一种猕猴桃转运保藏箱
技术领域
本发明涉及食品运输技术领域,特别是指一种猕猴桃转运保藏箱。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,人民生活水平的提高,各种地域的人们都能食用不同的水果,猕猴桃,也称奇异果,果形一般为椭圆状,早期外观呈绿褐色,成熟后呈红褐色,表皮覆盖浓密绒毛,因品质鲜嫩、营养丰富、风味鲜美被喜爱,猕猴桃成熟采摘下来后,为了满足各地人们食用的需求,需要进行运输,然而,猕猴桃的运输十分不便,一方面,由于其皮薄,在运输过程中极易损坏,另一方面,由于猕猴桃在运输过程中必须将储藏温度控制在0-12℃合理的范围内,才能避免猕猴桃损坏,现有技术,相应的运输车辆一般提供单一的制冷装置或制热装置对猕猴桃运输箱内温度进行控制,然而这种控温方式温差变化较大,猕猴桃运输箱内温度控制不准确,并且空气流通性不足,加快了猕猴桃变质腐坏速度。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种猕猴桃转运保藏箱和猕猴桃转运保藏方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供了一种猕猴桃转运保藏箱,包括箱体、多个托盘和多个储物袋,所述箱体左右两侧设置有进风口,所述箱体内固定安装有多个储藏筒,所述储藏筒上端开口,所述储藏筒下端设置有多个分流孔,所述储藏筒开口端铰接有筒盖,所述筒盖上设置有出风口,所述出风口处安装有抽风机,所述抽风机与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接,所述托盘上设置有多个限位孔,每个限位孔孔口下边沿与一个储物袋袋口对应固定连接在一起,所述托盘底部还固定连接有多根支腿,多个托盘可层叠放置于所述储藏筒内。
所述储藏筒内壁还设置有榫槽,所述托盘四周还设置榫头,当将多个托盘层叠放置于所述储藏筒内时,榫头套合于榫槽内。
所述储物袋的材质是纱布。
所述托盘的一侧还安装有可转动的卷轴,所述托盘的另一侧固定连接有挂轴,卷轴上卷绕有遮盖帘,遮盖帘的末端固定连接有挂钩,当将挂钩挂接于挂轴上时,遮盖帘将所有限位孔遮盖。
所述遮盖帘的材质是纱布。
所述储藏筒外周面上还缠绕加热丝,加热丝与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接。
所述出风口处还安装有散热片。
所述储藏筒内还安装有温度传感器,温度传感器与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接。
另外,本发明还提供了一种使用如前所述猕猴桃转运保藏箱的猕猴桃转运保藏方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:提供若干个猕猴桃,将猕猴桃一一对应放置于所述储物袋以内,将所述挂钩挂接于挂轴上,使所述遮盖帘将所有放置于所述储物袋以内猕猴桃遮盖,然后再将多个托盘层叠放置于所述储藏筒内,盖合所述储藏筒上的筒盖,再将所述猕猴桃转运保藏箱装载于运输车辆上进行运输;
步骤二:通过所述温度传感器获取储藏筒内温度,当所述储藏筒内温度大于12℃时,使所述抽风机运行并且配合散热片对所述储藏筒进行降温;当所述储藏筒内温度低于0℃时,使所述加热丝运行,对所述储藏筒进行升温,使所述储藏筒内温度稳定于0-12℃之间。
所述猕猴桃转运保藏方法还包括以下步骤:
在进行步骤二时,向所述储藏筒内输入氧气、二氧化碳或氮气。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用本发明的技术方案,箱体可直接固定于运输车辆上进行运输,每个箱体内可安装多个储藏筒,每个储藏筒内又可层叠放置多个托盘,每个托盘可防止40-50个猕猴桃,使猕猴桃单次运输量大大增加,在运输过程中,周边环境气流箱体上进风口进入,经过分流孔沿着自下而上的方向流动,后由出风口处流出,使储藏筒内保持了足够的通风性,从而有效的保护猕猴桃,防止猕猴桃因通风性不足而腐烂,另外,通过安装于储藏筒内的温度传感器对储藏筒内温度进行检测,当储藏筒内温度大于12℃时可通过设置于运输车辆内的控制系统自动控制抽风机运行,使其与散热片配合对储藏筒内进行降温,当储藏筒内温度低于0℃时又可通过设置于运输车辆内的控制系统自动控制加热丝运行,对储藏筒内进行升温,通过抽风机、散热片和加热丝的间断性配合运行,可使储藏筒内温度始终稳定在0-0℃的理想温度范围内,使猕猴桃保藏在适宜的环境中,防止猕猴桃在运输过程中变质或损坏。

如图1至图4所示,本发明提供了一种猕猴桃转运保藏箱,包括箱体1、多个托盘2和多个储物袋3,箱体1左右两侧设置有进风口,箱体1内固定安装有多个储藏筒4,储藏筒4上端开口,储藏筒4下端设置有多个分流孔,储藏筒4开口端铰接有筒盖5,筒盖5上设置有出风口,出风口处安装有抽风机6,抽风机6与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接,托盘2上设置有多个限位孔7,每个限位孔7孔口下边沿与一个储物袋3袋口对应固定连接在一起,托盘2底部还固定连接有多根支腿8,多个托盘2可层叠放置于储藏筒4内。采用本发明的技术方案,箱体可直接固定于运输车辆上进行运输,每个箱体内可安装多个储藏筒,每个储藏筒内又可层叠放置多个托盘,每个托盘可防止40-50个猕猴桃,使猕猴桃单次运输量大大增加,在运输过程中,周边环境气流箱体上进风口进入,经过分流孔沿着自下而上的方向流动,后由出风口处流出,使储藏筒内保持了足够的通风性,从而有效的保护猕猴桃,防止猕猴桃因通风性不足而腐烂。
进一步地,储藏筒4内壁还设置有榫槽9,托盘2四周还设置榫头10,当将多个托盘2层叠放置于储藏筒4内时,榫头10套合于榫槽9内。优选储物袋3的材质是纱布。托盘2的材质是纯铝或铝合金。通过榫头10与榫槽9的配合,减少了托盘在运输过程中的晃动,进一步避免猕猴桃损坏。
另外,托盘2的一侧还安装有可转动的卷轴11,托盘2的另一侧固定连接有挂轴12,卷轴11上卷绕有遮盖帘13,遮盖帘13的末端固定连接有挂钩14,当将挂钩14挂接于挂轴12上时,遮盖帘13将所有限位孔7遮盖。优选遮盖帘13的材质是纱布。通过遮盖帘13的遮挡,使猕猴桃在运输过程中处于遮盖帘13与储物袋3围绕形成的较为密闭的环境中,遮盖帘13与储物袋3均为柔性物体,能够防止猕猴桃受到颠簸而损坏,并且遮盖帘13与储物袋3上均设置有网孔,使猕猴桃所处环境保持了较好的通风性。
此外,储藏筒4外周面上还缠绕加热丝15,加热丝15与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接。出风口处还安装有散热片16。优选散热片16的材质是纯铝。储藏筒4内还安装有温度传感器16,温度传感器16与设置于运输车辆内的控制系统电性连接。
另外,本发明还提供了一种使用如前猕猴桃转运保藏箱的猕猴桃转运保藏方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:提供若干个猕猴桃,将猕猴桃一一对应放置于储物袋4以内,将挂钩14挂接于挂轴12上,使遮盖帘13将所有放置于储物袋4以内猕猴桃遮盖,然后再将多个托盘2层叠放置于储藏筒4内,盖合储藏筒4上的筒盖5,再将猕猴桃转运保藏箱装载于运输车辆上进行运输;
步骤二:通过温度传感器16获取储藏筒4内温度,当储藏筒4内温度大于12℃时,使抽风机6运行并且配合散热片16对储藏筒4进行降温;当储藏筒4内温度低于0℃时,使加热丝15运行,对储藏筒4进行升温,使储藏筒4内温度稳定于0-12℃之间。进一步地,猕猴桃转运保藏方法还包括以下步骤:在进行步骤二时,向储藏筒4内输入氧气、二氧化碳或氮气。
