With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of an information presentation method according to the present application is shown. The information presentation method 200 specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving a viewing request of the operation frequency of the user for performing visualization operation on the page element in the target website.
In this embodiment, an execution subject of the information presentation method (for example, a component for supporting operation frequency information of a visualization operation for presenting a page element in the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1) may receive an information viewing request sent by a user. The information viewing request comprises operation frequency information for performing visualization operation on the page elements in the target website. Here, the target website may be a shopping website, an information browsing website, a service website, or the like. The target web site typically includes a plurality of web pages. The developer or owner of the target site may send a request to the execution agent to observe the usage of the target site by the user. The manner of sending the information viewing request may be, for example, a manner of opening an application for presenting the operation frequency information, or a manner of opening a web page for presenting the operation frequency information.
In this embodiment, each web page may include a plurality of page elements. The page elements may include, for example, clickable buttons in a web page (e.g., a button for login, a button for favorite page or favorite, a button for search), input boxes, pictures, links, and the like. The visualization operation on the page element in the target website may include, for example, a click operation, an input operation, a web page browsing operation, and the like. The operation frequency of the visualization operation may include, but is not limited to, the number of clicks on a certain page element within a preset time period, and the number of times of information input in a certain dialog box.
In this embodiment, the client installation package of the target website is generally provided with an instruction for detecting whether a user performs a visualization operation on a page element included in the target website. When detecting that the user performs visual operation on certain page elements in the target website, the client using the target website can send the visual operation information to a server supported by an application for presenting page element operation frequency information, so that the server can perform statistics on the operation frequency of various visual operations. Typically, the page elements are pre-selected by the user and stored in the server.
Step 202, establishing a communication relationship with the target website based on a predefined communication protocol.
Generally, when a user selects a target website by using the application for presenting the page element operation frequency information, an iframe needs to be nested to realize communication connection between a webpage of the application for presenting the page element operation frequency information and a webpage of the target website, so that the page included in the target website is presented in the application. Here, the target website typically includes a main web page and other web pages. Iframes are also typically nested within the home web page to enable communication connections between the home web page and other web pages. When communication between web pages is realized based on iframe, a communication protocol is generally required to be established. Here, an existing general communication protocol may be used. Since the existing communication protocol is usually easy to crack, in order to improve the communication security, a predefined pass protocol can be used to implement iframe-based web page communication.
Here, a plurality of fields may be included in the predefined communication protocol. Wherein, the plurality of fields may specifically include: the software installation package comprises a field for indicating session identification (session id) of an information sender, a field for indicating window identification (window name) of the information sender, a field for indicating session identification (session id) of an information receiver, a field for indicating window identification (window name) of the information receiver, a field for indicating account identification (account id) of the software installation package, a field for indicating a service type, a field for indicating an iframe address of the sender, and a field for indicating content of carried message Data (Data).
Here, the target website may serve as a message sender, and the application for presenting information on the frequency of operation of the page elements may serve as a message receiver. When a user opens the target website and presents a homepage or other webpage, the running script of the target website can control the terminal device to send a communication protocol carrying a field indicating a session identifier of the target website, a field indicating a window identification of the webpage in the target website, a field indicating a session identifier of an application presenting page element operation frequency information, and a field indicating an account identifier set in a software installation package of the target website to an execution main body of the application presenting page element operation frequency information. After receiving the sent communication protocol, the executive body can detect whether the data in the fields are matched, and establish a communication relationship with the target website under the matched condition. Here, when the application for presenting the frequency of page element operations is used, information registration is generally required in the application to obtain the account id. The account id needs to be associated with the target website. Meanwhile, a code for indicating the account id also needs to be set in the software installation package of the target website. The executing body may establish a communication relationship with the target website based on whether the account id carried in the communication protocol is the registered account id.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the establishing a communication relationship with the target website based on the predefined communication protocol may further include: receiving a protocol message sent by a target website, determining whether configuration information included in the protocol message is consistent with pre-stored configuration information, and establishing a communication relation with the target website in response to determining that the included configuration information is consistent with the pre-stored configuration information.
Specifically, the configuration information includes at least one of the following: session identification and registered account number. The session identification is the sender session identification and the receiver session identification. The configuration information may be set in certain protocol fields in the communication protocol. The content carried by the communication protocol is a protocol message. Here, the running script of the target website may control the electronic device to send a protocol packet carrying configuration information such as a session identifier and a registered account to the execution main body. The execution body may determine whether the stored configuration information is consistent with the configuration information in the protocol message. And establishing a communication relation with the target website under the condition that the configuration information is determined to be consistent with the pre-stored configuration information.
And step 203, receiving the page element to be viewed, selected by the user, returned by the target website as the target page element based on the communication relationship.
In this embodiment, each of the web pages included in the target website includes a plurality of page elements. The user can select a page element through the webpage of the target website embedded by the application supported by the execution main body so as to view the operation frequency information of the visualization operation corresponding to the page element. When the user selects a page element, the component supporting the script running of the target website may return the selected page element to the execution body. Then, the execution body may receive the page element returned by the target website as the target page element.
Specifically, each page element has a page element identifier for indicating the uniqueness of the page element, and the page element identifier may be a symbol (e.g., a toolbar image, a search magnifier image) presented in the page, may be a digital code (e.g., a binary code including multiple bits), and the like. Then, the running script of the target website may instruct to write the symbol of the target page element into a field in the communication protocol for instructing the content of the carried message Data (Data). And then, transmitting the protocol message stored with the page element identifier to the execution main body.
And step 204, sending the target page element to the server, and receiving operation frequency information corresponding to the target page element returned by the server.
In this embodiment, the terminal installation package of the target website is installed with a code instruction for detecting whether the user operates the page element. After detecting that the user operates the page element, the detected information may be sent to the server. Then, the server may count the operation frequency of the visualization operation of the user on the same page element based on the path information of the page element.
In this embodiment, after receiving the target page element, the target page element may be sent to the server. Therefore, the server can return the operation frequency information of the target page element to the execution main body based on the page element identifier of the target page element.
And step 205, presenting the received operation frequency information in a preset presentation mode.
In this embodiment, the execution main body may present the operation frequency information corresponding to the target page element in a preset presentation manner after receiving the operation frequency information. Specifically, the preset presentation mode may be, for example, a histogram presentation, a line drawing presentation, or the like.
The target page element typically includes a plurality of target page elements. Here, the above-mentioned multiple target page elements may also be presented in the same page. Therefore, the user can compare the target page elements, visual operation information of the user is clear at a glance, and the information presentation effect is improved.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after establishing the communication relationship with the target website, the execution main body may further include the following steps:
receiving a request sent by a target website to acquire information of page elements stored in the target website; and sending the stored information of the page elements acquired by the server to a target website so as to enable the target website to highlight the page elements for viewing the operation frequency information. Therefore, the user can clearly acquire the page element capable of acquiring the operation frequency information, and the speed of acquiring the operation frequency information of the page element by the user is improved.
According to the information presentation method provided by the embodiment of the application, the communication relation with the target website is established through the predefined communication protocol, the communication with the target website is realized based on the communication relation, and then the operation frequency information of the visual operation related to the target page element is presented, so that other applications can be prevented from acquiring the operation frequency information, and the safety is improved. Through the predefined communication protocol, different communication connection modes do not need to be developed for different browsers, and the universality is improved.
With further reference to FIG. 3, a flow 300 of one embodiment of an information presentation method according to the present application is shown. The information presentation method 300 specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving a viewing request of the operation frequency of the user for performing visualization operation on the page element in the target website.
Step 302, establishing a communication relationship with the target website based on a predefined communication protocol.
And step 303, receiving the page element to be viewed, which is returned by the target website and selected by the user, as the target page element based on the communication relationship.
And step 304, matching the target page element with the circled page elements in the pre-stored target website, and determining whether the target page element is circled.
In this embodiment, after receiving the target page element returned by the target website, the execution main body may further obtain, from the server, the stored page element that has been circled in the target website. Then, the target page element is matched with the selected page element, and whether the target page element is the selected page element is determined. In general, the server stores page element identifiers matching each page element. The target page element received by the execution body is also the page element identifier of the target page element. By matching the page element identifiers, whether the target page elements are selected in circles or not can be quickly determined. Here, the page elements of a certain page have been circled as: the user has previously selected the page element by means of the terminal device. By selecting the page element, the server can collect the operation frequency information of the visualization operation such as click rate of the page element.
Step 305, in response to determining that the target page element has been circled, sending the page element to the server.
In this embodiment, after determining that the target page element is matched with a page element, which is stored in advance by the server and corresponds to the target website, the execution subject may determine that the target page element has been circled, so that the target page element is directly sent to the server, and the server determines the operation frequency of the visualization operation corresponding to the target page element.
Step 306, in response to determining that the target page element is not circled, obtaining path information of the target page element.
In this embodiment, after determining that no target page element matching the target page element exists in the page elements corresponding to the target website stored in advance by the server, the execution subject may determine that the target page element is not circled. Thus, the execution body can further acquire the path information of the target page element. Here, the path information is used to indicate the position of the target page element in the page. Based on the path information, the click rate of the user on the target page element, the input times of information input in the target page element, and the like can be counted.
Step 307, sending the path information of the target page element to the server, so that the server determines the operation frequency information corresponding to the target page element based on the path information of the target page element.
In this embodiment, after determining the path information of the target page element, the execution main body may send the path information to the server. Accordingly, the server may determine operation frequency information corresponding to the target element based on the path information of the target page element.
And 308, receiving operation frequency information corresponding to the target page element returned by the server, and presenting the received operation frequency information in a preset presentation mode.
Specific implementation and beneficial effects of step 301, step 302, step 303, and step 308 shown in this embodiment may refer to specific descriptions of step 201, step 202, step 203, step 204, and step 205 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
