Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the oxygenation type fresh air purifier has the following advantages:
1.according to the invention, the first filter plate, the rotating frame and the second filter plate can rotate to form a circle, so that vibration dust removal is realized while normal filtration is realized, two sides can be replaced in a rotating way, and one first filter plate can vibrate to remove dust and also can cause the other second filter plate to resonate, so that excessive dust adhesion on the first filter plate and the second filter plate is avoided, and frequent replacement is required.
2.The collecting cavity is positioned at the bottom of the double displacers, dust which is removed is prevented from flying again and adhering to the first filter plate or the second filter plate in an electrostatic adsorption mode, and the top end of the double displacers is replaced by the cathode, so that dust is not accumulated, powder is not clamped, and the movable top cover cannot be opened smoothly.
3. The double displacers can rotate to form a circle, the stability of the installation of the filter screen is improved in a mode of two points and one line at the center shaft and the edges of the fixed blocks at two sides of the rotating frame, the magnetic sheet-is arranged at the tail end of the adsorption column and the adsorption column on the center shaft, and the connection relation between the first filter plate or the second filter plate and the center shaft is further enhanced.
4. According to the invention, the inclined plate is arranged on the central shaft, the inclined plate not only serves as a stable support of the central shaft, but also serves as a floor for guiding dust to fall off, and also serves as a loose structure, when the double replacers rotate, the first filter plate or the second filter plate at the bottom end and the height frame of the rotating frame have a fall, so that the first filter plate or the second filter plate and the rotating frame are easily driven to rotate by the convex plate on the small motor, and violent shaking is generated, thereby achieving a vibration effect, realizing further dust removal, and reducing the purpose of replacing the first filter plate and the second filter plate.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an oxygen-increasing fresh air purifier is provided, which comprises an outer casing 1, a purifying unit 2, a cover plate 3, a dust-removing filtering structure 4, a diffusion rectifying plate 5, and an adjusting knob 6, wherein the cover plate 3 is movably disposed on the outer casing 1, the adjusting knob 6 is disposed at one end of the outer casing 1, the diffusion rectifying plate 5, the dust-removing filtering structure 4, and the purifying unit 2 are sequentially disposed from the end of the adjusting knob 6 to the other end in the outer casing 1, the diffusion rectifying plate 5, the dust-removing filtering structure 4, and the purifying unit 2 are movably contacted with each other, the dust-removing filtering structure 4 comprises an electrostatic dust-removing system 41, a double displacer 42, a movable top cover 43, a collecting cavity 45, and an inner shell 46, the double displacer 42 is disposed at the center of the inner shell 46, the collecting cavity 45 is disposed at the bottom of the inner shell 46, interior casing 46 and two replacers 42 adopt swing joint, interior casing 46 top is installed through the hinge and is moved top cap 43, interior casing 46 bottom is installed and is moved electrostatic precipitator system 41, the horizontal width of moving top cap 43 is equal to the half of interior casing 46 width.
The double displacer 42 is provided with a rotating frame 421, a fixed block 422, a first filter plate 423, a central shaft 424, a moving groove 426, a second filter plate 427, a convex plate 420 and a small motor 429, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the inner wall of the inner shell 46 are provided with the moving groove 426, the moving groove 426 is movably connected with the fixed block 422, the fixed block 422 is horizontally fixed at the horizontal ends of the rotating frame 421, the central shaft 424 is vertically arranged in the middle of the rotating frame 421, the central shaft 424 and the rotating frame 421 adopt sliding fit, the two sides of the bottom of the rotating frame 421 are respectively provided with the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427, the small motor 429 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner shell 46 opposite to the first filter plate 423, the convex plate 420 is arranged on the output shaft of the small motor 429, the connecting position of the small motor 429 and the convex plate 420 is not the circle center position of the convex plate, with two dot-line modes in the fixed block 422 edge on center pin 424 and swivel mount 421 both sides, improve the stability of filter screen installation, in addition, through first filter 423, swivel mount 421 and second filter 427 can rotate and constitute a circle, realize that vibration removes dust on one side, normal filtration on one side, first filter 423 and second filter 427 installed on swivel mount 421 can rotate on center pin 424, realize rotatory replacement, and one of them first filter 423 removes dust in the vibration, can also arouse another second filter 427 resonance, avoid the dust to adhere too much on the filter screen, need change the frequency frequently.

The electrostatic dust collection system 41 is provided with a cathode plate 411, a power supply 412 and an anode plate 413, the anode plate 413 is embedded at the bottom of the collection cavity 45, the cathode plate 411 is installed at the top end of the inner wall of the movable top cover 43, the power supply 412 is installed under the small motor 429, the power supply 412 is mechanically connected with the cathode plate 411 and the anode plate 413 through corona wires, the collection cavity 45 is located at the bottom of the double replacer 42, dust which is removed is prevented from flying again and adhering to the first filter plate 423 or the second filter plate 427 in an electrostatic adsorption mode, the top end of the double replacer 42 is replaced as a cathode, dust is not accumulated, and dust is not clamped, so that the movable top cover 43 cannot be opened smoothly.
The horizontal width of the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 is smaller than one half of the rotating frame 421, so that the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 can be conveniently detached and taken out in the vertical direction, and the use and the change of the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 are more convenient.
When the dust collector is used, after the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 are adhered with dust after being used, the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 on the rotatable frame 421 can rotate on the central shaft 424 to realize rotation replacement, the second filter plate 427 adhered with dust is rotated to the end of the convex plate 420, the small motor 429 is electrified to drive the convex plate 420 to rotate, the second filter plate 427 is vibrated to fall in the collecting cavity 45 to realize collection, and the vibration dust removal and the normal filtration can be realized at the same time, and the resonance of the other first filter plate 423 can be caused, so that the dust is prevented from being adhered too much on the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427, the frequency of replacement is required to be frequent, in the process, the central shaft 424 is provided with the inclined plate 44, the inclined plate 44 not only serves as a stable support of the central shaft 424, but also serves as a floor for guiding dust to fall, and also serves as a loosening structure, when the double displacer 42 rotates, a fall exists between the first filter plate 423 or the second filter plate 427 at the bottom end and the height of the rotating frame 421, and the fall is easily driven by the convex plate 420 on the small motor 429 to rotate, so that the vibration effect is achieved, further dust removal is realized, the purpose of replacing the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 is reduced, secondly, the stability of the installation of the filter screen is improved in a mode that two points on the edge of the fixed block 422 on two sides of the central shaft 424 and the edge of the rotating frame 421 are aligned, and the magnetic sheet 4-2 is installed at the tail end of the adsorption column 425 through the adsorption column 425 on the central shaft 424, so that the connection relationship between the first filter plate 423 or the second filter plate 427 and the central shaft 424 is further enhanced.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an oxygen-increasing fresh air purifier is provided, which comprises an outer casing 1, a purifying unit 2, a cover plate 3, a dust-removing filtering structure 4, a diffusion rectifying plate 5, and an adjusting knob 6, wherein the cover plate 3 is movably disposed on the outer casing 1, the adjusting knob 6 is disposed at one end of the outer casing 1, the diffusion rectifying plate 5, the dust-removing filtering structure 4, and the purifying unit 2 are sequentially disposed from the end of the adjusting knob 6 to the other end in the outer casing 1, the diffusion rectifying plate 5, the dust-removing filtering structure 4, and the purifying unit 2 are movably contacted with each other, the dust-removing filtering structure 4 comprises an electrostatic dust-removing system 41, a double displacer 42, a movable top cover 43, a collecting cavity 45, and an inner shell 46, the double displacer 42 is disposed at the center of the inner shell 46, the collecting cavity 45 is disposed at the bottom of the inner shell 46, interior casing 46 and two replacers 42 adopt swing joint, interior casing 46 top is installed through the hinge and is moved top cap 43, interior casing 46 bottom is installed and is moved electrostatic precipitator system 41, the horizontal width of moving top cap 43 is equal to the half of interior casing 46 width.
The double displacer 42 is provided with a rotating frame 421, a fixed block 422, a first filter plate 423, a central shaft 424, a moving groove 426, a second filter plate 427, a convex plate 420 and a small motor 429, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the inner wall of the inner shell 46 are provided with the moving groove 426, the moving groove 426 is movably connected with the fixed block 422, the fixed block 422 is horizontally fixed at the horizontal ends of the rotating frame 421, the central shaft 424 is vertically arranged in the middle of the rotating frame 421, the central shaft 424 and the rotating frame 421 adopt sliding fit, the two sides of the bottom of the rotating frame 421 are respectively provided with the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427, the small motor 429 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner shell 46 opposite to the first filter plate 423, the convex plate 420 is arranged on the output shaft of the small motor 429, the connecting position of the small motor 429 and the convex plate 420 is not the circle center position of the convex plate, with two dot-line modes in the fixed block 422 edge on center pin 424 and swivel mount 421 both sides, improve the stability of filter screen installation, in addition, through first filter 423, swivel mount 421 and second filter 427 can rotate and constitute a circle, realize that vibration removes dust on one side, normal filtration on one side, first filter 423 and second filter 427 installed on swivel mount 421 can rotate on center pin 424, realize rotatory replacement, and one of them first filter 423 removes dust in the vibration, can also arouse another second filter 427 resonance, avoid the dust to adhere too much on the filter screen, need change the frequency frequently.

The horizontal width of the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 is smaller than one half of the rotating frame 421, so that the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 can be conveniently detached and taken out in the vertical direction, and the use and the change of the first filter plate 423 and the second filter plate 427 are more convenient.
On the basis of the first embodiment, the collecting chamber 45 is located at the bottom of the double displacer 42, and most of the electric ions are released by the electrostatic adsorption mode, that is, the negative plate 411 and the positive plate 413 are connected to the power supply 412 through corona wires, so as to adsorb the dust onto the positive plate 413, thereby preventing the dust which has been removed from flying again and adhering to the first filter plate 423 or the second filter plate 427, and the top end of the double displacer 42 is replaced by the cathode, so that the dust is not accumulated, the dust is not blocked, and the movable top cover 43 cannot be opened smoothly.
