the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring data to be associated, and the data to be associated comprises program type data, preference crowd relation data corresponding to the program type and intelligent terminal watching behavior data;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a related equipment identifier according to the data to be related and acquiring user watching behavior data according to the equipment identifier;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain a time slot-scale list from the user viewing behavior data, where the time slot-scale list includes a preferred group, scales of the preferred group, and a program type;
and the recommending module is used for recommending the advertisement information matched with the time interval-scale list to the intelligent terminal according to a preset advertisement constraint condition and the time interval-scale list.
10. A controller configured to perform the method of advertisement recommendation based on a segment audience segment of any of claims 1-8.
