The subject group leader or the subject group members can input keywords to search the method names, display a method name list containing the keywords after searching, and display the number of methods meeting the conditions. And displaying the content of the selected method after the person in charge of the subject group or the members of the subject group select the name of the method.
The subject group leader may set whether the selected method allows modification of the subject group members. If the editable state is set to "YES," the method is in an editable state. If "no" is selected, the method is in a non-editable state.
In the experimental literature management unit, the person in charge of the subject group or the members of the subject group may add the name of the literature and select the date of the literature report. After the document title is saved, the system automatically acquires the user name of the system login user and sets the user name as a document uploader, and meanwhile, the system automatically calculates and saves the week number of the selected reporting date. The subject group leader may delete selected documents. In the document name list, the document title and the number of reported weeks that have been added to the topic group are displayed. The subject group leader or the subject group members can upload, download and delete the document PDF file. The main data and supplementary data of the document can be operated on separately here. The subject group leader or the subject group members can save the reading records filled in the selected documents as PDF files, and the PDF files and the width and the height of the PDF files are consistent with the width and the height of the PPT page and can be directly used in the report. The subject group leader or the subject group members can input keywords to search the document titles, display a document title list containing the keywords after searching, and display the number of documents meeting the conditions. And after the subject group leader or the subject group members select the document title, the content of the selected document, including document data and document reading records, is displayed.
The subject group scientific research management system in the laboratory distributes accounts and sets permissions to subject group managers, the subject group managers distribute account numbers of subject group members, the subject group members fill in experimental objectives in an experimental planning module, and then the experimental results are filled in after the experimental objectives are found in an experimental recording module. The filled experimental results can be modified within the time set by the leader of the subject group, and the system automatically saves the modification records. In addition, the subject group member can directly import the already-filled experimental method for the purpose of the experiment, and the number of the importing methods is not limited. After the experiment objective is completed, the subject group member can choose to print the experiment record or export the experiment record into a document format or a slide format for reporting directly. After the purpose of multiple experiments is completed, the subject group members can summarize multiple similar experimental purposes in the result summarizing module and summarize the similar experimental purposes into final experimental data. Compared with the conventional paper-based experimental record, the system has the characteristics of simple storage, difficult loss, convenience in reference and sharing, no need of carrying and the like. The system is designed for the life science or medical laboratory to carry out the experiment record and the standard writing and storage of the experiment data, can improve the experiment efficiency, increase the credibility of the experiment data and improve the credibility of the scientific research.

Claims (7)

1. A research management system for subject groups in laboratories is characterized by comprising:
the user login module is used for identifying and verifying the identity of the user; the users comprise administrators, subject group responsible persons and subject group members;
the user management module is used for setting a topic group and managing the authority;
and the experiment management module is used for managing an experiment plan, an experiment record and an experiment document according to the topic group setting and the authority management.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user login module specifically comprises:
the administrator management unit is used for managing the user name and the password of the subject group responsible person;
a subject group leader login unit used for logging in according to the user name and the password of the subject group leader; the user name and the password of the subject group member are also managed;
and the subject group member login unit is used for logging in according to the user name and the password of the subject group member.
3. The system for managing research of a laboratory task group according to claim 2, wherein the user login module further comprises:
and the password retrieving unit is used for sending the password to the mailbox of the user when the password of the user is forgotten to be remembered.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user management module comprises:
a topic group setting unit for creating a topic group, naming the topic group, modifying the name of the topic group, and deleting the topic group;
a login authority unit for setting login of the subject group leader or the subject group member;
and the access authority unit is used for setting the access and modification authority of the subject group members to the experiment plan and the experiment record.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the experiment management module comprises:
the experimental plan management unit is used for newly building an experimental plan and filling the experimental plan;
the experimental record management unit is used for searching, filling and modifying experimental records, displaying experimental purposes, searching and modifying, displaying experimental processes, summarizing experimental results and selecting experimental methods;
and the experimental literature management unit is used for adding and deleting the literature, determining a list of the names of the literature, editing the literature, reading the literature, printing the reading record of the literature and searching the literature.
6. The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the experiment plan managing unit comprises:
the experiment plan creating subunit is used for creating an experiment plan when judging that no variable exists; the variables include the user name, the year of the current date, and the number of weeks of the current date;
the experiment plan storage subunit is used for storing the newly-built experiment plan; the newly created experiment plan includes a new creation date, an experiment operator, a subject name, and an experiment purpose.
7. The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the experiment record management unit comprises:
the experimental record management subunit is used for searching the experimental record and filling and modifying the experimental record;
the experiment purpose management subunit is used for displaying and searching an experiment purpose list;
the experimental result summarizing management subunit is used for marking experimental results, increasing experimental summarizing data, deleting experimental summarizing data, displaying serial numbers and titles of the experimental summarizing data, describing and filling the experimental summarizing data and uploading related files, displaying experimental purposes and experimental results in the experimental summarizing data and exporting and reporting the experimental summarizing data;
and the experimental method management subunit is used for adding the experimental methods, deleting the experimental methods, editing the experimental methods and searching the experimental methods.
