Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of set top box operation, in particular to a set top box operation method compatible with a dual management platform and a set top box, comprising the following steps: s1, recording network identification codes of all operators in advance; s2, connecting the network and obtaining the network identification code of the current network; and S3, judging the operator matched with the network identification code of the current network, and operating the management platform corresponding to the operator.
