Claims (9)

1. A wire crimping apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: the device comprises a support main body, a mould cover, a mould, an eddy current heating curved plate, a hydraulic cylinder, a hanging beam and a bolt;
the mold comprises a first mold and a second mold; the eddy current heating curved plate comprises a first eddy current heating curved plate and a second eddy current heating curved plate; the hydraulic cylinders comprise a first hydraulic cylinder, two second hydraulic cylinders and a third hydraulic cylinder;
the supporting main body is of a U-shaped structure, convex grooves are formed in two side faces of the mold cover, the mold cover is inserted into the corresponding grooves in the two side faces of the supporting main body through the convex grooves, positioning holes are formed in the grooves in the supporting main body, and the bolts are inserted into the positioning holes to fix the relative positions of the supporting main body and the mold cover;
the first end of the first hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the top of the mould cover, and the second end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the hanging beam;
the first mold is mounted at the bottom of the mold cover;
first ends of the two second hydraulic cylinders are respectively fixed on symmetrical positions of two side surfaces of the supporting main body, and second ends of the two second hydraulic cylinders are respectively connected with the first eddy current heating curved plate and the second eddy current heating curved plate;
the first end of the third hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the top of the bottom surface of the support main body, and the second end of the third hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second die;
the groove on the first die and the groove on the second die are oppositely arranged; the concave surface of the first eddy current heating curved plate and the concave surface of the second eddy current heating curved plate are oppositely arranged, and a wire to be crimped is fixed in the middle of the first die, the second die, the first eddy current heating curved plate and the second eddy current heating curved plate.
2. The wire crimping device of claim 1, further comprising a threaded link and a locking buckle;
threaded holes with certain lengths are formed in the two ends of the threaded connecting rod, and the first end of the threaded connecting rod penetrates through the long round hole in the hanging beam and is fixed through a bolt; the second end of the threaded connecting rod is connected with the external thread at the upper end of the locking buckle;
the locking buckle is used for fixing the wire to be crimped.
3. The wire crimping device of claim 2, wherein the locking catch comprises a left limb, a right limb and a pivot;
the left limb and the right limb are both rotationally connected with the rotating shaft;
the lower ends of the left limb and the right limb are provided with round holes, and the round holes of the left limb and the round holes of the right limb are fixed by inserting fixing bolts.
4. A wire crimping apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said hydraulic cylinder is a double acting hydraulic cylinder.
5. The wire crimping device of claim 1, wherein the shape of the groove on the die is matched with the size of the wire to be crimped.
6. The wire crimping device according to claim 1, wherein the concave shape of the eddy-current heating curved plate is matched with the size of the wire to be crimped, and a spiral heating coil is provided inside the eddy-current heating curved plate.

The wire crimping device of claim 1, wherein the first hydraulic cylinder is connected to a hydraulic pump through a first control valve, the second hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic pump through a second control valve, and the third hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic pump through a third control valve.
8. A wire crimping method, characterized by using the wire crimping apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:
installing the wire crimping device at a wire to be crimped;
stripping a wire to be crimped to expose a steel core, inserting the wire to be crimped into a wire clamp, and integrally fixing the wire to be crimped and the wire clamp on a locking buckle;
starting a hydraulic pump of the hydraulic cylinder, controlling the cylinder body of the second hydraulic cylinder to extend, and driving the vortex heating curved plate to enter a closed stroke;
when the eddy current heating curved plate is folded, controlling the eddy current heating curved plate to heat;
after a preset time, controlling the cylinder body of the second hydraulic cylinder to shorten, and driving the eddy current heating curved plate to retract;
controlling the cylinder body of the first hydraulic cylinder to extend to drive the hanging beam to move upwards until the wire clamp contacts the first die, and controlling the first hydraulic cylinder to stop moving;
controlling the cylinder body of the third hydraulic cylinder to extend to drive the third die to move upwards to crimp the wire to be crimped;
and when the crimping is finished, controlling the cylinder body of the third hydraulic cylinder to shorten, and taking out the crimped wire.
9. The wire crimping method according to claim 8, wherein the installing the wire crimping device at a wire to be crimped specifically comprises:
and placing the wire to be crimped into the middle position of the support main body, inserting the die cover into the support main body along the groove on the support main body, inserting the bolt into the positioning hole of the support main body, and fixing the die cover.
