The intelligent gateway equipment can monitor a human body in a house after sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock, trigger cleaning monitoring when detecting that a cleaning worker enters the house to clean, send a cleaning monitoring request to the server, the server responds to the cleaning monitoring request and sends cleaning video monitoring information to the intelligent camera, the intelligent camera responds to the received cleaning video monitoring information, the time period from the time when the cleaning worker enters the house to the time when the cleaning worker leaves the house is monitored, the monitoring video is uploaded to the server, and the server stores the received monitoring video as the cleaning monitoring video.
In this embodiment, in order to determine whether a person exists in the house, the intelligent gateway device may send a human body detection instruction to the human body sensor, and determine whether the person exists in the house according to a received detection result returned by the human body sensor, where the detection result includes a first detection result and a second detection result, the first detection result is used to indicate that no person exists in the house, and the second detection result is used to indicate that the person exists in the house; when the intelligent gateway equipment receives the first detection result, the intelligent gateway equipment can determine that no person exists in the house; when the intelligent gateway device receives the second detection result, people in the house can be determined.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the cleaning instruction by acquiring the cleaning instruction for cleaning the house, when the house leaving mode is triggered, the cleaning instruction is responded, the cleaning request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received cleaning request, the cleaning information is sent to the cleaning client of the cleaning personnel corresponding to the house, the cleaning client responds to the received cleaning information, and the cleaning personnel is prompted to clean the house. And after receiving the trigger information reported when the doorbell is opened, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a face recognition request to the server, and when determining that the face recognition of the cleaning personnel is successful by the server according to the received recognition result returned by the server, sends an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock, so that the intelligent door lock can be opened after the face recognition of the cleaning personnel is successful by the server, and the safety of a house is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, which shows a flowchart of an intelligent control method for house cleaning according to another embodiment of the present application, the intelligent control method for house cleaning can be applied to an intelligent gateway device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 4, the intelligent control method for house cleaning includes the following steps:
step S410: a cleaning instruction for cleaning the house is acquired.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S410 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Step S420: and sending a door lock control command to the intelligent door lock.
In this application embodiment, in order to make things convenient for the personnel of keeping a public place clean to the house to come to the home and keep a public place clean, and do not reveal the lock password of the intelligent lock in house, intelligent gateway equipment can set up the lock password of intelligent lock, intelligent gateway equipment can send the house to keep a public place clean before requesting to the server, send lock control instruction to intelligent lock, intelligent lock response lock control instruction, set up the lock password into interim password, the house that sends to the server after the intelligent gateway equipment keeps a public place clean the request and carries interim password, then the server responds the house to keep a public place clean the request, send the information of keeping a public place clean to the personnel's of keeping a public place clean client that corresponds with the house that includes interim password, thereby can prevent revealing of.
Step S430: and when the house leaving mode is triggered, responding to the cleaning instruction and sending a cleaning request to the server.

Step S440: and determining whether the cleaning of the house is finished by the cleaning personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, after the intelligent gateway device sends the house cleaning request to the server, whether cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is completed or not can be determined, so that whether the intelligent door lock is controlled to recover the door lock password or not can be determined.
In some embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may send a cleaning confirmation request to the server, and determine whether cleaning of the house by the cleaning staff is completed according to the received confirmation information returned by the server, where the cleaning confirmation request is used to instruct the server to confirm whether cleaning of the house is completed according to the house cleaning information uploaded by the cleaning client, and the confirmation information includes a first confirmation information and a second confirmation information, where the first confirmation information is used to instruct that cleaning of the house is completed, and the second confirmation information is used to instruct that cleaning of the house is not completed. It can be understood that the server responds to the cleaning confirmation request after receiving the cleaning confirmation request, and sends cleaning confirmation information to the cleaning client, and the cleaning client responds to the cleaning confirmation information after receiving the cleaning confirmation information, and prompts the cleaning personnel to upload house cleaning information through the cleaning client, and sends house cleaning information to the server, so that the server can confirm whether the house cleaning is completed according to the received house cleaning information. The house cleaning information uploaded by the cleaning client can include images before and after ground cleaning, images before and after door and window cleaning, images before and after table and chair cleaning, and the like, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device receives the first confirmation information returned by the server, that is, the intelligent gateway device receives the confirmation information that cleaning of the house is completed, the intelligent gateway device may determine that cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is completed; when the intelligent gateway device receives the second confirmation information returned by the server, namely the intelligent gateway device receives the confirmation information that the cleaning of the house is not completed, the intelligent gateway device can determine that the cleaning of the house is not completed by cleaning personnel.
In other embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may detect an operation of a cleaning worker, and determine that the cleaning of the house is completed by the cleaning worker when it is determined that the cleaning worker inputs the house cleaning completion information according to the detected operation of the cleaning worker. For example, after the cleaning personnel finishes cleaning the house, the cleaning personnel can perform touch operation or key operation on the operation panel of the intelligent gateway equipment, so as to input the information that the house cleaning is finished.
In still other embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may obtain unlocking trigger information reported when the intelligent door lock is unlocked by the temporary password, detect a door lock state of the intelligent door lock in response to the unlocking trigger information, and determine whether cleaning of the house by the cleaning staff is completed according to the detected door lock state, where the door lock state may include a locked state and an unlocked state.
In the embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device detects that the door lock state is the locking state, the cleaning personnel is indicated to be closed and leave the house, namely the cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is finished; when the intelligent gateway equipment detects that the door lock state is the unlocking state, the cleaning personnel is not closed and leaves the house, namely the cleaning personnel does not finish cleaning the house.
Step S450: and when the cleaning personnel is determined to finish the cleaning of the house, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to ensure the safety of a house, the intelligent gateway device can control whether the intelligent door lock recovers the door lock password or not according to the determination result after the cleaning personnel determines the cleaning of the house.
In some embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is completed, the cleaning personnel is shown to enter the house to complete cleaning, so that a recovery instruction can be sent to the intelligent door lock, the temporary password is recovered to the door lock password by the intelligent door lock, the leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and the safety of the house is improved.
In other embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is not completed, the intelligent gateway device returns to execute the step S440 and the subsequent steps, so that the intelligent gateway device can control the intelligent door lock to restore the temporary password to the door lock password after the cleaning personnel completes the cleaning of the house, the leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and the safety of the house is improved.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the cleaning instruction by acquiring the cleaning instruction for cleaning the house, when the house leaving mode is triggered, the cleaning instruction is responded, the cleaning request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received cleaning request, the cleaning information is sent to the cleaning client of the cleaning personnel corresponding to the house, the cleaning client responds to the received cleaning information, and the cleaning personnel is prompted to clean the house. And before the intelligent gateway equipment sends a house cleaning request to the server, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock sets the door lock password into a temporary password, and after the intelligent gateway equipment determines that cleaning personnel complete cleaning of the house, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password to the door lock password, leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and safety of the house is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, which shows a flowchart of an intelligent control method for house cleaning according to still another embodiment of the present application, the intelligent control method for house cleaning can be applied to an intelligent gateway device, and will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 5, the intelligent control method for house cleaning includes the following steps:
step S510: a cleaning instruction for cleaning the house is acquired.
Step S520: and sending a door lock control command to the intelligent door lock.
Step S530: and when the house leaving mode is triggered, responding to the cleaning instruction and sending a cleaning request to the server.
In the embodiment of the present application, step S510, step S520, and step S530 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step S540: and determining whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked.
In the embodiment of the application, after the intelligent gateway device sends the cleaning request to the server, whether the intelligent door lock is opened or not can be determined, so that whether the intelligent door lock is controlled to recover the door lock password or not can be determined.
In some embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may send a door lock state detection request to the intelligent door lock, and determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to door lock state information returned by the received intelligent door lock, where the door lock state detection instruction is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to the door lock state, the door lock state information includes lock state information and unlock state information, the lock state information is used to instruct the intelligent door lock not to be unlocked, and the unlock state information is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to be unlocked. It can be understood that the intelligent door lock receives the door lock state detection request, responds to the door lock state detection request, determines whether the intelligent door lock is opened, and sends the door lock state information to the intelligent gateway device, so that the intelligent gateway device determines whether the intelligent door lock is opened according to the received door lock state information.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device may determine that the intelligent door lock is unlocked; when the intelligent gateway device receives the locking state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device can determine that the intelligent door lock is not opened.
In other embodiments, the intelligent gateway device may send a door lock state confirmation request to a management server that manages the home device, and determine whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to received door lock unlocking confirmation information returned by the management server, where the door lock state confirmation request is used to instruct the management server to confirm whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked according to door lock state information returned by the intelligent door lock, the door lock unlocking confirmation information includes unlocking confirmation information and non-unlocking confirmation information, the unlocking confirmation information is used to instruct unlocking state information of the intelligent door lock, and the non-unlocking confirmation information is used to instruct locking state information of the intelligent door lock. It can be understood that, after receiving the door lock state confirmation request, the management server responds to the door lock state confirmation request and sends the door lock state confirmation request to the intelligent door lock, and the intelligent door lock responds to the door lock state confirmation request and sends the door lock state information to the management server, so that the management server determines the door lock opening confirmation information of the intelligent door lock according to the received door lock state information.
In this embodiment, when the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking confirmation information returned by the management server, that is, the intelligent gateway device receives the unlocking state information of the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device may determine that the intelligent door lock is unlocked; when the intelligent gateway device receives the unopened confirmation information returned by the management server, that is, the intelligent gateway device receives the locking state information of the intelligent door lock, the intelligent gateway device can determine that the intelligent door lock is unopened.
Step S550: and when the intelligent door lock is determined to be opened, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to ensure the security of a house, the intelligent gateway device may control whether the intelligent door lock recovers the door lock password according to the determination result after determining the door lock state of the intelligent door lock.
In some embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the intelligent door lock is unlocked, it indicates that the cleaning personnel has entered the room, and therefore, a recovery instruction may be sent to the intelligent door lock, so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password to the door lock password, thereby ensuring the security of the house, and also avoiding the occurrence of a situation where the resident suddenly returns home in some cases and cannot utilize to unlock the intelligent door lock.
In other embodiments, when the intelligent gateway device determines that the intelligent door lock is not unlocked, the step S540 and subsequent steps are executed again, so that it can be ensured that the intelligent gateway device controls the intelligent door lock to restore the temporary password to the door lock password after the intelligent door lock is unlocked, thereby avoiding leakage of the door lock password and improving the security of the house.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the cleaning instruction by acquiring the cleaning instruction for cleaning the house, when the house leaving mode is triggered, the cleaning instruction is responded, the cleaning request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received cleaning request, the cleaning information is sent to the cleaning client of the cleaning personnel corresponding to the house, the cleaning client responds to the received cleaning information, and the cleaning personnel is prompted to clean the house. And before the intelligent gateway equipment sends a house cleaning request to the server, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock sets the door lock password into a temporary password, and after the intelligent gateway equipment determines that the intelligent door lock is opened, the intelligent gateway equipment sends a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock so that the intelligent door lock recovers the temporary password into the door lock password, leakage of the door lock password is avoided, and safety of a house is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 again, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent control system for house cleaning according to an embodiment of the present application, an intelligent control system 10 for house cleaning includes an intelligent gateway device 100 and a server 200.
In the embodiment of the present application, the intelligent gateway device 100 is configured to obtain a cleaning instruction for cleaning a house; the intelligent gateway device 100 is further configured to, when detecting that the away-from-home mode of the house is triggered, send a cleaning request to the server in response to the cleaning instruction, where the cleaning request is used to instruct the server 200 to send cleaning information to a cleaning client of a cleaning worker corresponding to the house, and the cleaning information is used to instruct the cleaning client to prompt the cleaning worker to clean the house; the server 200 is configured to receive a cleaning request sent by the intelligent gateway device 100; the server 200 is also used to send cleaning information to the cleaning client.
According to the scheme, the intelligent gateway equipment responds to the cleaning instruction by acquiring the cleaning instruction for cleaning the house, and then when the house leaving mode is triggered, the cleaning instruction is responded, the cleaning request is sent to the server, the server responds to the received cleaning request, and cleaning information is sent to the cleaning client of the cleaning personnel corresponding to the house, and the cleaning client responds to the received cleaning information to prompt the cleaning personnel to clean the house.
Referring to fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent control apparatus for house cleaning according to an embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment of the present application, an intelligent control apparatus 600 for house cleaning is applied to an intelligent gateway device, and the intelligent control apparatus 600 for house cleaning may include:
a cleaning instruction acquisition module 601, configured to acquire a cleaning instruction for cleaning a house;
the cleaning request sending module 602 is configured to, when it is detected that the leaving-home mode of the house is triggered, respond to a cleaning instruction and send a cleaning request to the server, where the cleaning request is used to instruct the server to send cleaning information to a cleaning client of a cleaning worker corresponding to the house, and the cleaning information is used to instruct the cleaning client to prompt the cleaning worker to clean the house.
In some embodiments, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 7, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
the first information receiving module 603 is configured to receive trigger information reported when the doorbell is started by a cleaning staff after the cleaning request sending module 602 sends the cleaning request to the server;
the identification request sending module 604 is used for responding to the trigger information and sending a face identification request to the server, wherein the face identification request is used for indicating the server to carry out face identification on cleaning personnel according to a face image uploaded by the cleaning client;
the first instruction sending module 605 is configured to send an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when it is determined that the server successfully identifies the face of the cleaning worker according to the received identification result returned by the server, where the opening instruction is used to control the intelligent door lock to unlock.
In other embodiments, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 8, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
a first determining module 606, configured to determine whether a person is present in the house after the cleaning request sending module 602 sends the cleaning request to the server;
and the monitoring request sending module 607 is configured to send a cleaning monitoring request to the server after determining that the house is unoccupied and when detecting that the cleaning staff enters the house, where the cleaning monitoring request is used to instruct the server to acquire a cleaning monitoring video and store the cleaning monitoring video, where the cleaning monitoring video includes a monitoring video corresponding to a time period from when the cleaning staff enters the house to when the cleaning staff leaves the house.
In still other embodiments, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 9, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
a second information receiving module 608, configured to receive touch information reported when the doorbell is started by a cleaning person after the cleaning request sending module 602 sends the cleaning request to the server;
the confirmation request sending module 609 is used for responding to the touch information and sending an identity confirmation request to the server, wherein the identity confirmation request is used for indicating the server to acquire a face image of the cleaning personnel from the cleaning client and sending the face image and prompt information to a resident client corresponding to the house, and the prompt information is used for indicating the resident client to prompt a resident to confirm the identity of the cleaning personnel according to the face image;
and the second instruction sending module 610 is used for sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when receiving an appointed confirmation result returned by the server, wherein the appointed confirmation result is used for indicating the identity of the householder to pass the confirmation of the cleaning personnel, and the opening instruction is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to unlock.
In still other embodiments, the cleaning request carries a temporary password for the smart door lock of the premises and the cleaning information includes the temporary password. In this embodiment, on the basis of fig. 6, as shown in fig. 10, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
the third instruction sending module 611 is configured to send a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock before the cleaning request sending module 602 sends the cleaning request to the server, where the door lock control instruction is used to instruct the intelligent door lock to set the door lock password as the temporary password.
In this embodiment, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
the task determination module is used for determining whether the cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is finished;
and the fourth instruction sending module is used for sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock when the cleaning personnel finishes cleaning the house, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
As an embodiment, the task determination module may include:
a confirmation request sending unit for sending a cleaning confirmation request to the server, the cleaning confirmation request being used for indicating the server to confirm whether cleaning is completed according to the cleaning information uploaded by the cleaning client;
the first determining unit is used for determining that the cleaning of the house is finished by cleaning personnel when first confirmation information returned by the server is received, wherein the first confirmation information is used for indicating that the cleaning is finished;
and the second determining unit is used for determining that the cleaning of the house is not finished by the cleaning personnel when receiving second confirmation information returned by the server, wherein the second confirmation information is used for indicating that the cleaning is not finished.
In this embodiment, the intelligent control device 600 for house cleaning may further include:
the door lock state determining module is used for determining whether the intelligent door lock is opened or not;
and the fifth instruction sending module is used for sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock when the intelligent door lock is determined to be opened, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.

Referring to fig. 11, an intelligent gateway device 700 provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, which includes a memory 710, a processor 720, and a computer program stored in the memory 710 and executable on the processor 720, wherein the processor 720 implements the method described in the foregoing method embodiment when executing the computer program.
The Memory 710 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). The memory 710 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 710 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as cleaning instructions, unlocking instructions, door lock control instructions, etc.), instructions for implementing various method embodiments described below, and the like. The storage data area may also store data (such as cleaning request, cleaning information, temporary password, trigger information) created by the intelligent gateway device 700 during use, and the like.
Referring to fig. 12, a computer-readable storage medium 800 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, wherein a program code is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the program code can be invoked by a processor to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium 800 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 800 includes a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 800 has storage space for program code 810 to perform any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 810 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.

1. An intelligent control method for house cleaning is characterized by being applied to intelligent gateway equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a cleaning instruction for cleaning a house;
when the house leaving mode is triggered, responding to the cleaning instruction, and sending a cleaning request to a server, wherein the cleaning request is used for instructing the server to send cleaning information to a cleaning client of a cleaning worker corresponding to the house, and the cleaning information is used for instructing the cleaning client to prompt the cleaning worker to clean the house.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending a cleaning request to a server, the method further comprises:
receiving trigger information reported when a doorbell is started by the cleaning personnel;
responding to the trigger information, sending a face recognition request to the server, wherein the face recognition request is used for indicating the server to carry out face recognition on the cleaning personnel according to the face image uploaded by the cleaning client;
and sending an opening instruction to the intelligent door lock when the server successfully identifies the face of the cleaning personnel according to the received identification result returned by the server, wherein the opening instruction is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to unlock.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending a cleaning request to a server, the method further comprises:
determining whether said premises is occupied;
when it is determined that no person is in the house and the cleaning personnel is detected to enter the house, a cleaning monitoring request is sent to the server and used for indicating the server to acquire a cleaning monitoring video and storing the cleaning monitoring video, wherein the cleaning monitoring video comprises a monitoring video corresponding to a time period from when the cleaning personnel enters the house to when the cleaning personnel leaves the house.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the cleaning request carries a temporary password for an intelligent door lock of the premises, the cleaning information including the temporary password;
before the sending a cleaning request to a server, the method further comprises:
and sending a door lock control command to the intelligent door lock, wherein the door lock control command is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to set the door lock password into a temporary password.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after said sending a cleaning request to a server, the method further comprises:
determining whether the cleaning of the house by the cleaning personnel is finished;
and when the cleaning personnel is determined to finish cleaning the house, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after said sending a cleaning request to a server, the method further comprises:
determining whether the intelligent door lock is unlocked;
and when the intelligent door lock is determined to be opened, sending a recovery instruction to the intelligent door lock, wherein the recovery instruction is used for indicating the intelligent door lock to recover the temporary password to the door lock password.
7. An intelligent control system for house cleaning, which is characterized by comprising an intelligent gateway device and a server, wherein:
the intelligent gateway equipment is used for acquiring a cleaning instruction for cleaning a house;
the intelligent gateway equipment is further used for responding to the cleaning instruction and sending a cleaning request to a server when detecting that the house leaving mode is triggered, wherein the cleaning request is used for instructing the server to send cleaning information to a cleaning client of a cleaning worker corresponding to the house, and the cleaning information is used for instructing the cleaning client to prompt the cleaning worker to clean the house;
the server is used for receiving the cleaning request sent by the intelligent gateway equipment;
the server is also used for sending cleaning information to the cleaning client.
8. An intelligent control device for house cleaning is characterized in that the intelligent control device is applied to intelligent gateway equipment, and the device comprises:
