Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料及其制备方法,制备方法包括如下步骤:抗菌处理,将含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐的抗菌溶液附着到全棉脱脂纱布上;曲缩加工;脱水烘干;以及成型包装。由于抗菌曲缩护创敷料由全棉脱脂纱布制成,其成本较低;抗菌曲缩护创敷料中含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐,PHMB和有机硅季铵盐均为具有抗菌效果的抗菌剂,两者按一定比例混合具有更好的抗菌效果,并且PHMB和有机硅季铵盐对人体无害,无毒副作用,故抗菌曲缩护创敷料具有持久良好的抗菌效果。

一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及伤口护理产品,具体涉及一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在伤口护理中,有效的预防和控制伤口感染是影响伤口愈合最重要的因素。市场上有一些形式各样的银离子抗菌敷料,这类敷料往往价格昂贵,患者难以受用,而其释放机理和释放量以及在人体内的代谢途径尚不明确,长期使用会造成皮肤变色,存在银元素积累危害人体的潜在毒性。实际临床中医护人员常使用纱布浸渍碘伏对伤口做消毒杀菌处理,但其抗菌持效性短,且浸渍碘伏后失去吸收伤口渗液功能。
纱布绷带和纱布垫通常作为敷料用作覆盖患者伤口,传统纱布敷料的缺点是吸收伤口渗出液后,渗出液经常有助于在敷料中滋生大量的细菌,为了保持患者伤口环境的清洁,医护人员需要频繁的更换敷料。现有的曲缩型纱布敷料不具有抗菌功能,难以满足易感染或已感染的伤口治疗使用,如专利号CN201210423940一种曲缩型护创敷料及其生产方法,该专利中的曲缩护创敷料不具备抗菌功能,且是以全棉水刺无纺布作为原料,存在使用范围受限和成本较高的缺点。
目前,国内正应用的抗菌化学品有多种,各有各的优势和特点。在医用敷料中最常见的抗菌性含银敷料分为银离子和纳米银,这类含银抗菌敷料都是在材料中或表面加入纳米银或银化合物,在遇到水后释放出银离子将细菌杀灭。根据近年国际上动物实验研究文献报道:无论以何种暴露途径,含银离子产品在一定剂量下,都会导致血清中银元素水平的显著上升并在肝脏、肾脏等器官中蓄积,因此可能造成明显的肝、肾毒性。另外,普通的烷基季铵盐是一类典型的阳离子表面活性剂,具有很强的抗菌作用,被广泛应用于公共场所如医院、游泳池的消毒杀菌。但这类烷基季铵盐具有很大的弱点:应用在纺织品上基本以游离态形式存在,毒性相对较大,刺激性也较强,是溶出型的,易洗脱和迁移,应用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本申请提供一种具有良好杀菌效果、成本低及无毒副作用的抗菌曲缩护创敷料及其制备方法。
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
抗菌处理,将含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐的抗菌溶液附着到全棉脱脂纱布上;
曲缩加工;
脱水烘干;
以及成型包装。
进一步地,抗菌溶液由0.05~0.1份的PHMB、1~3份有机硅季铵盐和96.9~98.95份水混合而成。
进一步地,有机硅季铵盐为N,N-二甲基-N-[3-(三甲氧硅)丙基]十八烷基氯化铵。
进一步地,抗菌处理中通过浸渍或喷淋的方式将抗菌溶液附着到全棉脱脂纱布上。
进一步地,全棉脱脂纱布为白色或染色纱布。
进一步地,抗菌处理后的全棉脱脂纱布曲卷裁剪为曲缩片或曲缩卷。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种由上述抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法制备的抗菌曲缩护创敷料。
依据上述实施例的抗菌曲缩护创敷料及其制备方法,由于抗菌曲缩护创敷料由全棉脱脂纱布制成,其成本较低;抗菌曲缩护创敷料中含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐,PHMB和有机硅季铵盐均为具有抗菌效果的抗菌剂,两者按一定比例混合具有更好的抗菌效果,并且PHMB和有机硅季铵盐对人体无害,无毒副作用,故抗菌曲缩护创敷料具有持续久的良好的抗菌效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
在本实施例中提供了一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,本抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法用于制备具有抗菌功能的抗菌曲缩护创敷料,具有抗菌功能的抗菌曲缩护创敷料可用于填埋到伤口腔内,治疗或预防伤口感染,促进伤口的愈合。
如图1所示,本实施例抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S001:抗菌处理;
先配置抗菌溶液,抗菌溶液内含有PHMB(聚已亚甲基双胍盐酸盐)和有机硅季铵盐,抗菌溶液由比重为0.05~0.1份的PHMB、1~3份有机硅季铵盐和96.9~98.95份水混合而成。PHMB(聚已亚甲基双胍盐酸盐)一种安全高效的广谱抗菌剂,无色无味,抑菌浓度低,广谱低毒,作用速度快,并且能够在物品表面形成一层阳离子持续长时间的抑菌,并且不会使细菌产生抗药性。有机硅季铵盐优选为N,N-二甲基-N-[3-(三甲氧硅)丙基]十八烷基氯化铵,本有机硅季铵盐是一类新型阳离子表面活性剂,它具有耐高温、耐水洗、持久抗菌的效果,能够稳定的附着在全棉脱脂纱布上。同时含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐的抗菌溶液具有更好的持久的抗菌效果,也无毒副作用。
本例中的主要原材料选用全棉脱脂纱布,全棉脱脂纱布可为白色或染色纱布,全棉脱脂纱布的成本较低,兼具良好的吸湿性。
抗菌处理包括浸渍和喷淋两种方式,两者可任选其一。
如图2所示,浸渍方式为:辊轮1带动全棉脱脂纱布2穿入到具有抗菌溶液的水槽3中,从而抗菌溶液附着到全棉脱脂纱布上。
如图3所示,喷淋方式为:全棉脱脂纱布2通过辊轮1传输,喷淋装置4安装在全棉脱脂无纺布2的上端,水槽3安装在全棉脱脂无纺布2的下端,喷淋装置4和水槽3对应设置,喷淋装置4将抗菌溶液主动喷洒到全棉脱脂纱布2上,水槽3用于收集滴落的抗菌溶液。
上述两种方式都能够将抗菌溶液均匀附着到全棉脱脂纱布上经此过程处理后的样品,抗菌测试结果表明,被测微生物与样品作用30min后,对细菌和真菌的杀菌效果达到99%以上,并且具有持续的抗菌效率。
S002:曲缩加工;
将附着有抗菌溶液的全棉脱脂纱布经过曲缩设备加工,使纱线变得曲缩褶皱。经过曲缩工艺制得的全棉脱脂纱布,具有蓬松柔软、吸收性好、与伤口的摩擦剪切力小的优点,可以作为伤口渗液的吸收材料、一级护创敷料及二级固定敷料使用。其用途与普通纱布类产品相似,但因原材料的纱线经纬密比普通纱布小,且经过特殊的曲缩工艺整理,使得其更蓬松柔软,对于伤口或者婴幼儿等脆弱皮肤刺激性小,可以减小使用时对伤口的二次损伤。
S003:脱水烘干;
将曲卷裁剪好的全棉脱脂纱布进行脱水烘干,去除抗菌处理中附带的水分,使得全棉脱脂纱布在使用时具有更好的吸湿效果。
S004:成型包装。
将脱水烘干的全棉脱脂纱布裁剪成曲缩片或曲卷成曲缩卷。曲缩片较小适用于小型伤口,曲缩卷较大适用于大型伤口,全棉脱脂纱布也可曲缩裁剪为其他与伤口适配形状,从而更好的填充到伤口腔内。再灭菌包装,最终制得具有抗菌能够的抗菌曲缩护创敷料。
本实施例中提供的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的方法,由于制得抗菌曲缩护创敷料由全棉脱脂纱布制成,其成本较低;抗菌曲缩护创敷料中含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐,PHMB和有机硅季铵盐均为具有抗菌效果的抗菌剂,两者按一定比例混合具有更好的抗菌效果,并且PHMB和有机硅季铵盐对人体无害,无毒副作用,故抗菌曲缩护创敷料具有持续久的良好的抗菌效果。
实施例二:
本实施例中提供了一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料,本实施例的抗菌曲缩护创敷料由上述实施例的制备方法制得,制得的抗菌曲缩护创敷料含有一定比例的PHMB和有机硅季铵盐,具有持续久的良好的抗菌效果,并且无毒副作用。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
抗菌处理,将含有PHMB和有机硅季铵盐的抗菌溶液附着到全棉脱脂纱布上;
曲缩加工;
脱水烘干;
以及成型包装。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌溶液由0.05~0.1份的PHMB、1~3份有机硅季铵盐和96.9~98.95份水混合而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机硅季铵盐为N,N-二甲基-N-[3-(三甲氧硅)丙基]十八烷基氯化铵。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌处理中通过浸渍或喷淋的方式将抗菌溶液附着到所述全棉脱脂纱布上。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述全棉脱脂纱布为白色或染色纱布。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,抗菌处理后的所述全棉脱脂纱布曲缩裁剪为曲缩片或曲缩卷。
7.一种由权利要求1至6任一项所述的抗菌曲缩护创敷料的制备方法制备的抗菌曲缩护创敷料。
