The wire crimping/cutting/stripping integrated multifunctional device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wire cutting die comprises: go up cutter and lower cutter, it installs in the bottom of last gland through last mould spacer pin to go up the cutter, lower cutter is installed at the top of piston, and the middle corresponding position of going up cutter and lower cutter all is provided with semicircular recess, and the hydraulic pump promotes the piston upward movement, realizes the cutting to the wire.

The wire crimping/cutting/stripping integrated multifunctional device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stripping die comprises: the wire stripping device comprises an upper wire stripping knife and a lower wire stripping knife, wherein the upper wire stripping knife is installed at the bottom of an upper gland through an upper die limiting pin, the lower wire stripping knife is installed at the top of a piston, semicircular grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the middle of the upper cutter and the middle of the lower cutter, of the upper cutter, the tops of the semicircular grooves are provided with notches, and a hydraulic pump pushes the piston to move upwards to strip wires.

The wire crimping/cutting/stripping integrated multifunctional device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said crimping die comprises: the upper pressing die is mounted at the bottom of the upper pressing cover through an upper die limiting pin, the lower pressing die is mounted at the top of the piston, trapezoidal grooves are formed in the corresponding positions of the middles of the upper pressing die and the lower pressing die, a steel pipe and a continuous aluminum pipe are sleeved on a wire to be connected, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to move upwards to crimp the two sections of wires.
9. The wire crimping/cutting/stripping integrated multifunctional device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a crimper carrying table is installed in the main plier body, the crimper carrying table is connected with a stepping motor, and the stepping motor drives the crimper carrying table to move.
10. A working method of a wire crimping/cutting/stripping integrated multifunctional device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the thread cutting operation is carried out, the thread cutting die is replaced on the mounting positions of the upper gland and the piston, and an upper cutter and a lower cutter are mounted; placing a lead between an upper cutter and a lower cutter, starting a hydraulic pump, pushing a piston to move upwards, and closing the lower cutter and the upper cutter to cut off the lead;
when the wire stripping operation is carried out, a wire stripping die is replaced on the mounting positions of the upper gland and the piston, and an upper wire stripping knife and a lower wire stripping knife are mounted; the method comprises the following steps that a lead is placed between an upper wire stripping knife and a lower wire stripping knife, a hydraulic pump is started to push a piston to move upwards, a lower cutter and the upper cutter are combined to cut off an aluminum stranded wire wrapped outside the lead, a notch in the wire stripping knife ensures that a steel core of the lead is not cut off, and a stepping motor is started to drive a crimping pliers bearing table to move to strip the aluminum stranded wire wrapped outside the lead;
when the wiring operation is carried out, a crimping die is replaced on the mounting positions of the upper gland and the piston, and an upper pressing die and a lower pressing die are mounted; the connection position of two sections of wires is placed between an upper pressing die and a lower pressing die, a steel pipe is sleeved at the steel core connection position of the two sections of wires, a hydraulic pump is started to push a piston to move upwards, the lower pressing die and the upper pressing die are matched, a stepping motor is used for driving a compression joint bearing table to drive the wires to move, a plurality of positions of the steel pipe are extruded, and the connection of the steel core of the wires is completed;
after the connection of the wire steel core is completed, a continuous aluminum pipe is sleeved at the connection position of the wire, a hydraulic pump is started, a piston is pushed to move upwards, a lower pressing die and an upper pressing die are assembled, a stepping motor is used for driving a compression joint bearing table to drive the wire to move, and a plurality of positions of the continuous aluminum pipe are extruded to realize the connection of the wire.
