Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a liftable balance weight for a crane, the liftable balance weight including a connecting rope 101, a movable balance weight 102, and a fixed balance weight 111; one end of the connecting rope 101 is connected with a winding drum 103 of the crane, the other end of the connecting rope 101 is connected with the movable counterweight 102, and the winding drum 103 rotates to drive the connecting rope 101 to lift so that the connecting rope 101 pulls the movable counterweight 102 to be close to or far away from the fixed counterweight 111.
The counterweight of the crane mainly plays a role in keeping the balance of the crane body. For some large tonnage cranes, it is necessary to add a movable counterweight 102 in addition to being equipped with a fixed counterweight 111. In an optional solution of this embodiment, the liftable weight further includes a dismounting assembly 104; the dismounting assembly 104 comprises a first bolt 105 and a first hanging ring 106, wherein the first hanging ring 106 is connected with the end part of the connecting rope 101; the movable weight 102 is opened with a first insertion hole 107 and a second insertion hole 108, and the first insertion hole 107 intersects with the second insertion hole 108. As shown in fig. 4, the first insertion hole 107 may be opened on the top surface of the movable weight 102 and extend in the height direction, so that the first hanging ring 106 can more conveniently enter the first insertion hole 107 from the top, the second insertion hole 108 is opened on the side surface of the movable weight 102 and extends in the horizontal direction, the first pin 105 can enter the second insertion hole 108 and can be inserted into the first hanging ring 106 at the intersection of the first insertion hole 107 and the second insertion hole 108. When the connecting rope 101 drives the first hanging ring 106 to lift, the movable counterweight 102 can be driven to lift by sequentially passing through the connecting ring and the first bolt 105 of the movable counterweight 102.
Preferably, the first insertion hole 107 and the second insertion hole 108 are vertically arranged, and the first pin 105 and the first suspension loop 106 are stressed in a balanced manner, so that the connection structure is more stable and reliable. Alternatively, the second insertion hole 108 may be a blind hole, and the insertion of the first pin 105 into the bottom of the blind hole indicates that the first pin 105 is installed in place, and the first pin 105 penetrates through the first hanging ring 106.
In an alternative solution of this embodiment, a suspension member is provided at an end of the connection rope 101, and the suspension member is detachably connected to a suspension hole 110 formed in the winding drum 103, so as to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the device.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, when the volume of the fixed weight 111 is too large, the connecting rope 101 connected to the winding drum 103 and the movable weight 102 needs to pass through the fixed weight 111, and a through hole 112 is formed in the fixed weight 111, so that the connecting rope 101 can pass through the through hole 112 to be connected to the movable weight 102.
The number and positions of the through holes 112 need to be set in correspondence with the number and positions of the connection strings 101.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, after the movable counterweight 102 is lifted to fit with the fixed counterweight 111, the movable counterweight 102 and the fixed counterweight 111 need to be connected together, so that the overall counterweight is more stable; specifically, a connection hole 113 is formed at the movable weight 102 corresponding to the fixed weight 111 to connect the movable weight 102 to the fixed weight 111, and the connection hole 113 may be opened at the edges of the movable weight 102 and the fixed weight 111 and connected by a fastener such as a bolt.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the liftable weight further includes a weight holder 109, the weight holder 109 is used for holding the movable weight 102, and the movable weight 102 can be disposed on the weight holder 109 when the movable weight 102 is not lifted.

Claims (10)
1. A liftable counterweight for a crane, said liftable counterweight comprising a connecting rope and a movable counterweight;
one end of the connecting rope is connected with a winding drum of the crane, the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the movable counterweight, and the winding drum rotates to drive the connecting rope to move, so that the connecting rope pulls the movable counterweight to lift or descend.
2. A liftable weight according to claim 1, wherein the number of the connecting cords is at least two and the connecting cords are spaced apart.
3. A liftable weight according to claim 1, wherein the connecting cord is detachably connected to the movable weight.
4. A liftable weight according to claim 3, further comprising a knock-out assembly;
the dismounting assembly comprises a first bolt and a first hanging ring, and the first hanging ring is connected with the end part of the connecting rope;
the movable balance weight is provided with a first placing hole and a second placing hole, and the first placing hole is intersected with the second placing hole;
the first hanging ring arranged in the first placing-in hole is connected with the first bolt arranged in the second placing-in hole, and the first bolt is inserted into the first hanging ring at the intersection of the first placing-in hole and the second placing-in hole.
5. A liftable weight according to claim 1, wherein the end of the connecting cord is provided with a suspension member detachably connected to the suspension hole formed in the drum.
6. A liftable weight according to claim 5, wherein the suspension member is a hook, the hook being capable of being suspended in the suspension hole;
or the hanging part is a second hanging ring, a second bolt is arranged between the hanging part and the winding drum, and the second bolt sequentially penetrates through the second hanging ring and the hanging hole.
7. The liftable weight of claim 1, further comprising a fixed weight, the connecting cord pulling the movable weight closer to or away from the fixed weight;
the fixed counterweight is provided with a through hole, and the connecting rope passes through the through hole to be connected with the movable counterweight.
8. The liftable balance weight of claim 7, wherein the movable balance weight is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the fixed balance weight so as to connect the movable balance weight and the fixed balance weight.
9. The liftable weight of claim 1, further comprising a weight support for holding the movable weight.
10. A crane comprising a liftable counterweight according to any of claims 1 to 9.
