And before sending the clothes washing request to the server, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock sets the door lock password to be the temporary password, and after confirming that the washing personnel finish collecting the clothes to be washed, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password to the door lock password, leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and safety of a house is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows a flowchart of an intelligent laundry collection control method according to still another embodiment of the present application, the intelligent laundry collection control method is applicable to an intelligent gateway device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 4, the intelligent laundry collection control method includes the following steps:
step S410: a laundry washing instruction for washing laundry in a housing is acquired.
Step S420: and sending a door lock control command to the intelligent door lock.
Step S430: and when the leaving-home mode of the house is triggered, responding to the clothes washing instruction, and sending a clothes washing request to the server.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S410, step S420, and step S430 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step S440: and determining whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked.
In the embodiment of the application, after the intelligent gateway device sends the clothes washing request to the server, whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked can be determined so as to determine whether to control the intelligent door lock to recover the door lock password.
In some embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may send a door lock state detection request to the intelligent door lock, and determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to door lock state information returned by the received intelligent door lock, where the door lock state detection instruction is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to the door lock state, the door lock state information includes lock state information and unlock state information, the lock state information is used to instruct the intelligent door lock not to be unlocked, and the unlock state information is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to be unlocked. It can be understood that the intelligent door lock receives the door lock state detection request, responds to the door lock state detection request, determines whether the intelligent door lock is opened, and sends the door lock state information to the intelligent gateway device, so that the intelligent gateway device determines whether the intelligent door lock is opened according to the received door lock state information.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device may determine that the intelligent door lock is unlocked; when the intelligent gateway device receives the locking state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device can determine that the intelligent door lock is not opened.
In other embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may send a door lock state confirmation request to a management server that manages the intelligent home device, and determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to received door lock unlocking confirmation information returned by the management server, where the door lock state confirmation request is used to instruct the management server to confirm whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to the door lock state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the door lock unlocking confirmation information includes unlocking confirmation information and non-unlocking confirmation information, the unlocking confirmation information is used to instruct the unlocking state information of the intelligent door lock, and the non-unlocking confirmation information is used to instruct the locking state information of the intelligent door lock. It can be understood that, after receiving the door lock state confirmation request, the management server responds to the door lock state confirmation request and sends the door lock state confirmation request to the intelligent door lock, and the intelligent door lock responds to the door lock state confirmation request and sends the door lock state information to the management server, so that the management server determines the door lock opening confirmation information of the intelligent door lock according to the received door lock state information.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking confirmation information returned by the management server, that is, the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking state information of the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device may determine that the intelligent door lock is unlocked; when the intelligent gateway device receives the unopened confirmation information returned by the management server, that is, the intelligent gateway device receives the locking state information of the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device can determine that the intelligent door lock is unopened.
Step S450: and when the intelligent door lock is determined to be opened, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to ensure the safety of a house, the intelligent gateway device may control whether the intelligent door lock recovers the door lock password according to the determination result after determining the door lock state of the intelligent door lock.
In some embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the intelligent door lock is unlocked, it indicates that the cleaning staff has entered the room, and therefore, a recovery instruction may be sent to the intelligent door lock, so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password to the door lock password, thereby ensuring the safety of the house, and also avoiding the occurrence of a situation where the resident suddenly returns home and cannot utilize to unlock the intelligent door lock in some cases.
In other embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the intelligent door lock is not unlocked, the step S440 and the subsequent steps are executed again, so that it can be ensured that the intelligent gateway device controls the intelligent door lock to restore the temporary password to the door lock password after the intelligent door lock is unlocked, thereby avoiding leakage of the door lock password and improving the security of the housing.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the clothes washing instruction by acquiring the clothes washing instruction for washing the clothes to be washed in the house, and then when the house leaving mode is triggered, the clothes washing instruction is responded, the clothes washing request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received clothes washing request, the clothes washing information is sent to the washing client side of the washing personnel corresponding to the house, the washing client side responds to the received washing information, and prompts the washing personnel to collect the clothes to be washed. And before sending the clothing washing request to the server, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock sets the door lock password into a temporary password, and after the intelligent gateway equipment determines that the intelligent door lock is opened, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password into the door lock password, leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and safety of a house is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, which shows a flowchart of an intelligent laundry collection control method according to still another embodiment of the present application, the intelligent laundry collection control method is applicable to an intelligent gateway device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 5, the intelligent laundry collection control method includes the following steps:
step S510: a laundry washing instruction for washing laundry in a housing is acquired.
Step S520: and when the leaving-home mode of the house is triggered, responding to the clothes washing instruction, and sending a clothes washing request to the server.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S510 and step S520 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step S530: and receiving the trigger information reported when the doorbell is started by the cleaning personnel.
In this application embodiment, when the washing personnel got the clothing at last door, also can be through carrying out identification to the washing personnel, come to carry out the management and control to the unblock state of intelligent lock. The intelligent door lock can be controlled to be unlocked or kept locked according to the face recognition of cleaning personnel.
In this application embodiment, because the washing personnel can't carry out the unblock to intelligent lock through information such as password when getting the clothing on the door, consequently, can trigger processes such as the unblock to washing personnel's face identification, intelligent lock through opening of washing personnel to the doorbell when the door. Specifically, after the intelligent gateway device sends a clothes washing request to the server, if a washing person opens the doorbell when getting on the door, the doorbell can report the trigger information to the intelligent gateway device, and accordingly the intelligent gateway device can receive the trigger information reported when the doorbell is opened by the washing person, so that the process of face recognition of the washing person can be triggered, and whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked is determined according to the face recognition result subsequently.
Step S540: and responding to the trigger information, and sending a face recognition request to the server.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the trigger information reported by the doorbell, the intelligent gateway device responds to the trigger information and can send a face recognition request to the server, so that the server performs face recognition on a cleaning person, the intelligent gateway device controls the intelligent door lock to be opened according to a face recognition result, and the safety of a house is improved.
In some embodiments, the server may respond to the face recognition request after receiving the face recognition request sent by the intelligent gateway device, send first acquisition information to the cleaning client, and perform face recognition on the cleaning staff according to the face image uploaded by the cleaning client and a prestored face image associated with the cleaning client, where the first acquisition information is used to instruct the cleaning client to acquire the face image of the cleaning staff through the camera. In the embodiment, the cleaning personnel can clean the client end through the cleaning personnel, so that the process of face recognition can be completed, and the process of face recognition is convenient and quick.
In other embodiments, the server may respond to the face recognition request after receiving the face recognition request sent by the intelligent gateway device, send second acquisition information to the intelligent camera at the house entrance, perform face recognition on the cleaning staff according to the face image uploaded by the intelligent camera and the pre-stored face image associated with the cleaning client, where the second acquisition information is used to instruct the intelligent camera to acquire the face image of the cleaning staff. In this embodiment, the process of face recognition of the cleaning person can be completed without the cleaning person noticing it.
Step S550: and sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when the server successfully identifies the face of the cleaning personnel according to the received identification result returned by the server.
In the embodiment of the application, after the intelligent gateway device sends the face recognition request to the server, whether the face recognition of the cleaning personnel by the server is successful or not can be determined according to the received recognition result returned by the server, so that the intelligent door lock is controlled to be opened according to the determination result, and the safety of a house is improved.
In some embodiments, the intelligent gateway device can send an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when determining that the face recognition of the cleaning personnel by the server is successful according to the received recognition result returned by the server, wherein the opening instruction is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to be unlocked, so that the intelligent door lock can be ensured to be opened after the face recognition of the cleaning personnel by the server is successful, and the safety of a house is improved.
In other embodiments, when it is determined that the face recognition of the cleaning staff by the server fails according to the received recognition result returned by the server, the intelligent gateway device may return to perform step S530 and subsequent steps, so as to ensure that the intelligent door lock is opened after the face recognition of the cleaning staff by the server is successful, thereby improving the safety of the housing.
In some further embodiments, in order to control the opening of the intelligent door lock according to the identity confirmation of the cleaning staff, after the intelligent gateway device sends the clothes cleaning request to the server, the intelligent gateway device can also receive touch information reported when the doorbell is opened by the cleaning staff, the intelligent gateway device responds to the touch information and sends the identity confirmation request to the server, the identity confirmation request is used for indicating the server to acquire a face image of the cleaning staff from the cleaning client, and sends the face image and prompt information to a resident client corresponding to a living room, and the prompt information is used for indicating the resident client to prompt the resident to confirm the identity of the cleaning staff according to the face image; when the intelligent gateway equipment receives an appointed confirmation result returned by the server, sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock, wherein the appointed confirmation result is used for indicating that the identity of a resident confirms the cleaning personnel to pass, and the opening instruction is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to unlock; when the intelligent gateway equipment receives the unspecified confirmation result returned by the server, the step of receiving the touch information reported when the doorbell is opened by the cleaning personnel and the subsequent steps are returned, and the unspecified confirmation result is used for indicating that the identity confirmation of the resident to the cleaning personnel fails, so that the intelligent door lock can be opened after the server successfully verifies the identity of the cleaning personnel, and the safety of the house is improved. The intelligent gateway equipment comprises a server, a cleaning client, a resident client, a face image acquisition request and a face image acquisition request, wherein the server responds to the identity confirmation request sent by the intelligent gateway equipment and sends the face image acquisition request to the cleaning client, the cleaning client responds to the face image acquisition request to acquire a face image of a cleaning person and sends the face image to the server, then the server sends prompt information and the received face image to the resident client, and the resident client responds to the prompt information to prompt a resident to confirm whether the face image is the face image of the cleaning person corresponding to a house at the resident client.
In some further embodiments, in order to determine whether a person who unlocks the intelligent door lock is a washing person, the intelligent gateway device may further receive status information reported when the intelligent door lock is unlocked after sending a laundry washing request to the server, the intelligent gateway device sends a door lock unlocking confirmation request to the server in response to the status information, the door lock unlocking confirmation request is used to instruct the server to acquire a current video of the intelligent door lock and send the current video and video confirmation information to the resident client, and the video confirmation information is used to instruct the resident client to prompt the resident to confirm the current video; when the intelligent gateway equipment receives a first video confirmation result returned by the server, an alarm instruction is sent to the intelligent alarm, the first video confirmation result is used for indicating the resident to confirm that a person who opens the intelligent door lock is not a cleaning person, and the alarm instruction is used for indicating the intelligent alarm to prompt a manager to check the house; when the intelligent gateway equipment receives a second video confirmation result returned by the server, the step of receiving the state information reported when the intelligent door lock is opened and the subsequent steps are returned, and the second video confirmation result is used for indicating the resident to confirm that the person who opens the intelligent door lock is a cleaning person, so that the intelligent gateway equipment controls the intelligent alarm to prompt a manager to check the house when the non-cleaning person opens the intelligent door lock, and the safety of the house is improved.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the clothes washing instruction by acquiring the clothes washing instruction for washing the clothes to be washed in the house, and then when the house leaving mode is triggered, the clothes washing instruction is responded, the clothes washing request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received clothes washing request, the clothes washing information is sent to the washing client side of the washing personnel corresponding to the house, the washing client side responds to the received washing information, and prompts the washing personnel to collect the clothes to be washed. And after receiving the trigger information reported when the doorbell is opened, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a face recognition request to the server, and when determining that the face recognition of the cleaning personnel is successful by the server according to the received recognition result returned by the server, sends an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock, so that the intelligent door lock can be opened after the face recognition of the cleaning personnel is successful by the server, and the safety of a house is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 again, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent laundry collection control system according to an embodiment of the present application, an intelligent laundry collection control system 10 includes an intelligent gateway device 100 and a server 200.
In the embodiment of the present application, the intelligent gateway device 100 is configured to obtain a laundry washing instruction for washing laundry in a housing; the intelligent gateway device 100 is further configured to respond to a laundry washing instruction and send a laundry washing request to the server 200 when detecting that the away-from-home mode of the housing is triggered, where the laundry washing request is used to instruct the server to send laundry washing information to a washing client of a washing person corresponding to the housing, and the laundry washing information is used to instruct the washing client to prompt the washing person to collect laundry; the server 200 is configured to receive a laundry washing request sent by the intelligent gateway apparatus 100; the server 200 is also used to transmit laundry washing information to the washing client.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the clothes washing instruction by acquiring the clothes washing instruction for washing the clothes to be washed in the house, and then when the house leaving mode is triggered, the clothes washing instruction is responded, the clothes washing request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received clothes washing request, the clothes washing information is sent to the washing client side of the washing personnel corresponding to the house, the washing client side responds to the received washing information, and prompts the washing personnel to collect the clothes to be washed.
Referring to fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent laundry collecting and controlling device according to an embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment of the present application, an intelligent laundry collecting and controlling device 600 is applied to an intelligent gateway device, and the intelligent laundry collecting and controlling device 600 may include:
a laundry washing instruction obtaining module 601, configured to obtain a laundry washing instruction for washing laundry in a housing;
the laundry request sending module 602 is configured to, when it is detected that the away-from-home mode of the home is triggered, respond to a laundry washing instruction, and send a laundry washing request to the server, where the laundry washing request is used to instruct the server to send laundry washing information to a washing client of a washing person corresponding to the home, and the laundry washing information is used to instruct the washing client to prompt the washing person to collect laundry.
In some embodiments, the laundry washing request carries a return time, and the laundry washing information includes the return time. In this embodiment, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 7, the intelligent collection control device 600 for laundry may further include:
a history obtaining module 603 configured to obtain a history of the laundry washing request of the housing before the laundry washing request is sent to the server by the laundry request sending module 602, the history including a history request time and a history return time;
the generating module 604 is configured to generate a return time according to the current time, the history request time, and the history return time.
In other embodiments, the laundry washing request carries a temporary password of the smart door lock of the housing, and the laundry washing information includes the temporary password. In this embodiment, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 8, the intelligent collection control device 600 for laundry may further include:
the first instruction sending module 605 is configured to send a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock before the laundry request sending module 602 sends the laundry washing request to the server, where the door lock control instruction is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to set the door lock password as the temporary password.
In this embodiment, the intelligent collection control device 600 for laundry may further include:
the task determination module is used for determining whether the collection of the clothes to be washed by the washing personnel is finished;
and the second instruction sending module is used for sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock when the washing staff is determined to finish the collection of the clothes to be washed, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
In this embodiment, the intelligent collection control device 600 for laundry may further include:
the door lock state determining module is used for determining whether the intelligent door lock is opened or not;

and a fourth instruction sending module 608, configured to send an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when it is determined that the server successfully identifies the face of the cleaning person according to the received identification result returned by the server, where the opening instruction is used to control the intelligent door lock to unlock.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the clothes washing instruction by acquiring the clothes washing instruction for washing the clothes to be washed in the house, and then when the house leaving mode is triggered, the clothes washing instruction is responded, the clothes washing request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received clothes washing request, the clothes washing information is sent to the washing client side of the washing personnel corresponding to the house, the washing client side responds to the received washing information, and prompts the washing personnel to collect the clothes to be washed.
Referring to fig. 10, it shows an intelligent gateway device 700 provided in an embodiment of the present application, which includes a memory 710, a processor 720 and a computer program stored in the memory 710 and executable on the processor 720, wherein the processor 720 implements the method described in the foregoing method embodiment when executing the computer program.
Processor 720 may include one or more processing cores. Processor 720, using various interfaces and lines to connect various parts throughout intelligent gateway device 700, performs various functions of server 700 and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in memory 710, and invoking data stored in memory 710. Alternatively, the processor 720 may be implemented in hardware using at least one of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and Programmable Logic Array (PLA). The processor 720 may integrate one or more of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a modem, and the like. Wherein, the CPU mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program and the like; the GPU is used for rendering and drawing display content; the modem is used to handle wireless communications. It is to be understood that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 720, but may be implemented solely by a communication chip.
The Memory 710 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). The memory 710 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 710 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as laundry washing instructions, door lock control instructions, recovery instructions, etc.), instructions for implementing various method embodiments described below, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the intelligent gateway device 700 during use (such as a laundry request, laundry information, a temporary password, a collection confirmation request), and the like.
Referring to fig. 11, a computer-readable storage medium 800 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, wherein a program code is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the program code can be invoked by a processor to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium 800 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 800 includes a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 800 has storage space for program code 810 to perform any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 810 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.

1. An intelligent collection control method for clothes to be washed is applied to an intelligent gateway device, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a clothes washing instruction for washing clothes to be washed in a housing;
when the house leaving mode is triggered, responding to the clothes washing instruction, and sending a clothes washing request to a server, wherein the clothes washing request is used for instructing the server to send clothes washing information to a washing client of a washing person corresponding to the house, and the clothes washing information is used for instructing the washing client to prompt the washing person to collect the clothes to be washed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the laundry washing request carries a temporary password of an intelligent door lock of the housing, and the laundry washing information includes the temporary password;
before the sending of the laundry washing request to the server, the method further comprises:
and sending a door lock control command to the intelligent door lock, wherein the door lock control command is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to set the door lock password into a temporary password.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after said sending a laundry washing request to said server, said method further comprises:
determining whether the collection of the laundry by the washing person is completed;
and when the washing personnel is determined to finish collecting the clothes to be washed, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock, wherein the recovery instruction is used for instructing the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after said sending a laundry washing request to said server, said method further comprises:
determining whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked;
and when the intelligent door lock is determined to be opened, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending a laundry washing request to said server, said method further comprises:
receiving trigger information reported when a doorbell is started by the cleaning personnel;
responding to the trigger information, sending a face recognition request to the server, wherein the face recognition request is used for instructing the server to carry out face recognition on the cleaning personnel according to the face image uploaded by the cleaning client;
and sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when the server successfully identifies the face of the cleaning personnel according to the received identification result returned by the server, wherein the opening instruction is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to unlock.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the laundry washing request carries a return time, and the laundry washing information includes the return time;
before the sending of the laundry washing request to the server, the method further comprises:
acquiring a history record of a clothes washing request of the housing, wherein the history record comprises a history request time and a history return time;
and generating a returning moment according to the current moment, the history request moment and the history returning moment.
7. An intelligent collection control system for laundry, the system comprising an intelligent gateway device and a server, wherein:
the intelligent gateway equipment is used for acquiring a clothes washing instruction for washing clothes to be washed in the housing;
the intelligent gateway device is further used for responding to the clothes washing instruction and sending a clothes washing request to a server when detecting that the house leaving mode is triggered, wherein the clothes washing request is used for instructing the server to send clothes washing information to a washing client of a washing person corresponding to the house, and the clothes washing information is used for instructing the washing client to prompt the washing person to collect the clothes to be washed;
the server is used for receiving the clothes washing request sent by the intelligent gateway equipment;
the server is also used for sending clothes washing information to the washing client.
