The sealing material is arranged on the open side of the shell base, the sealing material is one of plastic deformation material, muddy plastic solid material, solid-liquid mixture and fluid material, a protective thin layer which does not greatly affect the plastic deformation and the sealing of the sealing material is preferably arranged on the sealing material, and the elastic material is arranged on 0-2 side of the sealing material.
