Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of set top box equipment compatibility, in particular to a method for a set top box to be compatible with different network access equipment and service platforms.
Background
With the popularization and development of the internet, a home digital information access channel is mature and convenient to use. The enterprise units and more home users build an IP local area internet as a main communication and information sharing access channel. However, broadcast and television network companies widely adopt a mode of deploying different set top box devices in different network environments to support different network accesses and platforms to develop services, a set top box capable of supporting services in a DVB gateway needs to be deployed in a network environment of the DVB gateway, a set top box capable of supporting services in an IHGU gateway needs to be deployed in a network environment of the IHGU gateway, and a set top box capable of supporting services in a two-layer network device needs to be deployed in a network environment of an sfu (onu) two-layer network device.
The method has the defects that different set top boxes are deployed in different network environments, so that purchasing, development, upgrading, maintenance and the like of the set top boxes need to be distinguished specifically, and the workload of each maintainer is greatly increased. Different terminal devices need to be developed independently, and some services are the same under different network environments, and some services have differences, so that repeated development work is caused, and research and development cost, purchase cost and operation and maintenance cost are increased. Meanwhile, each service running on the terminal also needs to distinguish different network scenes, which is not favorable for the popularization of each service integrator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for unifying software and hardware, facilitating maintenance and adapting to different network access devices and service platforms.
The invention relates to a method for a set top box to be compatible with different network access devices and service platforms, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: the set top box requests network scene information from the network access equipment, judges the network access scene according to the information fed back by the network equipment, and sets the network scene attribute of the set top box system;
step 2: if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is a coaxial DVB gateway scene, the set top box acquires the CA card number information of the coaxial DVB gateway equipment and sets the CA card number information as the attribute value of a service authentication system in the scene; if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is the scene of the optical fiber access equipment, the set top box sets the serial number information of the set top box to the attribute value of the service authentication system in the scene of the equipment according to the iHGU gateway or the serial number information of the set top box;
and step 3: and respectively initiating service authentication and service flow to the corresponding digital television service platform or IP video service platform according to the corresponding authentication system attribute value to acquire corresponding service.
The method for the set top box to be compatible with different network access devices and service platforms comprises the steps that firstly, the set top box requests network scene information from the network access devices, judges network access scenes according to information fed back by the network devices, and sets network scene attributes of a set top box system; if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is a coaxial DVB gateway scene, the set top box acquires the CA card number information of the coaxial DVB gateway equipment and sets the CA card number information as a service authentication system attribute value of the set top box in the coaxial DVB gateway scene; if the network scene of the current set top box television network access is the scene of the optical fiber access equipment, the set top box sets the attribute value of the service authentication system of the set top box in the scene of the optical fiber access equipment according to the iHGU gateway or the serial number information of the set top box; and respectively initiating service authentication and service flow to the corresponding digital television service platform or IP video service platform according to the corresponding authentication system attribute value, and providing service. The set top box can correctly identify different application scenes under different network environments, trigger different services to play, facilitate maintenance by maintainers, further save maintenance cost and facilitate popularization and application of equipment.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a method for a set top box to be compatible with different network access devices and service platforms includes the following steps:
step 1: the set top box requests network scene information from the network access equipment, judges the network access scene according to the information fed back by the network equipment, and sets the network scene attribute of the set top box system;
step 2: if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is a coaxial DVB gateway scene, the set top box acquires the CA card number information of the coaxial DVB gateway equipment and sets the CA card number information as the attribute value of a service authentication system in the scene; if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is the scene of the optical fiber access equipment, the set top box sets the serial number information of the set top box to the attribute value of the service authentication system in the scene of the equipment according to the iHGU gateway or the serial number information of the set top box;
and step 3: and respectively initiating service authentication and service flow to the corresponding digital television service platform or IP video service platform according to the corresponding authentication system attribute value to acquire corresponding service.
The method specifically comprises a compatible coaxial cable, optical fiber home equipment and a network scene, wherein the optical fiber access equipment scene comprises an optical fiber iHGU gateway equipment scene and an optical fiber ONU equipment scene. When the set-top box is initialized or started, the set-top box sends a DHCP message to a server with REQUEST operation 156 information of a REQUEST network access scene; the server returns a message with corresponding network access scene information, judges the network access scene according to the information in the returned message, and sets the network scene attribute of the set-top box system.
If the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is a coaxial DVB gateway scene, the set top box REQUESTs the DVB gateway to acquire a gateway CA card number through a REQUEST OPTION125, and the attribute value of an authentication system of the set top box in the service of the coaxial DVB gateway scene is set according to the CA card number information;
if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is the scene of the optical fiber iHGU gateway equipment, the set top box REQUESTs the iHGU gateway to acquire an iHGU gateway serial number through the REQUEST OPTION125, and the set top box sets an authentication system attribute value of the scene service of the optical fiber iHGU gateway equipment according to the gateway serial number information;
if the network scene accessed by the television network of the current set top box is an optical fiber ONU device scene, the set top box acquires a self serial number and sets the self serial number as an authentication system attribute value of the scene service of the optical fiber ONU device;
when the network scene accessed by the set-top box television network is a scene of a coaxial DVB gateway device, an authentication system attribute value of a coaxial DVB gateway scene service is sent to an NGOD VOD architecture platform and a broadcast television platform corresponding to the coaxial DVB gateway device, service authentication and a service flow are initiated to a digital television service platform, and a service is provided;
when the network scene accessed by the television network of the set top box is the scene of the optical fiber iHGU gateway equipment, the attribute value of an authentication system of the scene service of the optical fiber iHGU gateway is sent to an IP video platform and an IP multicast address corresponding to the optical fiber iHGU gateway equipment, and the service authentication and the service flow are initiated to the IP video service platform to provide service;
when the network scene accessed by the set-top box television network is the scene of the optical fiber ONU equipment, the authentication system attribute of the optical fiber ONU scene service is sent to an IP video platform and an IP multicast address corresponding to the optical fiber ONU equipment, and the service authentication and service flow is initiated to the IP video service platform to provide service. The set top box can correctly identify different application scenes under different network environments, trigger different services to play, facilitate maintenance by maintainers, further save maintenance cost and facilitate popularization and application of equipment.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
