度为100~200mPa.s。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述涂覆的方式为辊压涂覆方式。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述一次性医用抗菌口罩还包括对称分布在所述口罩本体两侧的弹性口罩耳挂带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述弹性口罩耳挂带和口罩本体超声波焊接。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述口罩中间层的材料为0.5~5微米纤维直径的熔喷布。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,所述口罩内层的材料为经过柔顺化亲肤处理后的无纺布。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性医用抗菌口罩,其特征在于,靠近鼻梁的一端,所述口罩内层设有全塑鼻梁条;
远离鼻梁的对应的另一端,在面部紧密贴合之处,所述口罩内层设有弧形压条。
