Background
The pelvis is composed of left and right hip bones, an acetabulum, a sacrum and a coccyx, and bone connection between the left and right hip bones, and pelvic bone tumor is a common disease in pelvic injuries, and the resection of the pelvic bone tumor has certain challenges due to the complex structural form of the pelvic bone tumor.
Bone defects result from the removal of pelvic tumors, which require reconstruction through the pelvis to achieve continuity and stability between the patient's pelvis and other bone tissue to sustain the patient's necessary daily living, such as sitting and walking.
Aiming at reconstruction after pelvic tumor resection, the prior art discloses a gear type half pelvis, which can realize the change of the anteversion angle of the acetabulum and can also realize the rotation of the rotation center around the track of a screw 23 in a circle, but the rotation cannot be carried out to other positions except the circular track, and even if a prosthesis is customized and designed according to the tumor position, the actual rotation center of the acetabulum is inconsistent with the ideal rotation center due to inaccurate osteotomy in the operation, so that the dislocation, the instability, the left and right asymmetry and other conditions of the hip joint are caused.
Because the pelvic tumor position of each patient is different, the bone defect degree after tumor resection is different, the existing pelvic prosthesis can not meet the applicability of patients with different bone defect degrees, and the recovery of the acetabulum rotation center can not be well realized.
