Description

Method and device for keeping access equipment on line
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of equipment installation and maintenance, and particularly relates to a method and a device for keeping an access device online.
Background
Video monitoring is an important component of a safety precaution system, and is widely applied to many occasions due to intuition, accuracy, timeliness and rich information content. In recent years, with the rapid development of computers, networks, image processing and transmission technologies, the popularization trend of video monitoring is more and more obvious.
In a small video monitoring system, a networking form of a simple network video recorder NVR and a network camera IPC is most commonly used, wherein the NVR is responsible for managing and accessing the IPC.
In many cases, the networking structure is as shown in fig. 1, the NVR and the IPC are firstly connected into a Switch (Switch), the NVR automatically searches for and adds the IPC, the IPC is changed into a static IP address, and the IPC is online in the NVR. The switch is then connected to a router for access to or by the external network.
In this case of fig. 1, if the router opens dynamic address allocation DHCP (dynamic Host Configuration protocol) and the IP address in the DHCP address pool of the router is in a different network segment from the NVR, the NVR that has opened dynamic address allocation acquires a new IP address from the router, and causes its own IP address to change. If the new IP address is in a different segment than the IPC address, the IPC will be offline. At this time, IPC is required to be manually deleted and then added again to enable the IPC to be on line. After the IPC is manually deleted, the static IP address of the IPC needs to be modified into the same network segment with the IP address of the NVR, or the IPC also needs to be changed into dynamic address allocation to be added into the NVR.
According to the technical scheme of manually deleting and adding the IPC, the configuration process is redundant and complicated, if the IPC is the IPC of a third party, the IPC is more troublesome, all work needs manual configuration, the requirement on technical knowledge is high, and common users are difficult to complete.
Therefore, when the IP address of the NVR changes, the IPC is made to adapt to the address change of the NVR, so that the related configuration of the IPC network is reduced, the user experience is improved, and the configuration cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, which should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is mainly suitable for the following scenes: when the access management equipment changes the access equipment into a static address after adding the access equipment and then accesses the external network router, the access management equipment dynamically acquires the IP address to cause the IP address to change, and the changed IP address and the access equipment are not in the same network segment.
It is easy to understand that in the video monitoring system, NVR is an access management device, and IPC is an access device. The following embodiments take NVR and IPC in a video monitoring system as examples for description, and are also applicable to access management devices and access devices in other networking environments.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of a method for maintaining an access device online is applied to an access management device, where the access management device adds an access device through an original IP address. The method for keeping the access equipment online comprises the following steps:
acquiring an IP address through a dynamic address allocation protocol DHCP, and changing the IP address;
when the added access equipment is judged to be offline, a DHCP address pool is obtained;
modifying the IP address of the access equipment into the original IP address, and modifying the IP address of the added access equipment into the IP address in the acquired DHCP address pool;
after receiving the message that the access equipment successfully modifies the IP address, modifying the configuration of the added access equipment into the modified IP address;
and restoring the IP address of the user into the IP address acquired through the DHCP.
The technical solution of this embodiment is described by taking an access management device as an example, where the access management device is added with an access device, and the access device is in an online state on the access management device. At this time, the access management device is configured with an IP address, and the IP address of the access management device at this time is referred to as an original IP address. In general, at this time, the access device is set with a static IP address, the access device and the access management device access to the switch at the same time, and the IP address of the access device and the original IP address of the access management device are in the same network segment.
Taking fig. 1 as an example, at this time, the IP address of the NVR is 192.168.1.30, the IP address of the IPC1 is 192.168.1.31, the IP address of the IPC2 is 192.168.1.32, and the IP address of the IPC3 is 192.168.1.33.
After the switch is accessed to the router, the router is accessed to the external network, the router starts the DHCP, and the router dynamically allocates the IP address for the equipment connected below the router as the DHCP server of the access management equipment. And DHCP is started on the NVR, namely the NVR changes the mode of acquiring the IP address into the DHCP mode, and the IP address can be dynamically acquired from the router.
Assuming that the IP address obtained by the NVR from the router through DHCP is 192.168.0.100, it is a relatively mature technology that the NVR obtains the dynamic IP address from the router through DHCP, and it is not described here again.
It is easy to understand that the new IP address obtained by the NVR is 192.168.0.100, and the IP addresses 192.168.1 of the access devices (IPCs 1-IPCs 3) added to the NVR are not in the same network segment as the new IP address 192.168.0.100 obtained by the NVR, so that the network of the NVR and the IPCs is not connected at this time, specifically, the NVR cannot search the IPCs, or ping the IPCs is not connected, that is, the originally added IPCs are not found on the configuration page.
At this moment, the access management device judges that the accessed access device is not on-line, acquires the DHCP address pool from the router, and the router returns the DHCP address pool. And the access management equipment modifies the own IP address back to the original IP address and modifies the added IP address of the access equipment into the IP address in the acquired DHCP address pool.
Still taking fig. 1 as an example, the NVR acquires the DHCP address pool from the router, and assuming that the DHCP address pool of the router is 192.168.0.100-192.168.0.254, where 192.168.0.100 is allocated to the NVR, when the NVR applies for the DHCP address pool, a segment of the NVR can be taken out from 192.168.0.101-192.168.0.254 and returned to the NVR, the size of the returned DHCP address pool is determined according to the number of channels of the NVR, and the NVR can declare the size of the required DHCP address pool when applying for the DHCP address pool from the router. The DHCP address pool returned by the router is assumed to be 192.168.0.101-192.168.0.150. It should be noted that the IP address assigned to NVR is located in the same network segment as the DHCP address pool assigned to NVR.
Since the new IP address of the NVR is not in the same network segment as the IP address of the added IPC, the new IP address of the NVR needs to be modified back to the original (old) address, that is, the mode of acquiring the IP address by the NVR is modified into the static mode, and the IP address is modified back to 192.168.1.30.
After the original (old) address is modified, the NVR can communicate with the added IPC again, and at the moment, the NVR modifies the IP address of the added IPC into the IP address in the obtained DHCP address pool 192.168.0.101-192.168.0.150.
For example, the IP address of IPC1 may be modified to: 192.168.0.101; the IP address of IPC2 is modified to 192.168.0.102, and the IP address of IPC3 is modified to 192.168.0.103.
How the access management device NVR modifies the IP address of the access device IPC is a mature technology, and is not described here again.
After the IP address of the access equipment IPC is modified, the NVR receives the message that the IP address of the access equipment is successfully modified, modifies the added configuration of the access equipment IPC into the modified IP address, and restores the IP address of the access equipment IPC into the IP address obtained through the DHCP.
Taking fig. 1 as an example, after receiving the message that the IPC returns the successful modification, the NVR changes the added IPCs 1 to IPC3 to the modified IP addresses 192.168.0.101 to 192.168.0.103. And then the NVR modifies the IP address of the NVR into 192.168.0.100, so that the NVR and the IPC are in the same network segment, the configuration modification is completed, and the NVR and the IPC can normally communicate.
Wherein, the self IP address is restored to the IP address obtained by DHCP, which can adopt two modes.
When an IP address is obtained through a dynamic address allocation protocol (DHCP), the obtained IP address is recorded; and according to the recorded IP address, restoring the IP address of the user into the IP address obtained through the DHCP.
Or, the IP address of the DHCP server is restored to the IP address obtained through the DHCP through the address lease of the DHCP server. I.e., NVR is restored to an IP address obtained through DHCP, the NVR can be restored to a dynamic IP address acquisition (DHCP) mode and through an address lease of the router, to an IP address obtained through DHCP, i.e., 192.168.0.100. This is well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The present invention is not limited to which way to recover to the IP address obtained by DHCP, and will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 3, the interactive process of NVR, router and IPC includes the following steps:
f1, NVR acquires a DHCP address from the router;
f2, the router allocates a DHCP address 192.168.0.100 for the NVR;
f3, judging whether the IPC channel is on-line, namely judging whether the added IPC is on-line, if not, entering the next step;
f4, obtaining a DHCP address pool from the router;
f5, the router returns to the DHCP address pool;
f6, NVR modifies the IP address to be the original (old) address 192.168.1.30;
f7, modifying IPC address as DHCP network segment address;
f8, IPC returns the successful message of modification;
f9, NVR modifies the channel configuration, namely the configuration of the added IPC is modified into a modified IP address;
f10, NVR modifies the IP address to be a DHCP address 192.168.0.100.

the configuration modification module is used for modifying the configuration of the added access equipment into the modified IP address after receiving the message that the access equipment successfully modifies the IP address;
and the recovery module is used for recovering the IP address of the recovery module into the IP address obtained through the DHCP.
