Claims (10)

1. A parking lot access management method, comprising:
when a vehicle passes through an entrance gate, acquiring a first license plate recognition module to determine entrance license plate information according to a first image sent by a first camera;
acquiring preset license plate information sent by preset equipment;
when the vehicle passes through the exit gate, acquiring a second license plate recognition module to determine the information of the exit license plate according to a second image sent by a second camera;
determining the departure permission of the vehicle according to license plate information, wherein the license plate information comprises: the entrance license plate information, the preset license plate information and the exit license plate information.
2. The parking lot access management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the preset license plate information sent by the preset device comprises:
when the vehicle passes through during the entry bayonet socket, acquire the entry ETC license plate information that the ETC read head sent, it is corresponding, predetermine license plate information and include: the entrance ETC license plate information;
and/or acquiring first input license plate information input by the parking lot management equipment, wherein correspondingly, the preset license plate information comprises: the entrance ETC license plate information and/or the first input license plate information;
and/or, the first image is sent to a cloud server, and the cloud server identifies cloud identification license plate information obtained by the first image, and correspondingly, the preset license plate information comprises: the entrance ETC license plate information and/or the first input license plate information and/or the cloud identification license plate information;
and/or, work as the vehicle process during the export bayonet socket, acquire the export ETC license plate information that the ETC read head sent, it is corresponding, predetermine license plate information and include: the entrance ETC license plate information and/or the first input license plate information and/or the cloud identification license plate information and/or the exit ETC license plate information.
3. The method of managing access to a parking lot as claimed in claim 2, wherein before determining the right to exit the vehicle based on the license plate information, the method further comprises:
after a payment request obtained by scanning a preset image by a client is received, sending an entrance image to the client;
after the entrance image confirmed by the client and second input license plate information are received, determining whether entrance license plate information corresponding to the entrance image is matched with the second input license plate information;
if the license plate information is matched with the second input license plate information, payment information is determined;
if the license plate information is not matched with the second input license plate information, judging whether the preset license plate information is matched with the second input license plate information or not, and if the preset license plate information is matched with the second input license plate information, determining the payment information, wherein the preset license plate information comprises the entrance ETC license plate information or the first input license plate information;
and sending the payment information to the client so as to enable the client to execute payment.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the departure right of the vehicle according to the license plate information comprises:
judging whether the exit license plate information is matched with the entrance license plate information;
if the license plate information of the vehicle is matched with the entrance license plate information, determining the departure permission of the vehicle;
if the license plate information is not matched with the entrance license plate information, judging whether the entrance ETC license plate information is matched with the exit ETC license plate information or not, or judging whether the preset license plate information is matched with the exit license plate information or not, and if the preset license plate information is matched with the exit license plate information, determining the departure permission of the vehicle;
wherein, predetermine license plate information and include: the entrance ETC license plate information or the first input license plate information or the cloud identification license plate information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the departure right of the vehicle according to the license plate information comprises:
judging whether the vehicle is in a preset vehicle signing list or not;
if yes, determining departure permission according to the preset license plate information;
sending payment information to client equipment according to the departure permission so as to enable the client equipment to automatically pay;
wherein, predetermine license plate information and include: the entrance ETC license plate information or the first input license plate information or the exit ETC license plate information.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the departure right of the vehicle according to the license plate information comprises:
judging whether the preset license plate information is in registration information or not, wherein the preset license plate information comprises entrance license plate information or entrance ETC license plate information or exit ETC license plate information;
if so, determining that the corresponding vehicle is a fixed vehicle, and determining the departure permission based on the fixed vehicle;
registering the relevant information of the vehicle.
7. The parking lot access management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
judging whether the entrance license plate information or the exit license plate information is correct license plate information;
if not, recording the times, and sending a management instruction to the parking lot management equipment when the times are greater than the preset times;
receiving license plate associated information which is sent by the parking lot management equipment and obtained according to the management instruction;
and associating the entrance license plate information or the exit license plate information with the correct license plate information, so that the entrance license plate information or the exit license plate information is changed into the correct license plate information after being acquired.
8. A parking lot access management device, comprising:
the entrance license plate information determining module is used for acquiring a first license plate recognition module and determining entrance license plate information according to a first image sent by the first camera when a vehicle passes through the entrance gate;
the preset license plate information determining module is used for acquiring preset license plate information sent by preset equipment;
the exit license plate information determining module is used for acquiring a second license plate recognition module and determining exit license plate information according to a second image sent by a second camera when the vehicle passes through an exit gate;
the departure permission determining module is used for determining the departure permission of the vehicle according to license plate information, and the license plate information comprises: the entrance license plate information, the preset license plate information and the exit license plate information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the parking lot access management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
