The laboratory management module 103 specifically includes: the reagent consumable management unit, the plasmid management unit, the laboratory animal management unit, the laboratory instrument reservation management unit and the experiment expense management unit.
The reagent consumable management unit is used for carrying out reagent ordering, deletion ordering, ordering category, reagent name searching, reagent name list, reagent information, reagent inventory state, reagent label printing, reagent invoice and reagent ordering management.
In the reagent ordering management, a subject group leader or a subject group member performs an operation of ordering an additional reagent on a reagent management page, and after the operation is performed, the system automatically saves a new creation time of the additional order, a new creator (system login person name), a subject group name to which the system login person belongs, and a state of setting an invoice as 'not opened'. At the same time, the system prompts the user to select an order category, an order product name, a product number, a brand, an order quantity, a supplier, a specification model, and a unit price. According to the number and unit price of the order input by the user, the system automatically calculates the total price of the order.
In the reagent deletion management, the subject group administrator can delete the selected reagent. After deletion, the reagent information is removed from the database. This operation is only valid for the subject group leader and not for the subject group members.
In order type management, after a subject group leader or a subject group member can select an order type, the rapid search is carried out according to the order type in the reagent order information, the name of the reagent meeting the condition after the search is displayed in a reagent name list module, and the information of the selected reagent is displayed after the subject group leader or the subject group member clicks the name of the reagent.
In the reagent name search management, a subject group leader or a subject group member inputs a keyword to search for a reagent name, the searched reagent name meeting the condition is displayed in a reagent name list module, and the subject group leader or the subject group member clicks the reagent name and then displays the information of the selected reagent.
In the reagent name list management, all reagent names currently meeting the conditions are displayed, and after a subject group leader or a subject group member selects a reagent name, information of the selected reagent is displayed.
The reagent information management includes reagent ordering information, reagent warehousing information, reagent using method and reagent subpackaging and accepting columns.
In the reagent ordering column management, the subject group leader or the subject group member fills in the reagent ordering information, referring to the reagent ordering module. In the reagent warehousing information column, a subject group leader or a subject group member fills in reagent warehousing time, reagent lot number, reagent expiration time, remarks, storage place, and a warehousing registrant. Wherein the warehousing registrant is automatically filled out as a registrant of the current system, but the subject group leader or subject group members are allowed to change to other users. In the reagent use method, a subject group leader or a subject group member fills out a reagent use method and uploads a reagent use instruction. The size of each label is 2 x 2cm, and the label is suitable for being stuck on a 1.5mL centrifuge tube.
In the reagent stock state management, the subject group administrator or the subject group member selects whether or not the reagent is used up, and may select "yes" or "no". If the person in charge of the subject group or the group members of the subject group select yes, the system prompts whether to reorder the reagent, if the person in charge of the subject group or the group members of the subject group select yes, the system automatically copies the current reagent ordering content, creates a new reagent ordering, and fills the copied content into a new record. If the subject group leader or subject group members choose to "cancel," the system will not create a new order for the agent.
In reagent invoice management, if the subject group leader sets "yes" in the invoice audit settings, the subject group members may make invoice status modifications. If the subject group responsibility is set to 'no' in the invoice audit setting, the operation is invisible to subject group members and only visible to subject group responsibility. The subject group leader selects the invoice status as "yes" and this agent automatically belongs to the invoiced category.
In the reagent ordering management, the subject group administrator sets the ordering state of the selected reagent to "agree" and "disagree". If the user sets the user's agreement', the person in charge of the subject group can print the order sheet, and the system automatically obtains the 'unprinted' reagent in the current database according to the printing state to print. After printing is completed, the printing status in the printed reagent information is set to "printed".
