The crankcase is formed by connecting and combining a crankcase body 1, a crankcase cover 2 and a crankcase cover gasket 9 through a plurality of bolts 3 and is used for mounting parts such as a diesel engine crankshaft assembly, a camshaft assembly, a balance shaft bearing, an oil pump assembly and the like, meanwhile, a proper amount of engine oil is filled in a bottom cavity of the crankcase, and a crankshaft main journal and a connecting rod journal are subjected to pressure lubrication through the engine oil pump.
Furthermore, an engine oil heating rod mounting screw hole 2-2 is formed near an oil inlet 2-1 in the crankcase cover 2, and an engine oil heating rod 4 is fixed in the mounting screw hole 2-2 through threads. A heating rod gasket 10 is arranged between the engine oil heating rod 4 and the crankcase cover 2, the engine oil heating rod 4 is connected with a time module 6 through an electric wire 5, the time module 6 is connected with a preheating switch 7 through a lead, the preheating switch 7 is connected with a power supply 8 through a lead, the preheating switch 7 is turned on before starting, the time module 6 can be powered on by the power supply 8 according to preset time, the engine oil in the crankcase is preheated through the engine oil heating rod 4, and the power supply is automatically turned off by the time module 6 after the power supply time is up.
As shown in fig. 4, the schematic diagram of the time module circuit includes a button SB, a signal collector, a potentiometer RW, a single chip microcomputer (N76E 00), a relay KA, and a glow plug. The single chip microcomputer (N76E 00) is respectively connected with the signal collector, the potentiometer RW and the relay KA through leads; the signal collector is connected with the button SB through a wire and is connected with a power supply 12V. The potentiometer RW is connected to GND via a conductor. The preheating plug is respectively connected with the relay KA, the single chip microcomputer (N76E 00) and the potentiometer RW through leads and is connected with GND in parallel.
The working principle is as follows: pressing a button SB, and receiving a working signal by a signal collector; the signal collector transmits the working signal to the singlechip (N76E 00); the singlechip (N76E 00) outputs according to the time set by the potentiometer RW, and an output signal is connected with the relay KA to pull in the relay KA; the relay KA actuation drives the relay KA electric shock actuation, and the glow plug is conducted to work.
