一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置。主要解决现有的带压封堵装置结构复杂、作业面平整度要求高、承压低、易二次泄漏的问题。其特征在于:所述冲头膨胀螺丝(1)下端为锥体,冲头膨胀螺丝(1)外部连接有橡胶胀塞(2),橡胶胀塞(2)上部设有弧形的盖板(3),冲头膨胀螺丝(1)上端连接有紧固螺母(4)。该胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置不需等待管线放空,作业面平整度要求不高,恢复生产后承压高,不易发生二次泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田领域,具体的说是一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置。
背景技术
油田生产中,管线受各种因素影响经常发生穿孔现象,漏点带压焊接施工难度大,因此油水管线补漏焊接时,需要停产清洗管线,达到安全标准后方可施工,而且经常遇到阀门不严管线内有余压无法放空,造成施工拖延的情况。目前带压封堵装置都是漏点外卡式封堵,其结构复杂,成本高,操作时间长,作业面平整度要求高,恢复生产后承压低,容易二次泄漏。
发明内容
为了克服现有的带压封堵装置结构复杂、作业面平整度要求高、承压低、易二次泄漏的不足,本发明提供一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,该胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置不需等待管线放空,作业面平整度要求不高,恢复生产后承压高,不易发生二次泄漏。
本发明的技术方案是:一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,包括冲头膨胀螺丝,所述冲头膨胀螺丝下端为锥体,冲头膨胀螺丝外部连接有橡胶胀塞,橡胶胀塞上部设有弧形的盖板,冲头膨胀螺丝上端连接有紧固螺母。
所述橡胶胀塞与盖板粘接为一体。
所述冲头膨胀螺丝下端为锥体,锥体上部主体的直径小于锥体大径。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,通过冲头膨胀螺丝下端锥体将管线上不规则的漏点冲击成标准圆孔,再由橡胶胀塞进行封堵,并通过紧固螺母使冲头膨胀螺丝压紧橡胶胀塞,使胀塞直径加大达到封的目的。采用该封堵装置可以带压作业,不需等待管线放空,对作业面平整度要求不高,恢复生产后承压高,不易发生二次泄漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1、图2所示,一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,包括冲头膨胀螺丝1,所述冲头膨胀螺丝1下端为锥体,锥体上部主体的直径小于锥体大径,即锥体与上部主体之间形成个台阶。冲头膨胀螺丝1下端的锥体可将不规则的漏点冲击成标准直径的圆孔。冲头膨胀螺丝1主体外部螺纹连接有橡胶胀塞2,橡胶胀塞2上部设有弧形的盖板3,由于盖板3为弧形,可以贴合在管线外壁上,起到挡片的功能。盖板3也螺纹连接在冲头膨胀螺丝1上,且橡胶胀塞2与盖板3粘接为一体。冲头膨胀螺丝1上端连接有紧固螺母4。
当发现管线有漏点时,将冲头膨胀螺丝1对准漏点,砸击冲头膨胀螺丝1顶部,锥体冲击下漏点呈圆形,当漏点到一定直径时,橡胶胀塞2进入冲击孔将漏点封堵。此时,旋紧紧固螺母4,拉动冲头膨胀螺丝1上行,使锥体上部大径端挤压橡胶胀塞2,使其直径加大达到封堵的目的,然后将盖板3与管线焊接,完成封堵。
该封堵装置经过现场应用,分别对不同管径管线的漏点进行封堵,经过实验,封堵效果达到标准,恢复生产后,没有出现二次8渗漏。

1.一种胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,包括冲头膨胀螺丝(1),其特征在于:所述冲头膨胀螺丝(1)下端为锥体,冲头膨胀螺丝(1)外部连接有橡胶胀塞(2),橡胶胀塞(2)上部设有弧形的盖板(3),冲头膨胀螺丝(1)上端连接有紧固螺母(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶胀塞(2)与盖板(3)粘接为一体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胀塞式管线漏点封堵装置,其特征在于:所述冲头膨胀螺丝(1)下端为锥体,锥体上部主体的直径小于锥体大径。
