Abstract
The invention relates to a pressure fixing seat which is suitable for fixing and cupping in medium and short periods on various planes. The pressure sealing device comprises a shell base with one side open and a negative pressure shell plate, wherein the volume formed by the negative pressure shell plate and the shell on the open side of the shell base can be changed, one side of the negative pressure shell plate is provided with a pressure sealing material and a sealing pressure plate, and the pressure sealing material is one of a plastic deformation material, a muddy plastic solid material, a solid-liquid mixture, a fluid material and an elastic material. The invention has the advantages of large fixed load, low requirement on the use condition of the plane surface, low cost, firm fixation, reinforcement in the middle, reusability, flexible fixed position, no damage to the surface of the fixed plane, controllable fixed pressure and long fixed time.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a pressure fixing seat which is suitable for fixing and cupping in medium and short periods on various planes.
Background
The traditional middle-short term fixing modes on a plane and an approximate plane are adhesive sticker pasting and common negative pressure exhaust fixing, and the traditional middle-short term fixing modes have the defects of small fixing load, high requirements on using conditions such as the flatness and the rigidity of the surface of the plane, infirm fixing, incapability of reinforcing the middle part and damage to the surface of the fixed plane, low repeated utilization rate of adhesive sticker pasting and short common negative pressure exhaust fixing time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure fixing seat which has the advantages of large fixed load, low requirements on the using conditions of flatness and rigidity of the surface shape of a plane, low cost, simple structure, firm fixation, reinforced middle part, flexible fixing position, continuous and repeated use, controllable fixing pressure and long fixing time.
The invention solves the technical problem by a specific technical scheme that the device consists of a shell base with an opening at one side and a negative pressure shell plate, wherein one side of the shell base is an opening side which is fixed in a sealing way, the other side of the shell base is preferably provided with a gap or an opening communicated with the outside atmosphere, the volume formed by the negative pressure shell plate and the shell at the opening side of the shell base can be changed, the shell base is in sealing contact with the negative pressure shell plate, and the sealing is provided with three schemes: one is a compression sealing material only provided with one side of the negative pressure shell plate; the second is a sealing material only provided with a negative pressure shell plate; and the third is a sealing material which is provided with a pressure sealing material and a negative pressure shell plate. At least one sealing material in the sealing material and the compression sealing material of the negative pressure shell plate is one of a plastic deformation material, a muddy plastic solid material, a solid-liquid mixture, a fluid material and an elastic material, preferably the muddy plastic solid material, and a protective thin layer which does not have great influence on the plastic deformation and the sealing of the sealing material can be arranged on the sealing material or the compression sealing material of the negative pressure shell plate. The biggest advantage of this technical scheme is that sealed better, with low costs, simple structure between casing base and the negative pressure shell board.
One side of the compressed sealing material can be provided with a sealing compression plate which can generate more uniform negative pressure, the positions of the negative pressure shell plate and the sealing compression plate are controlled independently or uniformly, the adjustment resistance is small by independent adjustment, and the sealing is tighter; the unified adjusting structure is simple, the cost is low, and the operation is simple. The position adjusting mode of the negative pressure shell plate is one of various adjusting modes including a screw thread adjusting mode and the like, the screw thread adjusting mode is preferably selected, and the advantages of labor saving, large adjusting range and simplicity are achieved.
The sealing material is arranged on the open side of the shell base, the sealing material is one of plastic deformation material, muddy plastic solid material, solid-liquid mixture and fluid material, a protective thin layer which does not greatly affect the plastic deformation and the sealing of the sealing material is preferably arranged on the sealing material, and the elastic material is arranged on 0-2 side of the sealing material. The biggest advantage of this technical scheme is that the sealed effect between casing base and the fixed surface is better.
The position of the pressure fixing seat or the shell base can be indirectly or directly connected with various functional products through connecting objects such as rods, sleeves, plates, blocks and the like in a screw thread, locking, clamping and other modes.
The invention has the advantages of large fixed load, low requirements on the use conditions of the flatness and the rigidity of the surface of the plane, low cost, simple structure, firm fixation, firmer fixation when the pressure is larger, strengthening the middle part, continuous and repeated use, flexible fixation position, no damage to the surface of the fixed plane, controllable fixation pressure and long fixation time.
