8. The centralized processing and automatic optimization software system for steel bars of railway bridges of claim 1, wherein the classification and integration unit comprises a hardness statistic module and a diameter statistic module.
9. An optimization method of an automatic optimization software system for centralized processing of steel bars of a railway bridge according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, calculating the cutting excess materials of the steel bars with all lengths meeting the requirements during cutting and processing the steel bars through a processing scheme calculating unit, and obtaining a processing scheme with the least excess materials through comparative analysis;
secondly, calculating the demand of various steel bars to obtain a processing plan according to the actual construction proportioning needs of the processed steel bars through a demand calculation and analysis unit;
thirdly, arranging and counting the excess materials after the reinforcing steel bars are processed through an excess material calculation and counting unit, and then transmitting excess material data information to a raw material data management system for secondary use during subsequent processing;
fourthly, displaying the processing scheme and the processing plan of the steel bar through a display terminal, and simultaneously printing and directly carrying out communication transmission with related management workers to carry out construction management;
and fifthly, realizing the steel bar raw material under the parameter conditions of different lengths through a classification and integration unit, performing classification and integration treatment on the hardness of the installed steel bar and the diameter of the steel bar, and then storing the steel bar raw material in a database.

The optimization method of an automatic optimization software system for centralized processing of steel bars of a railway bridge according to claim 9, wherein in the third step, the excess material data information is transmitted to a raw material data management system and then is used for a second time in the post-processing.
