The warm water tank 8 comprises a second warm water bearing box 81, a second warm water delivery pipe 82, a third warm water delivery pipe 83 and a third water pump 84, the second warm water bearing box 81 is arranged at the top end of the bracket 13, the second warm water bearing box 81 is positioned at the other side of the molten metal bearing box 61, a water inlet of the second warm water delivery pipe 82 is arranged in the second warm water delivery pipe 82, a water outlet of the second warm water delivery pipe 82 is arranged on the heat recovery part 5, a water inlet of the third warm water delivery pipe 83 is arranged at one side of the cooling and forming part 4, a water outlet of the third warm water delivery pipe 83 is arranged on the second warm water bearing box 81, the third water pump 84 is arranged on the third warm water delivery pipe 83, when in use, the third water pump 84 is started, the water inlet of the third warm water delivery pipe 83 is driven by the third water pump 84, warm water in the second rectangular accommodating box 41 is pumped out and discharged into the second warm water bearing box 81, then warm water is discharged into the third rectangular accommodating box 51 through the water inlet of the third warm water conveying pipeline 83, the metal liquid bearing tank 511 and the metal liquid square tank 512 are cleaned, and the situation that the metal liquid is rapidly cooled on the metal liquid bearing tank 511 and the metal liquid square tank 512 due to the fact that the metal liquid bearing tank 511 and the metal liquid square tank 512 are cleaned by cold water is avoided, so that the cleaning quality of the metal liquid bearing tank 511 and the metal liquid square tank 512 is effectively improved.
The working principle is as follows: the molten metal is conveyed into the heat recovery part 5 through a molten metal conveying pipeline 63 in the melting furnace 6, the molten metal in the molten metal bearing groove 511 is extruded through the output end of the first air cylinder 22 and the output end of the second air cylinder 56 in the heat recovery part 5, then the extruded molten metal is conveyed onto a molten metal square groove 512, then the molten metal is conveyed into a molten metal conveying channel 43 through the molten metal square groove 512, then the molten metal is conveyed into a grinding tool through the molten metal conveying channel 43, then the cold water is conveyed into a hot water tank 52 through a first cold water conveying pipeline 54, then the cold water in the hot water tank 52 is heated into hot water through the heat generated in the molten metal conveying process through the hot water tank 52, the hot water is conveyed into a second rectangular containing box 41 through a hot water conveying pipeline 55, and then the cold water is conveyed into the second rectangular containing box 41 through a second cold water conveying pipeline 72, the cold water and the hot water in the second rectangular containing box 41 are mixed to become warm water, the metal liquid in the grinding tool is gradually cooled to become a solid casting, the metal liquid which becomes the solid casting descends through the first air cylinder 22, an operator takes out the metal casting, the third water pump 84 drives the water inlet of the third warm water conveying pipeline 83, the warm water in the second rectangular containing box 41 is pumped out and discharged into the first warm water bearing box 31, the warm water is discharged into the third rectangular containing box 51 through the water inlet of the third warm water conveying pipeline 83, the metal liquid bearing tank 511 and the metal liquid square tank 512 are cleaned, the second water pump 45 drives the warm water drainage pipeline 44 to pump out the warm water in the second rectangular containing box 41, the warm water is discharged onto the filtering part 3 to be filtered, and the filtered warm water is conveyed to the cold water tank 7 through the filtering part 3, therefore, water can be recycled through various pipelines, and the device is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
