Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eyepatches, in particular to a steam eyepatch with a massage function.
Background
The steam eye shield adopts an advanced self-heating temperature control technology, so that moisture in the air and iron powder are subjected to chemical reaction in the eye shield to form a heating body, and fine and moist steam which cannot be seen by naked eyes is generated. It is a product with a common name developed according to the market demand of eye care, and is named because it can spontaneously generate heat and steam;
however, in the prior art, the principle of steam generation is that the primary battery releases heat to convert chemical energy into heat energy, so that in actual use, the precision requirement of the breathable film is high, and scalding caused by hot steam is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the steam eye mask has high requirements on a breathable film, and a heat conduction layer and a reaction layer are easy to physically deform in the processes of transportation and kitchen, so that the heating is uneven and the eyes are scalded.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a steam eye shield with a massage function comprises an eye shield shell, wherein a steam layer is fixedly connected to one side of the eye shield shell, two containing grooves are formed in the eye shield shell, massage pipes of an annular structure are fixedly connected to the inner side walls of the two containing grooves, a circulating pipe is hermetically connected in each massage pipe, the other end of each circulating pipe is communicated with the steam layer, and a sealing adhesive tape is arranged on one side, away from the eye shield shell, of the steam layer;
the massage pipe is characterized in that a flow guide layer is arranged on the inner side of the massage pipe, the massage pipe is filled with circulating liquid, the inner wall of the circulating pipe is connected with a piston in a sealing and sliding mode, the side wall of the circulating pipe is connected with an air outlet pipe, the joint of the air outlet pipe and the circulating pipe is connected with a ventilation film in a sealing mode, the other end of the air outlet pipe is communicated with an air conveying layer, and the air conveying layer is located on the inner side portion of the massage pipe.
In the steam eye patch with the massage function, the steam layer is composed of a breathable film, an iron powder layer and a water layer, the breathable film, the iron powder layer and the water layer are close to the sealing adhesive tape, the water layer is communicated with the circulating pipe, the flow guide layer is composed of a topological fluid diode structure, and the circulating liquid uses magnetorheological fluid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. before the magnetic massage tube is used, the magnetic sheet is attached to the center of the massage tube, so that the magnetorheological fluid in the massage tube is solid and is in a solidified state, and the gas transmission layer on the inner side is in a stable state in the solid state, so that the phenomenon that the heating is uneven due to deformation in transportation or storage is avoided;
2. when the sealing adhesive tape is torn off and the magnetic sheet is taken down, the magnetorheological fluid in the massage pipe is converted into liquid again, so that the massage pipe has a flowing effect, and the iron powder in the steam layer reacts with oxygen passing through the breathable film to generate heat and evaporate water into a steam state;
3. water in a steam state enters the circulating pipe through the membrane and pushes the piston in the circulating pipe to move, so that on one hand, the energy of the piston is reduced after part of the energy is converted into heat, the temperature of steam is reduced, on the other hand, when the piston is pushed to move, magnetic fluid in the circulating pipe is squeezed into the massage pipe, the fluid in the massage pipe starts to flow, and the massage pipe is made of rubber materials, so that small-amplitude shaking can occur in the fluid flow, and the effect of massaging eye sockets is achieved.
4. The inner side of the massage pipe is provided with the flow guide layer, and the material of the topological fluid diode is adopted, so that the flowing direction of liquid can be controlled in the liquid flow, the flowing direction is more regular when the massage pipe is used for massage, and the massage effect is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a steam eye mask with a massage function comprises an eye mask shell 1, wherein a steam layer 2 is fixedly connected to one side of the eye mask shell 1, two accommodating grooves 3 are formed in the eye mask shell 1, massage pipes 4 with annular structures are fixedly connected to the inner side walls of the two accommodating grooves 3, circulating pipes 5 are hermetically connected in the massage pipes 4, the other ends of the circulating pipes 5 are communicated with the steam layer 2, and a sealing adhesive sticker 6 is arranged on one side, far away from the eye mask shell 1, of the steam layer 2;

The steam layer 2 is composed of a breathable film 21 close to the sealing adhesive sticker 6, an iron powder layer 22 and a water layer 23, the water layer 23 is communicated with the circulating pipe 5, the breathable film 21 controls the speed of oxygen filtration in air, so that oxygen and the iron powder layer 22 react, the flow guide layer 12 is composed of a topological fluid diode structure, the control of the liquid flow direction is realized through a U-shaped island array on the surface, and the circulating liquid uses magnetorheological fluid and has the characteristics that the circulating liquid is converted into a solid when magnetized and is converted into a liquid when demagnetized.
When the eye mask is used, when the eye mask is in a storage or transportation state, the magnetic sheet 11 is attached to the accommodating groove 3, so that the magnetorheological fluid in the massage pipe 4 is magnetized from a liquid state to a solid state, the inner part of the massage pipe 4 is uniformly distributed at the moment, and the eye mask has a better shaping function, so that the phenomenon that the inner components of the eye mask shell 1 are greatly deformed during transportation or storage is avoided, when the eye mask is used, the magnetic sheet 11 is taken out, the magnetorheological fluid in the massage pipe 4 is converted from the solid state to liquid and can flow under the action of the diversion layer 12, and after the sealing adhesive tape 6 is unfastened, the iron powder layer 22 in the steam layer 2 reacts with oxygen permeating into the breathable film 21 to generate heat and output to the water layer, so that the water layer is evaporated;
meanwhile, the evaporated water vapor applies pressure to the piston 7, so that the piston 7 slides, the magnetorheological fluid in the circulating pipe 5 is squeezed into the massage pipe 4, at the moment, the liquid in the massage pipe 4 flows under the hydraulic action, and rotates clockwise under the action of the diversion layer 12, so that the orbital part is massaged, the heat of the steam is reduced through the conversion of heat energy and mechanical energy, the temperature of the gas output to the gas transmission layer 9 is reduced, scalding is avoided, and meanwhile, the magnetorheological fluid has a good heat preservation effect and can continuously transfer heat to the orbital part.
