Abstract
本发明公开了智能调节暖气片回水阀,包括阀体、安装于阀体内的密封圈以及阀片,密封圈固定安装于阀体内,阀片设于密封圈内并与之紧密配合,阀体的顶部固定安装有控制箱,控制箱内设有穿过阀体并与阀片固定连接的驱动杆,控制箱内还安装有驱动驱动杆的驱动电机以及控制驱动电机的控制芯片,控制箱的外部安装有与控制芯片连接的室内温度检测器。本发明结构新颖,采用室内温度检测器并结合通讯天线实现对暖气片使用环境的温度进行实时监控以适时调节热水的回流速度,实现室内温度的智能调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及暖气片技术领域,具体是智能调节暖气片回水阀。
背景技术
暖气片是一种采暖为主的采暖设备。主要在冬天寒冷的北方地区使用,具有保暖的作用,以前多使用铸铁暖气片,现在已经发展出了更多材质的暖气片。铸铁暖气片已经逐步退出了市场舞台,钢制暖气片、铜铝复合散热器、铝制暖气片等新型暖气片无论从材质上还是制作工艺上都优于铸铁散热器,成为市场上最主流的暖气片。
目前的暖气片多采用热水传热的方式进行室内供暖,而暖气片中一般需设置回水阀以确保暖气片中的水能够回流加热进而维持水温以保证持续供暖,而现有技术中的回水阀一般通过人手动调节阀门开启幅度以达到调节温度目的,智能化程度低,调节麻烦。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述情况不足,旨在提供一种能解决上述问题的技术方案。
智能调节暖气片回水阀,包括阀体、安装于阀体内的密封圈以及阀片,密封圈固定安装于阀体内,阀片设于密封圈内并与之紧密配合,阀体的顶部固定安装有控制箱,控制箱内设有穿过阀体并与阀片固定连接的驱动杆,控制箱内还安装有驱动驱动杆的驱动电机以及控制驱动电机的控制芯片,控制箱的外部安装有与控制芯片连接的室内温度检测器。
进一步的,控制箱内还安装有与控制芯片连接的通讯天线,控制芯片通过通讯天线连接有通讯云端并且通过通讯云端连接有用户移动终端。
进一步的,控制箱的顶部设有一可拆卸的电池盖,控制箱内位于电池盖下设有为控制芯片供电的蓄电池。
进一步的,阀体的内底部具有穿过密封圈的支撑柱,阀片的底部具有与支撑柱对应的圆槽并通过圆槽可转动连接的安装于支撑柱上,支撑柱的顶部边缘设有一与圆槽紧配的防水圈。
进一步的,控制箱的外部一侧设有与控制芯片连接的调节按钮,控制箱的外部还设置有与控制芯片连接的显示屏。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果为:本发明结构新颖,采用室内温度检测器并结合通讯天线实现对暖气片使用环境的温度进行实时监控以适时调节热水的回流速度,实现室内温度的智能调节。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,智能调节暖气片回水阀,包括阀体1、安装于阀体1内的密封圈2以及阀片3,密封圈2固定安装于阀体1内,阀片3设于密封圈2内并与之紧密配合,阀体1的顶部固定安装有控制箱4,控制箱4内设有穿过阀体1并与阀片3固定连接的驱动杆5,控制箱4内还安装有驱动驱动杆5的驱动电机42以及控制驱动电机42的控制芯片41,控制箱4的外部安装有与控制芯片41连接的室内温度检测器43。控制芯片41中存储预设的温度值,室内温度检测器43检测当下室内温度值,控制芯片41通过对比预设的温度值于当下室内温度值判断控制驱动电机42驱动驱动杆5带动阀片3旋转以调节阀门的开闭程度。
进一步的,控制箱4内还安装有与控制芯片41连接的通讯天线44,控制芯片41通过通讯天线44连接有通讯云端45并且通过通讯云端46连接有用户移动终端47。
进一步的,控制箱4的顶部设有一可拆卸的电池盖6,控制箱4内位于电池盖下设有为控制芯片41供电的蓄电池48。
进一步的,阀体1的内底部具有穿过密封圈2的支撑柱7,阀片3的底部具有与支撑柱7对应的圆槽并通过圆槽可转动连接的安装于支撑柱7上,支撑柱7的顶部边缘设有一与圆槽紧配的防水圈71。
进一步的,控制箱4的外部一侧设有与控制芯片41连接的调节按钮49,控制箱4的外部还设置有与控制芯片41连接的显示屏8。
本申请中控制芯片、驱动电机、室内温度检测器、显示屏的具体型号以及电路连接方式可通过本领域的技术人员结合现有技术与实际需求进行主观选定和设计,故在此不做赘述。

Claims (5)
1.智能调节暖气片回水阀,包括阀体、安装于阀体内的密封圈以及阀片,其特征在于,密封圈固定安装于阀体内,阀片设于密封圈内并与之紧密配合,阀体的顶部固定安装有控制箱,控制箱内设有穿过阀体并与阀片固定连接的驱动杆,控制箱内还安装有驱动驱动杆的驱动电机以及控制驱动电机的控制芯片,控制箱的外部安装有与控制芯片连接的室内温度检测器。
2.根据权利要求1所述智能调节暖气片回水阀,其特征在于,控制箱内还安装有与控制芯片连接的通讯天线,控制芯片通过通讯天线连接有通讯云端并且通过通讯云端连接有用户移动终端。
3.根据权利要求1所述智能调节暖气片回水阀,其特征在于,控制箱的顶部设有一可拆卸的电池盖,控制箱内位于电池盖下设有为控制芯片供电的蓄电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述智能调节暖气片回水阀,其特征在于,阀体的内底部具有穿过密封圈的支撑柱,阀片的底部具有与支撑柱对应的圆槽并通过圆槽可转动连接的安装于支撑柱上,支撑柱的顶部边缘设有一与圆槽紧配的防水圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述智能调节暖气片回水阀,其特征在于,控制箱的外部一侧设有与控制芯片连接的调节按钮,控制箱的外部还设置有与控制芯片连接的显示屏。
