In an optional embodiment, the assembled acetabular cup 5 is a double-acting type, and a third anti-rotation tooth structure 17 is arranged on the double-acting type assembled acetabular cup 5; the inside of the double-acting type assembled acetabular cup 5 is provided with two pubic plate fixing holes 16 which form a fixed angle at the position. The double-acting mortar cup has smooth inner surface, and the polyethylene lining is placed in a spherical structure, wherein the polyethylene lining is also internally in a spherical structure, and the metal ball head is placed.
It is worth mentioning that the first anti-rotation tooth structure 10 cooperates with the second anti-rotation tooth structure 13 or the third anti-rotation tooth structure 17 to adjust the relative angle between the customized pelvis support 3 and the assembled acetabular cup 5, so as to prevent the customized pelvis support 3 and the assembled acetabular cup 5 from rotating relative to each other. The first anti-rotation tooth structure 10, the second anti-rotation tooth structure 13 and the anti-rotation tooth structure 17 are triangular teeth or trapezoidal teeth, and the tooth spacing of the trapezoidal teeth is 15-30 degrees. The rotation is prevented by the tooth-shaped structure, so that the purpose of adjusting the angle of the assembled acetabular cup 5 is achieved, and the effect of rotation resistance is achieved.

Claims (10)
1. A personalized gang hemi-pelvic prosthesis comprising: the individual pelvis support (3), the assembled acetabular cup (5), the fixing bolt (4) and the pubic plate (6);
the personalized pelvic support (3) is provided with a plurality of personalized nail holes (1), a plurality of through holes (2) and two universal nail threaded holes (9), an inner taper hole (12) and an internal thread structure (11) are arranged inside the middle cylindrical part of the personalized pelvic support (3), and the tail end of the middle cylindrical part of the personalized pelvic support (3) is provided with a first anti-rotation tooth structure;
the assembled acetabular cup (5) is provided with an outer cone (18) and a pubic plate fixing hole, an inner hole (19) is formed in the outer cone (18), and the assembled acetabular cup (5) is further provided with a second anti-rotation tooth structure or a third anti-rotation tooth structure;
the method is characterized in that: the inner taper hole (12) is matched with the outer taper (18), the first anti-rotation tooth structure is matched with the second anti-rotation tooth structure or the third anti-rotation tooth structure to adjust the relative angle between the personalized pelvis support (3) and the assembled acetabular cup (5) and prevent the personalized pelvis support (3) and the assembled acetabular cup (5) from rotating relatively, and the fixing bolt (4) penetrates through the inner hole (19) and is screwed with the internal thread structure (11) to connect the personalized pelvis support (3) and the assembled acetabular cup (5).

The personalized assembled hemi-pelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the assembled acetabular cup (5) is of the cement type, the assembled acetabular cup (5) of the cement type being provided with a second anti-rotation toothing (13); the inner part of the cement type assembled acetabular cup (5) is provided with a plurality of grooves (15), a plurality of vent holes and a plurality of pubic plate fixing holes I (14).
3. The personalized assembled hemi-pelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the assembled acetabular cup (5) is of the double acting type, the assembled acetabular cup (5) of the double acting type being provided with an anti-rotation tooth structure three (17); two pubis plate fixing holes (16) which are positioned at fixed angles are arranged inside the double-acting assembled acetabular cup (5).
4. The personalized hemipelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, wherein the pubic plate (6) is provided with two first connecting holes (20) and a plurality of second connecting holes (21), the two first connecting holes (21) are connected with the pubic plate fixing holes through small nuts (7) and small bolts (8), and screws are selectively placed in the plurality of second connecting holes (21).
5. The personalized half pelvic prosthesis of claim 1, wherein the first anti-rotation tooth structure, the second anti-rotation tooth structure, and the anti-rotation tooth structure are triangular teeth or trapezoidal teeth having a tooth spacing of between 15-30 °.
6. The personalized hemipelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that two gimbaled locking pegs are connected in the two gimbaled threaded holes (9), said gimbaled locking pegs comprising cooperating screw plugs (22), inner pads (23), U-shaped sleeves (24) and locking pegs (25).
7. The personalized assembled hemi-pelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of the personalized nail holes (1) have screws mounted therein.
8. The personalized assembled hemi-pelvic prosthesis according to claim 2, characterized in that the inside of the assembled acetabular cup (5) of cement type is placed with cement, adhering to a highly cross-linked polyethylene lining.
9. The personalized assembled hemi-pelvic prosthesis according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner surface of the assembled acetabular cup (5) of the double acting type is smooth, the lining of the assembled acetabular cup (5) of the double acting type being of spherical polyethylene structure, with the placement of metal bulbs.
10. The personalized hemipelvic prosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the personalized pelvic support (3) is designed according to different shapes of the sacroiliac ear surface of different patients, and the supporting wing structure of the personalized pelvic support (3) is supported on the lower edge of the sacral ear surface in consideration of the angle and direction of the human body.
