The mask vending machine of claim 1, wherein when the masks are stored in the storage compartment in a stacked manner, the storage compartment has a storage slot with a square cross section, and the length and width of the storage slot are not less than the length and width of a packaging bag of each mask; when the mask is stored in the storage bin in a rolling simple manner, a roller turntable for winding the mask is arranged in the storage bin.

The mask vending machine according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the frame comprises a left upright plate, a right upright plate, an upper fixing plate and a rear fixing plate, the left upright plate and the right upright plate are arranged left and right with a space reserved therebetween, the upper fixing plate is connected to top surfaces of the left upright plate and the right upright plate in a spanning manner, and the rear fixing plate is connected to rear side edges of the left upright plate and the right upright plate in a spanning manner; the transmission assembly comprises an upper roller, a lower roller and a first motor, the upper roller and the lower roller are arranged in parallel, two ends of a roller shaft of the upper roller and two ends of a roller shaft of the lower roller are respectively in rotating connection with the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate, a mask connecting belt is clamped between the upper roller and the lower roller, the first motor is in transmission connection with the roller shaft of the lower roller to drive the lower roller to rotate, and therefore the mask connecting belt is driven to be output from the storage bin to the material taking bin; the cutting assembly comprises an upper cutter and a lower cutter which are arranged on the discharge side of the conveying assembly from top to bottom, and a second motor, two ends of the lower cutter are fixedly connected to the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate respectively, the upper cutter is arranged on the rear fixing plate in a vertically sliding manner, and the second motor is in transmission connection with the upper cutter to drive the upper cutter to move up and down so as to cut off a packaging bag of the mask conveyed to the material taking bin from the mask.

The mask vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate are respectively provided with a pressure regulator which is matched with the roller of the upper roller, the pressure regulator comprises a regulator mounting box, an adjusting screw and a spring, the regulator mounting box is correspondingly mounted on the left vertical plate or the right vertical plate, the adjusting screw is vertically arranged on the top surface of the regulator mounting box, the lower end of the adjusting screw is arranged in the regulator mounting box and connected with a pressing plate, the bottom of the regulator mounting box is provided with a hole, the spring is vertically arranged in the regulator mounting box, the upper end of the spring is abutted against the pressing plate, and the lower end of the spring extends out of the bottom hole of the regulator mounting box and is elastically abutted against the roller of the upper roller.

The mask vending machine according to claim 4, wherein a bottom plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of the rear fixing plate, vertical racks are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, the upper cutter can slide up and down relative to the bottom plate, a transverse rotating shaft is arranged on the upper cutter, a first gear meshed with the racks is arranged on the rotating shaft, a second gear is connected to an output shaft of the second motor, a third gear meshed with the second gear is further arranged on the rotating shaft, the second motor drives the third gear to rotate through the second gear, so that the rotating shaft and the first gear are driven to rotate, and the first gear moves up and down along the racks when rotating, so that the upper cutter moves up and down; a pair of cutter sensors distributed up and down are arranged on one side of the upper cutter, wherein the cutter sensor positioned above is used for detecting the upper limit of the cutter, and the cutter sensor positioned below is used for detecting the lower limit of the cutter; a motor fixing plate is connected between the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate above the transmission assembly, and the second motor is fixedly installed on the motor fixing plate.

The mask vending machine according to claim 5, wherein an inlet guide plate is further arranged on a feeding side of the conveying assembly, the inlet guide plate is used for guiding the mask to a crack between the upper roller and the lower roller, two ends of the inlet guide plate are fixedly connected with the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate respectively, two limiting blocks capable of being adjusted in a sliding mode are arranged on the left side and the right side of the inlet guide plate respectively, the limiting blocks are used for being adjusted according to the width of the mask, and the adjusting direction of the limiting blocks is perpendicular to the guiding direction of the inlet guide plate.
7. The mask vending machine of claim 6, wherein an inlet sensor is fixedly connected to the bottom of the motor fixing plate and is arranged above the inlet guide plate, and the inlet sensor is used for detecting a mark preset on the mask packaging bag.

The mask vending machine according to claim 7, wherein the rear end of the first motor is fixedly connected to the right vertical plate or the left vertical plate, a fourth gear is disposed on an output shaft of the first motor, a fifth gear engaged with the fourth gear is disposed on a roller of the lower roller, and the first motor drives the fifth gear to rotate through the fourth gear, so as to drive the lower roller to rotate.

The mask vending machine of claim 8, wherein the transmission device further comprises a main control board, the main control board is disposed on the top surface of the upper fixing plate, and the touch screen, the first motor, the second motor, the cutter sensor and the inlet sensor are respectively electrically connected to the main control board.

The control system of the mask vending machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising a main control chip, and a feeding control module, a feeding detection module, a cutter control module, a cutter detection module and a communication module connected with the main control chip, wherein the feeding control module is used for being connected with the first motor, the feeding detection module is used for being connected with the inlet sensor, the cutter control module is used for being connected with the second motor, the cutter detection module is used for being connected with the cutter sensor, and the communication module is connected to the internet in a wired or wireless communication manner and is in communication connection with a server on the internet.
