when the hydraulic winch works, when the hydraulic winch needs to be installed on a vehicle, the fixed support 3 and the hydraulic motor 1 are firstly installed at the installation position of the vehicle through the fixed bottom plate 8, the fixed bottom plate 8 is fixed at the position to be installed through a bolt or a screw, then the winding drum 2 is sleeved and connected onto the cross rotating shaft 7 through the cross rotating groove 21, then the cross connecting shaft on the movable support 4 is aligned with the cross rotating groove 21, the inserting block 91 on the movable bottom plate 9 is aligned with the inserting cavity 82, meanwhile, the limiting block 92 is aligned with the limiting sliding groove 83, an operator pushes the movable support 4 to enable the cross connecting shaft 10 to be inserted into the winding drum 2 in a sliding mode, and the inserting block 91 is inserted into the inserting cavity 82; after the movable bottom plate 9 is connected with the fixed bottom plate 8 through the insertion block 91, a bolt or a screw is connected into the locking hole 93 in a threaded manner, so that the movable bottom plate 9 is connected with the fixed bottom plate 8, then the movable bottom plate 9 is fixed to an installation position through the bolt or the screw, and the hydraulic winch is further fixed to a vehicle; when the steel wire or the winding drum 2 is worn or broken after being used for a long time, a maintenance person can take down the bolt or the screw which is connected with the thread on the inserting block 91, then takes down the screw or the bolt on the movable bottom plate 9, and then the maintenance person pulls out the inserting block 91 on the movable bottom plate 9 from the inserting cavity 82 through pulling force, and the cross connecting shaft 10 on the movable support 4 is pulled out from the cross rotating groove 21, so that the maintenance person can take down the winding drum 2 or the steel wire 6 from the hydraulic winch for maintenance or replacement.
