本发明涉及一种旋转补偿器,包括内管(1)、外套管(6)、变径管(12)、密封压紧法兰(5),外套管(6)套装在内管(1)上,内管(1)的一端伸入外套管(6)中,密封压紧法兰(5)套装在内管(1)上,其一端伸入外套管(6)内,外套管(6)的内表面上设有环形内凸台(8),内管(1)的外表面上设有环形外凸台(10),在环形内凸台(8)与密封压紧法兰(5)伸入外套管(6)的一端之间设有密封填料(7),在环形外凸台(10)与环形内凸台(8)之间形成的空腔内设置有滑动件(9)或端面密封件,外套管(6)与变径管(12)的连接处设置有挡环(11)。本发明可以直接有效的阻挡介质对密封填料的冲刷,还可以有效阻止介质携带氧气进入密封填料腔,避免填料因氧化、烧蚀导致的密封失效。

Description

一种旋转补偿器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转补偿器。
背景技术
目前,旋转补偿器在热力管道上运用的越来越广泛。旋转补偿器有着安全性能高、设计方便、补偿量大、管道运行经济性高、安装方式及型式多样化等众多优点,一直是设计院的设计首选及热电厂等使用单位优先考虑、选用的产品。旋转补偿器主要技术核心在于密封技术,虽然人们一直在改进旋转补偿器的密封性能,但旋转补偿器在工作过程中仍有发生泄漏的可能,究其原因有如下几点:
1、高温有氧状态下的烧蚀。
旋转补偿器长期在高温状态下工作,密封材料(石墨等)在高温有氧状态下,其烧蚀量会因为跟氧气的接触导致体积减少,从而发生泄漏。所以控制密封填料和氧气接触量的大小是保证长效密封的至关重要的手段之一。
2、工作时填料磨损。
旋转补偿器的内管与外套管无法做到绝对光滑(即摩擦系数=0),因此旋转补偿器工作时内管与外套管的相对旋转会使填料产生磨损,部分密封填料因此出现碎片粉末状态,易从装配间隙中流失,导致密封腔内填料体积减少,密封压紧力下降,从而发生泄漏。
3、密封腔表面氧化造成的磨损。
旋转补偿器长期使用后,受管道中介质不利因素(如氯离子、湿度、温度)的影响,会使密封腔和密封材料的接触面发生腐蚀,形成凹凸不平,在旋转补偿器工作状态下容易造成填料产生磨损量,导致部分密封填料呈碎片粉末状态,易从装配间隙中流失,导致密封腔内填料体积减少,密封压紧力下降,从而发生泄漏。
4、密封填料与介质(高温水蒸气、高温热水等)的化学反应流失。
因介质在高温状态下会与密封填料产生化学反应(例如:C+H2O(高温)=CO+H2),使密封填料固态体积减少,密封性能下降,容易发生泄漏。
5、高压状态下介质对密封填料的冲刷。
工作状态下,旋转补偿器内高温高压状态的介质容易从装配间隙进入密封腔,对密封填料形成强大的冲击力,长期使用后密封填料在高温高压介质冲刷下会产生损失,从而造成密封性能下降。
因此,进一步提高旋转补偿器的密封性能是本领域技术人员孜孜以求的目标。
发明内容
为了有效高压状态下介质对密封填料的冲刷,减少了旋转补偿器在工作状态下密封材料在装配间隙中的流失,本发明提出一种具有更好密封性能的旋转补偿器。
本发明所述旋转补偿器包括内管、外套管、变径管、密封压紧法兰,外套管套装在内管上,内管的一端伸入外套管中,密封压紧法兰套装在内管上,其一端伸入外套管内,外套管的内表面上设有环形内凸台,内管的外表面上设有环形外凸台,在环形内凸台与密封压紧法兰伸入外套管的一端之间设有密封填料,在环形外凸台与环形内凸台之间形成的空腔内设置有滑动件或端面密封件,外套管与变径管的连接处设置有挡环。
为了尽可能的阻挡介质对密封填料的冲刷,挡环的内径与内管的内径相同,这样挡环的内壁与内管的内壁处于同一平面上。
为了解决外套管与变径管采用焊接方式对接所带来的安全隐患问题,外套管和变径管为一体成型的一体化结构。
为了避免密封填料在长期使用中因正常磨损产生空隙,从而影响整个旋转补偿器的密封性能,外套管上设有密封填料加注装置。
所述滑动件是滚珠或滑动环。
本发明通过增加挡环,不仅可以直接有效的阻挡介质对密封填料的冲刷,还可以有效阻止介质携带氧气进入密封填料腔,避免填料因氧化、烧蚀导致的密封失效。

实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本实施例所述旋转补偿器包括内管1、外套管6、变径管12、密封压紧法兰5,外套管6套装在内管1上,内管1的一端伸入外套管6中,密封压紧法兰5套装在内管1上,其一端伸入外套管6内,两者之间通过螺柱2、螺母3、垫片4连接。外套管6和变径管12为一体成型的一体化结构。外套管6的内表面上设有环形内凸台8,内管1的外表面上设有环形外凸台10,在环形内凸台8与密封压紧法兰5伸入外套管6的一端之间设有密封填料7,在环形外凸台10与环形内凸台8之间形成的空腔内设置有滑动件9,外套管6与变径管12的连接处设置有挡环11。挡环11的内径与内管1的内径相同,这样限位挡环11的内壁与内管的内壁处于同一平面上,以尽可能的阻挡介质对密封填料的冲刷。
在本实施例中,滑动件9采用的是滑动环,那当然也可采用传统的滚珠作为滑动件。
实施例2
如图3所示,为了保持良好的密封性能,在外套管6上与密封填料7相对应的位置上沿同一圆周均布4-30只注入口,每个注入口内置的径向通孔和腰部的横向孔相通,径向通孔外端设有带孔的螺塞,横向孔中安装的螺塞横穿径向通孔构成阀结构的密封填料加注装置13。旋转补偿器在使用过程中,若密封性能下降出现泄漏,可在线卸掉注入口外端安装的螺塞,然后旋转横向孔中的螺塞,使螺塞上的孔与径向通孔相通,用压枪对着注入口补充密封填料。补充完毕后首先旋紧横向孔内的螺塞,然后拔掉压枪,再在入口外端重新安装螺塞。这样,通过在线补充密封填料,可以及时的恢复旋转补偿器的密封性能。
在本实施例中,在环形外凸台10与环形内凸台8之间形成的空腔内用端面密封件替代滑动件10,该端面密封件采用石墨等柔性材料制成,可进一步保证旋转补偿器的密封性能。
本发明可以有效保持旋转补偿器的密封性能的原理是:
参见图1和图2,当介质如图1所示流向时,如果没有挡环,介质快速流动会形成涡旋亦会对间隙形成冲击;当如图2所示流向时,介质会对外套管与内管之间的间隙形成直接的冲击,所以无论介质如何流动,都可能导致介质冲击间隙并流入密封填料腔,冲刷密封填料的同时介质也会携带氧气进入密封填料腔,加速填料氧化、烧蚀,从而导致密封失效,产品发生泄漏。而在增加挡环后,挡环会直接有效的阻挡介质对密封填料的冲刷,从而防止出现上述情况发生。

1.一种旋转补偿器,包括内管(1)、外套管(6)、变径管(12)、密封压紧法兰(5),外套管(6)套装在内管(1)上,内管(1)的一端伸入外套管(6)中,密封压紧法兰(5)套装在内管(1)上,其一端伸入外套管(6)内,外套管(6)的内表面上设有环形内凸台(8),内管(1)的外表面上设有环形外凸台(10),在环形内凸台(8)与密封压紧法兰(5)伸入外套管(6)的一端之间设有密封填料(7),在环形外凸台(10)与环形内凸台(8)之间形成的空腔内设置有滑动件(9)或端面密封件,其特征在于:外套管(6)与变径管(12)的连接处设置有挡环(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于挡环(11)的内径与内管(1)的内径相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于外套管(6)和变径管(12)为一体成型的一体化结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于外套管(6)上设有密封填料加注装置(13)。
5.如权利要求1所述的旋转补偿器,其特征在于所述滑动件(9)是滚珠或滑动环。
