Reference numerals:
1-a common fan module, 2-a common flue, 3-an air inlet, 4-an air outlet, 5-an outer wall, 6-a smoke exhaust pipe, 7-an airflow inlet, 8-an airflow outlet and 9-a smoke exhaust ventilator.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
To make the objects, solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment of the building provided by the application comprises a central oil fume treatment system and kitchens which correspond to all floors one by one, and is shown in figure 1. The central oil fume processing system is suitable for exhausting and purifying oil fume generated by cooking in each kitchen. For the embodiment of the building, the building has five layers.
The central oil smoke processing system comprises a common fan module 1, a common flue 2 and a plurality of oil smoke extractors 9, as shown in figure 1. A plurality of the smoke exhaust ventilators 9 are also in one-to-one correspondence with each floor, and the total number of the smoke exhaust ventilators 9 is five. The public fan module 1 comprises an electrostatic type oil fume purification device and a centrifugal fan.
The common flue 2 includes a plurality of air inlets 3 and one air outlet 4, both of which are disposed on a side wall of the common flue 2, that is, the plurality of air inlets 3 and one air outlet 4 are both disposed on a side wall of the common flue 2, as shown in fig. 1. The plurality of air inlets 3 are arranged in order in the height direction of the common flue 2. The top end of the common flue 2 is closed. The exhaust 4 of the common tunnel 2 is located at the middle floor of the common tunnel 2. Because the embodiment of the building has five layers, the exhaust port 4 of the common flue 2 is positioned at the third layer of the common flue 2. Specifically, the exhaust port 4 of the common tunnel 2 faces the intake port 3 of the middle floor of the common tunnel 2, i.e., the exhaust port 4 of the common tunnel 2 faces the intake port 3 of the third floor. The exhaust port 4 is provided on the outer side wall of the common flue 2. The outer side wall of the common flue 2 is an outer wall 5 of the building. A plurality of air inlets 3 are all provided on the inner side wall of the common flue 2. The public flue 2 is of a cuboid structure as a whole. The inner side wall of the public flue 2 and the outer side wall of the public flue 2 are arranged in opposite directions.
The plurality of air inlets 3 of the common flue 2 correspond to the floors one by one, and the total number of the air inlets 3 of the common flue 2 is five as shown in fig. 1. The five smoke exhaust ventilators 9 correspond to the five air inlets 3 of the common flue 2 one by one, and each smoke exhaust ventilator 9 discharges the oil smoke into the common flue 2 through the corresponding air inlet 3. Each range hood 9 is configured to guide oil smoke in a kitchen to flow into the corresponding air inlet 3 after flowing through the range hood 9 when the common fan module 1 operates, and finally to be discharged to the outside after flowing through the common fan module 1, as shown in fig. 1, a dotted arrow in the figure represents a general flow direction of air flow when the common fan module 1 operates, and each floor in the figure is in an oil smoke exhausting state. Each of the hoods 9 is a fan-less hood. The central oil fume processing system, the negative pressure for forming the air current is generated by the common fan module 1. Each hood 9 includes two states of opening and closing. When a certain range hood 9 is opened, the airflow channel of the range hood 9 is unblocked, and at this time, if the centrifugal fan of the common fan module 1 operates, the range hood 9 can guide the oil smoke in the kitchen to flow into the airflow channel of the range hood 9, then flow through the corresponding air inlet 3 to enter the common flue 2, then flow through the common flue 2, then be discharged from the air outlet 4 and flow into the common fan module 1, and then be discharged after being filtered by the electrostatic oil smoke purification device of the common fan module 1. When a certain range hood 9 is closed, the airflow channel of the range hood 9 is closed, so that the oil smoke in the public flue 2 can be prevented from flowing back into a kitchen where the oil smoke is located. Each range hood 9 establishes communication with the public fan module 1, when a certain range hood 9 is opened, the public fan module 1 receives corresponding signal input, and the public fan module 1 controls the centrifugal fan to operate after receiving the signal input. The common fan module 1 also controls the operating gear of its centrifugal fan according to the number of simultaneously operating hoods 9. When a certain range hood 9 is closed, the common fan module 1 receives a corresponding signal input. Based on the received signal input, the common fan module 1 controls its centrifugal fan to stop when it determines that all the hoods 9 have been turned off. Therefore, the scheme realizes that the same common fan module 1 is shared by residents on all floors.
The common fan module 1 is located outside the common flue 2 and is communicated with the exhaust port 4 of the common flue 2. Specifically, the public fan module 1 is fixed on an outer wall 5 of the building, as shown in fig. 1, the public fan module 1 is disposed at an exhaust port 4 of the public flue 2. The public fan module 1 is arranged and suitable for generating negative pressure in an operation mode so as to guide airflow to flow into the public fan module 1 after flowing into the public flue 2 from the air inlet 3 and then being discharged from the air outlet 4, and then being discharged to the outside. The common fan module 1 comprises an airflow inlet 7 and an airflow outlet 8. In a use state (i.e. when the common blower module 1 is in an installation application state), the airflow inlet 7 of the common blower module 1 extends in a horizontal direction, and the airflow outlet 8 of the common blower module 1 also extends in a horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 1. The exhaust 4 of the common flue 2 is in substantially horizontal abutment with the airflow inlet 7 of the common fan module 1.
The foregoing is merely one embodiment of the present application and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. Such as the exhaust of the common flue, may be located at other possible positions between the topmost inlet and the bottommost inlet, and is not limited to the intermediate floors. For another example, the distance between the exhaust port and the bottommost intake port of the common flue may be less than three-fifths of the total height of the common flue. For another example, if the total number of floors is an even number, there are two floors in the middle floor, and in this case, the term "middle floor" is to be understood as one of the two floors; for example, if the total number of floors is ten floors, the "middle floor" is five or six floors. For another example, the term "corresponding to each floor" should be understood as not being limited to "this is true for each floor", and in fact, this application does not exclude building embodiments in which a common flue is provided on an individual floor and no air inlet is provided, nor building embodiments in which a common flue is provided on an individual floor and no range hood is installed, and the air inlet is closed. For another example, the common flue is not close to the outer wall of the building, in this case, a section of air duct may be further provided, one end of the air duct is connected to the exhaust port of the common flue, and the other end of the air duct is connected to the airflow inlet of the common blower module. For another example, it should be noted that, in general, a building may be provided with a plurality of common flues, and each common flue covers different households, in this case, each common flue is respectively provided with the central oil smoke processing system, and each common flue is correspondingly provided with a common fan module. For another example, a range hood equipped with a fan may be used, which is helpful to further improve the oil smoke exhausting effect. For another example, the common fan module may include a fan and at least one of the following: electrostatic oil smoke purifier, HEPA filter screen, ultraviolet device, photocatalyst device. Specifically, the public fan module is provided with one or a combination of at least two of four of electrostatic oil smoke purifier, HEPA filter screen, ultraviolet device, photocatalyst device. The electrostatic oil fume purifying device, the HEPA filter screen, the ultraviolet device and the photocatalyst device are all used for purifying oil fume.
Example 2
The application also provides another building embodiment 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the building embodiment 2 is obtained by further improving the building embodiment 1. The building example 2 differs from the building example 1 mainly as follows.
The central oil smoke processing system of embodiment 2 of the building further comprises a smoke exhaust pipe 6. The common fan module 1 of the central oil smoke processing system in the embodiment 2 of the building is placed on the top of the building, as shown in fig. 2. The common fan module 1 is communicated with an exhaust port 4 of the common flue 2 through a smoke exhaust pipe 6.
In a use state (i.e. when the common blower module 1 is in an installation application state), the airflow inlet 7 of the common blower module 1 extends in a horizontal direction, and the airflow outlet 8 of the common blower module 1 also extends in a horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 2. One end of the smoke exhaust pipe 6 is connected with the exhaust port 4 of the public flue 2, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipe 6 is in butt joint with the airflow inlet 7 of the public fan module 1 in the horizontal direction.
The dotted arrows in fig. 2 represent the general flow direction of the air flow when the common fan module 1 is operating, and each floor is in the smoke exhausting state.
For other structures and matching relations of the building embodiment 2, please refer to the corresponding description of the building embodiment 1.
The foregoing is merely one embodiment of the present application and other embodiments may be devised by adding, deleting, modifying or replacing certain features. For example, a primary fan may be further provided, and the primary fan includes a lampblack inlet and a lampblack outlet; the primary fan is suitable for being fixed on the outer wall of a building, the oil smoke inlet of the primary fan is connected with the exhaust port of the public flue, and the oil smoke outlet of the primary fan is connected with the smoke exhaust pipe; the public fan module is placed on the roof of the building; the public fan module is communicated with an oil smoke outlet of the primary fan through a smoke exhaust pipe; one end of the smoke exhaust pipe is connected with the oil smoke outlet of the primary fan, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipe is connected with the airflow inlet of the common fan module; the primary fan is arranged to operate to generate negative pressure so as to guide airflow to flow into the public flue from the air inlet, then flow out of the air outlet, then flow into the smoke exhaust pipe, and then flow through the public fan module to be discharged outdoors; it can be seen that the primary fan and common fan modules are in fact arranged in series along the airflow path; specifically, the primary fan may be a centrifugal fan or an axial flow fan; according to actual needs, the primary fan and the public fan module can be operated alternatively or simultaneously.
The elements of the different embodiments may be combined with each other in any feasible manner to achieve the object of the application.
It should be additionally noted that the present application should not be construed as limited to the above-described embodiments, but rather should be construed to cover all possible embodiments as determined by the claims that follow when taken in conjunction with the disclosure herein. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present application shall fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present application, unless the technical essence of the present application departs from the content of the technical solution of the present application.
