cleaning the printing stock, air-drying the cleaned printing stock, and placing the air-dried printing stock on a screen printing machine for screen printing.

the screen printing plate storage structure is used for storing the screen printing plate in a sealing manner, so that the screen printing plate is prevented from being polluted by impurities in workshop air.
When the screen printing plate is cleaned, air is blown from the upper part, air is sucked from the lower part to form air flow, blown impurities are taken away, secondary pollution of the screen printing plate is avoided, the second adhesive layer is attached to the inner wall of the screen printing plate and used for adsorbing the impurities in the air, secondary pollution of the screen printing plate is avoided, and cleaning efficiency and effect are improved.
When wasing the screen printing plate, can adjust the angle and the direction of blowing to and the position and the direction of the first tuyere of control and the screen printing plate between the distance, be convenient for blow the washing to each position of screen printing plate, the guarantee washs and does not have the dead angle comprehensively, the cleaning performance of guarantee screen printing plate.

The air drying structure can also prevent the glass from turning over after the glass is vertically air-dried, so that the glass is protected.
The invention can enable the part of the printing stock blocked by the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad to be exposed and dried slowly during air drying, and part of the printing stock inserted into the printing stock fixing groove is exposed, thereby reducing the area of the blocked part and increasing the whole effect of air drying.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the screen plate cleaning structure includes: the device comprises a second box body 1, a first universal ball 19, a first fan 2, a first air pipe 3, a first air nozzle 15, a vacuum pump 4, a vacuum pipe 5, a second universal ball 22, a first operating rod 6, a first operating handle 7, a glass observation window 8, 2 first cylinders 9, 2 first rotating handles 10, 2 first bearings 11, 2 first rotating shafts 12, 2 third rotating handles 13 and 2 first fixing cushions 16;
the front surface of the second box body is provided with a second sealing door 14, the second sealing door is provided with a glass observation window, the glass observation window is designed for facilitating observation, the second box body is usually cuboid, the inner wall of the second box body is attached with a second adhesive layer for adsorbing impurities in the air in the second box body, the top of the second box body is provided with a first through hole 18, a first universal ball is arranged in the first through hole, a second through hole 20 is arranged on the first universal ball, one end of a first air pipe is communicated with an air outlet of a first fan, the other end of the first air pipe extends into the second box body after penetrating through the first through hole and the second through hole and is communicated with a first air nozzle, one end of a vacuum pipe is connected with a vacuum pump, the other end of the vacuum pipe extends into the second box body after penetrating through the bottom of the second box body, the second sealing door is provided with a third through hole 21, the second universal ball 22 is embedded in the third through, one end of a first operating rod passes through a third through hole and a fourth through hole and then extends into a second box body to be connected with an air nozzle, the other end of the first operating rod is connected with a first operating handle, the left side and the right side of the second box body are both provided with first screw holes, the outer surface of a first cylinder is in a thread shape, the purpose of the design is that the first cylinder is in threaded connection with the second box body, when the first cylinder is rotated, the first cylinder can move forwards or backwards in the first screw holes, one end of each of 2 first cylinders respectively passes through 2 first screw holes and extends into the second box body, the other end of each of 2 first cylinders is respectively connected with a corresponding first rotating handle, the first cylinder is in threaded connection with the second box body, a first bearing is respectively fixed in each of 2 first cylinders, one end of each of 2 first rotating shafts passes through a corresponding first bearing and then is connected with a corresponding third rotating handle outside the second box body, the other end of each of the 2 first rotating shafts is connected with a corresponding first fixing pad in the second box body.
The impurities may be dust or adhesive dust and other impurities which can be scattered in the air of the workshop, and the adhesive layer may be a sticky glue layer or an adhesive tape layer.
The first universal ball can rotate in the first through hole, and the diameter of the first universal ball is matched with the aperture size of the first through hole. First fan is connected with the power, and first fan is equipped with corresponding control switch or button, and the vacuum pump is connected with the power, is equipped with corresponding control switch or button equally, and the vacuum pump can be through the vacuum tube to bleeding in the second box. The outer wall of the first bearing is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first cylinder, the first rotating shaft penetrates through the first bearing and is in sliding connection with the first bearing, and the first rotating shaft can rotate on the first bearing.
The first fixing pad can be a pad made of dust-free cloth, and the dust-free cloth can buffer and prevent the screen printing plate 17 from being polluted.

The structure of the fifth via is similar to that of the first via, please refer to fig. 3 in the third embodiment, and the structure of the third sealing gate is similar to that of the second sealing gate in the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 in the third embodiment.

a screen printing plate storage structure, a screen printing plate cleaning structure and a printing stock cleaning structure; the screen printing plate storage structure is used for hermetically storing the screen printing plate; the printing stock cleaning structure is used for washing and air-drying the printing stock; the screen printing plate cleaning structure is used for cleaning the screen printing plate.

The apparatus for screen printing of touch screens of claim 1, wherein the screen printing plate cleaning structure comprises: the device comprises a second box body, a first universal ball, a first fan, a first air pipe, a first air nozzle, a vacuum pump, a vacuum pipe, a second universal ball, a first operating rod, a first operating handle, a glass observation window, 2 first cylinders, 2 first rotating handles, 2 first bearings, 2 first rotating shafts, 2 third rotating handles and 2 first fixing cushions;
a second sealing door is arranged on the front surface of the second box body, a glass observation window is arranged on the second sealing door, a second adhesive layer is attached to the inner wall of the second box body and used for adsorbing impurities in the air in the second box body, a first through hole is arranged at the top of the second box body, a first universal ball is arranged in the first through hole, a second through hole is arranged on the first universal ball, one end of a first air pipe is communicated with an air outlet of a first fan, the other end of the first air pipe passes through the first through hole and the second through hole and then extends into the second box body to be communicated with a first air nozzle, one end of a vacuum pipe is connected with a vacuum pump, the other end of the vacuum pipe passes through the bottom of the second box body and then extends into the second box body, a third through hole is arranged on the second sealing door, the second universal ball is embedded in the third through hole, a fourth through hole is arranged on the second universal ball, one end of a first operating, the other end of the first operating rod is connected with the first operating handle, first screw holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the second box body, the outer surface of the first cylinder is in a threaded shape, the respective one end of each first cylinder penetrates through the 2 first screw holes respectively and extends into the second box body, the respective other end of each first cylinder is connected with the corresponding first rotating handle respectively, the first cylinder is in threaded connection with the second box body, a first bearing is fixed in each first cylinder respectively, the respective one end of each first rotating shaft penetrates through the corresponding first bearing and then is connected with the corresponding third rotating handle outside the second box body, and the respective other end of each first rotating shaft is connected with the corresponding first fixing pad in the second box body.

The apparatus for screen printing of touch screens of claim 1, wherein the screen printing plate storage structure comprises: the first box, first box openly are equipped with first sealing door, and first box left side inner wall and right side inner wall have a plurality of first spouts along vertical direction symmetric distribution, and first box is used for depositing the screen plate, and its left end and right-hand member imbed respectively in first spout and first box sliding connection when the screen plate is deposited, and the regional laminating of the first spout of inner wall non-of first box has first layer of pasting to be used for adsorbing the impurity in the air in the first box.

the device comprises a third box body, a lighting lamp, a third universal ball, a fourth universal ball, a second operating rod, a second operating handle, a display, a camera, a data line, 2 second cylinders, 2 second rotating handles, 2 second bearings, 2 fourth rotating handles, a second rotating shaft and 2 second fixing cushions;
a third box body which is a transparent box body, a lighting lamp is arranged on the inner wall of the third box body, a third sealing door is arranged on the front surface of the third box body, a fifth through hole is arranged at the top of the third box body, a third universal ball is arranged in the fifth through hole, a sixth through hole is arranged on the third universal ball, one end of a data line is connected with a display, the other end of the data line passes through the fifth through hole and the sixth through hole and then extends into the third box body to be connected with a camera, a seventh through hole is arranged on the third sealing door, a fourth universal ball is embedded in the seventh through hole, an eighth through hole is arranged on the fourth universal ball, one end of a second operating rod passes through the seventh through hole and the eighth through hole and then extends into the third box body to be connected with the camera, the other end of the second operating rod is connected with a second operating handle, second screw holes are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the third box body, the outer surface of the second cylinder is in a threaded shape, the other end of each of the 2 second cylinders is connected with a corresponding second rotating handle respectively, the second cylinders are in threaded connection with the third box body, a second bearing is fixed in each of the 2 second cylinders, one end of each of the 2 second rotating shafts penetrates through the corresponding second bearing and then is connected with a corresponding fourth rotating handle outside the third box body, and the other end of each of the 2 second rotating shafts is connected with a corresponding second fixing pad in the third box body.
5. The equipment for screen printing of the touch screen according to claim 4, wherein the illuminating lamp is installed on the inner wall of the back surface of the third box body, and a layer of dust-free cloth is arranged on the surfaces of the first fixing pad and the second fixing pad.
6. The apparatus for screen printing of touch screens of claim 1, wherein the substrate cleaning structure comprises: the cleaning part is used for cleaning the printing stock, and the air drying part is used for air drying the cleaned printing stock;
