As shown in fig. 10, the front surface of the protection device 5 is provided with a nozzle support 52 and an elliptical hole 51, the nozzle support 52 is used for fixing the nozzle 42, so that the spraying direction of the nozzle 42 points to the aquatic products being cleaned, thereby washing away the cleaning impurities; the elliptical hole 51 is used for enabling a water jet to pass through, and two notches 53 are symmetrically arranged on the lower surface of the protection device 5, so that the conveying device conveying chain 27, the fixing device 28 and aquatic products can smoothly pass through. As shown in FIG. 11, the back of the guard 5 has a vertical notch 54, through which the drive chain 33 and the drive driven sprocket 34 pass, located outside the guard 5 to facilitate installation of the device.

Claims (2)

1. A whip-type aquatic product surface substance removing device is characterized by comprising a mechanical main body (1), a conveying device (2), a removing device (3), a water spraying device (4) and a protecting device (5); the mechanical main body (1) is used for fixing and supporting other parts of the whip-pumping aquatic product surface substance removing device, and the conveying device (2) is used for fixing and conveying aquatic products to move forward at a constant speed; the removing device (3) is used for cleaning aquatic products; the water spraying device (4) is used for keeping the surface of aquatic products moist and washing away mucous membranes and other impurities in the aquatic product cleaning process; the protective device (5) is used for ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment;
the machine body (1) is formed by splicing angle steels and comprises a main frame (11), a conveying device bracket (12), a removing device bracket (13), a conveying device motor bracket (14) and a removing device motor bracket (15); wherein, the main frame (11) is a rectangular frame structure, and two sides of the bottom of the main frame are provided with bases so that the main frame (11) is vertical to the horizontal plane; a removing device motor support (15) is arranged in the middle of the bottom edge of the main frame (11) and is used for connecting a removing device driving motor (31); the middle part of the top edge of the main frame (11) is provided with a removing device bracket (13) which is used for connecting a removing device (3); two conveying device brackets (12) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the main frame (11) and used for fixedly supporting the conveying devices (2), and a conveying device motor bracket (14) is arranged on the front side surface of the main frame (11) and used for being connected with a conveying device driving motor (21); the conveying device bracket (12) comprises a bearing seat (121) and a bearing (122) which are matched with each other;
the conveying device (2) comprises a conveying device driving motor (21), a conveying device driving chain wheel (22), a conveying device transmission chain (23), a conveying device driving driven chain wheel (24), a conveying device conveying driving chain wheel (25), a rear shaft (26), a conveying device conveying chain (27), a fixing device (28), a front shaft (29) and a conveying device conveying driven chain wheel (30); the conveying device driving motor (21) is connected to the conveying device motor support (14) through a bolt, and the conveying device driving chain wheel (22) is fixedly connected to a main shaft of the conveying device driving motor (21) through a flat key; the conveying device drives the driven chain wheel (24) and the conveying device conveying driving chain wheel (25) to be connected to the two conveying device supports (12) on the rear side of the main frame (11) through a rear shaft (26); the conveying device conveying chain (27) is arranged on a conveying device conveying driving chain wheel (25) and a conveying device conveying driven chain wheel (30), and a fixing device (28) is arranged on a pin shaft of the conveying device conveying chain (27); the fixing devices (28) are arranged on the conveying chain (27) of the conveying device according to groups; the conveying driven chain wheel (30) of the conveying device is connected to two conveying device brackets (12) on the front side of the main frame (11) through a front shaft (29); the conveying device driving motor (21) is started to drive the conveying device driving chain wheel (22) to rotate, the chain transmission drives the conveying device to drive the driven chain wheel (24) to rotate, and the conveying device driving chain wheel (24) and the conveying device conveying driving chain wheel (25) are circumferentially fixed, so that the conveying device conveying driving chain wheel (25) drives the conveying device conveying chain (27) and the conveying device conveying driven chain wheel (30) to rotate;
the fixing device (28) comprises a left baffle plate (281), a fixing needle (282) and a right baffle plate (283) and is used for fixing the aquatic products on the conveying chain (27) of the conveying device; the left baffle plate (281) and the right baffle plate (283) are respectively provided with two round holes which are symmetrically sleeved on a pin shaft of a conveying chain (27) of the conveying device; the fixing needle (282) is provided with a round hole, is also sleeved on a pin shaft of the conveying chain (27) of the conveying device, is positioned on the outer side of the left baffle sheet (281), and is used for being inserted into aquatic products; the left baffle plate (281), the fixed needle (282) and the right baffle plate (283) are sleeved on the same chain of the conveying device conveying chain (27), and when the conveying device conveying chain (27) rotates, the left baffle plate, the fixed needle and the right baffle plate rotate along with the conveying device conveying chain (27);
the removing device (3) comprises a removing device driving motor (31), a removing device driving chain wheel (32), a removing device transmission chain (33), a removing device driving driven chain wheel (34), an acting whip (35) and a removing device shaft (36); the removing device driving motor (31) is connected to the removing device motor support (15) through a bolt, and the removing device driving chain wheel (32) is connected to a main shaft of the removing device driving motor (31) through a flat key; the removing device transmission chain (33) is arranged on the removing device driving chain wheel (32) and the removing device driving driven chain wheel (34); the removing device drives the driven chain wheel (34) to be connected to one end of a removing device shaft (36) through a flat key, and the other end of the removing device shaft (36) is connected with an acting whip (35); the removing device shaft (36) is arranged on the removing device bracket (13); the action whip (35) comprises a whip strip (351) and a screw cap (352); the whip strip (351) is of a flexible structure, a plurality of whip strips (351) are uniformly fixed on the screw cap (352), and the screw cap (352) is connected to the removing device shaft (36) through threads; the removing device driving motor (31) is started to drive the removing device to drive the driving chain wheel (32) to rotate, the chain transmission drives the removing device to drive the driven chain wheel (34) to rotate, and then the removing device shaft (36) drives the acting whip (35) to rotate, so that the rotating whip strip (351) can be whipped on aquatic products;
the water spraying device (4) comprises a water tank (41), a spray head (42) and a water spraying pipe (43); the water tank (41) is arranged below the inner part of the main frame (11) of the machine body (1) and is used for collecting water after scouring; the spray head (42) is arranged on a spray head bracket (52) of the protective device (5) and is connected with the spray pipe (43); a round hole is formed in the side wall below the water tank (41) and used for draining water, and a back plate of the water tank (41) is protruded and mainly used for blocking water sprayed by the spray head (42) and collecting the water in the water tank (41);
the protection device (5) is arranged above the mechanical body (1) to cover the action whip (35) and is used for preventing water from splashing outside the equipment and on an equipment circuit, the front surface of the protection device (5) is provided with a spray head bracket (52) and an elliptical hole (51), and the spray head bracket (52) is used for fixing the spray head (42) so that the spraying direction of the spray head (42) points to the aquatic product being cleaned; an elliptical hole (51) for passing a water jet; the front side and the rear side of the protective device (5) are symmetrically provided with two notches (53) for the conveying chain (27) of the conveying device, the fixing device (28) and aquatic products to pass through; the back of the protective device (5) is provided with a vertical notch (54), and the driving chain (33) of the removing device and the driven chain wheel (34) driven by the removing device pass through the vertical notch (54) and are positioned outside the protective device (5) so as to facilitate the installation of the device.

A whip aquatic product surface material removing device according to claim 1, wherein the whip strip (351) is a rubber strip or a plastic strip, the whip strip (351) is provided with 4 groups, each group of whip strip (351) comprises a single-row structure formed by arranging a plurality of rubber strips or plastic strips, the whip strips (351) are fixed on a screw cap (352) at intervals of 90 degrees, and the screw cap (352) is connected on the removing device shaft (36) through threads.
