In the vegetable conveying and cleaning device disclosed by the invention, when in use, conveying rollers 2 are adjacently arranged on the upper end surfaces of spray grooves 1, a driving rod 21 is driven by a driving device 3 to axially rotate so as to drive the conveying rollers 2 to rotate, vegetable materials are automatically conveyed through the conveying rollers 2 and are sprayed and washed towards the vegetable materials on the conveying rollers 2 through a spray head 51 above the spray grooves 1, meanwhile, a rinsing groove 6 is arranged on one side of the spray grooves 1, wherein a driving carrier roller 71 is arranged at one end, close to the spray grooves 1, in the rinsing groove 6, a driven carrier roller 72 is arranged above one end, far away from the spray grooves 1, of the rinsing groove 6, a belt body 73 is tightly wound between the driving carrier roller 71 and the driven carrier roller 72 and is mechanically connected with one end, penetrating out of the rinsing groove 6, of a connecting rod 711 through a first motor 74, so that the driving carrier roller 71 can be driven, meanwhile, the partition plate 75 is vertically fixed on the outer end face of the belt body 73 to divide the conveying area on the belt body 73 into separate conveying rooms 751, so that vegetable materials are conveyed by the conveying rollers 2 to fall into the conveying rooms 751 and are driven by the belt body 73 to be continuously conveyed and washed, meanwhile, air is sprayed into the conveying rooms 751 through the through holes 731 through the air spraying ports 91 right below the belt body 73 to form bubbles which are continuously stirred, the vegetable materials are conveyed upwards in an inclined manner towards the driven carrier roller 72 after being cleaned by the belt body 73, and then fall into the conveying belt 8 through the upper part of the rinsing groove 6 to automatically convey and discharge materials, so that the real-time conveying and cleaning are realized, the cleaning effect can be further improved, in addition, the spraying groove 1 can be designed in an inclined manner, so that when the vegetable materials are thrown from the upper end of the spraying groove 1, the vegetable materials are subjected to the reverse rotation action of self gravity and the conveying, the conveying device is characterized in that the conveying device is continuously rolled and conveyed, the driving device 3 comprises a main chain wheel 31, a secondary chain wheel 32, a chain 33 and a second motor 34, the main chain wheel 31 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the second motor 34, each secondary chain wheel 32 can be driven to synchronously rotate, the conveying roller 2 is driven to synchronously and axially rotate, a plurality of spray heads 51 are arranged at intervals, a plurality of air nozzles 91 are distributed at intervals to facilitate further improvement of the cleaning effect, the guide wheel 76 comprises an upper guide wheel 761 and a lower guide wheel 762 to be respectively attached to the upper side and the lower side of the limiting belt body 73, overflow grooves 10 are arranged on two sides of the rinsing groove 6 along the conveying direction, so that water overflowing from the upper liquid level can flow to the overflow grooves 10 on the two sides and be discharged to bring out impurities and dirt washed out, the cleaning effect is further improved, a water injection port 12 is communicated with the lower end of the rinsing groove 6, so that water can be continuously, the lower end of the spraying groove 1 is communicated with a water outlet 13, so that the sprayed and cleaned water can be discharged through the gap of the conveying roller 2 and the water outlet 13, and the discharged dirty water can be recycled.

Claims (9)

1. A vegetable transfer cleaning device, comprising:
the spraying groove is used for conveying and spraying vegetable materials;
the conveying rollers are sequentially and adjacently arranged along the upper end face of the spraying groove, the side ends of the conveying rollers are coaxially connected with a transmission rod, and the transmission rod penetrates out of the side wall of the spraying groove;
the driving device is mechanically connected with one end, penetrating out of the spraying groove, of the transmission rod and is used for driving the transmission rod to axially rotate;
the spraying frame is fixedly connected above the spraying groove, and a water pipe is arranged on the spraying frame;
the spray head is communicated with the water pipe and is used for spraying the vegetable materials on the conveying roller;
the rinsing tank is arranged on one side of the spraying tank;
a conveyor belt, comprising:
the driving carrier roller is arranged at one end, close to the spray tank, in the rinsing tank, the side end of the driving carrier roller is coaxially connected with a connecting rod, and the connecting rod penetrates through the side wall of the rinsing tank;
the driven carrier roller is arranged above one end of the rinsing tank, which is far away from the spraying tank;
the belt body is tensioned and wound between the driving carrier roller and the driven carrier roller, and through holes are uniformly formed in the belt body in a penetrating manner;
the first motor is mechanically connected to one end, penetrating out of the rinsing tank, of the connecting rod and is used for driving the driving carrier roller to axially rotate so as to drive the belt body to move and transmit;
the baffle plate is vertically fixed on the outer end face of the belt body so as to divide a conveying area on the belt body into conveying rooms which are sequentially and adjacently arranged, and the vegetable can be conveyed by the conveying rollers to fall into the conveying rooms so as to be continuously conveyed and cleaned;
the guide wheel is arranged at one end, close to the driven carrier roller, of the inner side wall of the rinsing groove, so that the belt body can be conveyed upwards along the guide wheel in an inclined mode towards the driven carrier roller;
one end of the conveying belt is arranged below the driven carrier roller and used for conveying and discharging materials;
and one end of the gas injection pipe is provided with a gas injection port, the other end of the gas injection pipe extends out of the rinsing tank and is used for being externally connected with a gas source, and the gas injection port is arranged right below the belt body so as to inject gas into the conveying chamber through the through hole and form bubbling in cleaning.

The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying trough is inclined to convey the vegetable material obliquely downward, and the conveying roller rotates in a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the spraying trough to convey the vegetable material in a tumbling manner downward.

A vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving device includes a main sprocket, a secondary sprocket, a chain, and a second motor, the second motor is disposed outside the spray tank, the main sprocket is coaxially connected to a rotation shaft of the second motor, the secondary sprocket is coaxially connected to an end of the transmission rod penetrating through the spray tank, and the chain is engaged and wound around the main sprocket and the secondary sprocket.
4. The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shower heads are spaced apart from each other.
5. The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide wheels comprise an upper guide wheel and a lower guide wheel for engaging and limiting the upper and lower sides of the belt body, respectively.
6. The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of air nozzles are spaced apart from each other.
7. A vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein overflow troughs are arranged on both sides of the rinsing trough along the conveying direction, and water outlets are communicated with the lower ends of the overflow troughs.
8. The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water filling port is communicated with the lower end of the rinsing tank for filling water into the rinsing tank.
9. The vegetable conveying and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying tank is provided with a water outlet at the lower end thereof.
