the typhoon prevention mechanism II comprises at least one electric sliding block II (7), two guide rods II (12) arranged in parallel, a frame (8) positioned between the two guide rods II (12) and a foldable protection plate (10); each guide rod II (12) is fixed on the bottom end of the corresponding guide rod I (2) and forms a fixed included angle with the corresponding guide rod I (2); the electric sliding block II (7) is arranged on the lower section of the guide rod I (2) and can drive the frame (8) to move along the length direction of the guide rod I (2); two opposite sides of the frame (8) are also provided with two convex parts which are respectively movably arranged on the two guide rods II (12); the protection plate (10) is movably arranged in the frame (8);
the wind speed sensor is used for detecting real-time wind speeds of the first typhoon prevention mechanism and the second typhoon prevention mechanism;
the rainfall sensor is used for detecting the rainfall amount in a preset time period outside the first typhoon prevention mechanism and the second typhoon prevention mechanism; and
the controller is used for judging whether the real-time wind speed reaches a preset wind speed or not; when the real-time wind speed reaches the preset wind speed, the controller drives the first electric sliding block (1) and the second electric sliding block (7) to move, so that the windproof baffle (5), the frame (8) and the protection plate (10) are respectively turned over and spliced into a windproof surface between the two guide rods I (2); when the real-time wind speed does not reach the preset wind speed, the controller is further used for judging whether the rainfall reaches a preset rainfall or not; when the rainfall reaches when predetermineeing the rainfall, the controller forerunner makes two (7) movements of electronic slider, makes the contained angle between frame (8) and two (12) of guide arm reach one and predetermines angle one, orders about electronic slider (1) movement again, makes the contained angle between baffle (5) of preventing wind and guide arm (2) reach one and predetermine angle two and cover the top at guard plate (10).

and two ends of each clothes-horse are respectively connected to the two guide rods II (12) and are positioned below the protection plate (10).

when the real-time wind speed does not reach the preset wind speed, judging whether the rainfall reaches a preset rainfall or not;
when the rainfall reaches the preset rainfall, the forerunner enables the second electric sliding block (7) to move, so that the included angle between the frame (8) and the second guide rod (12) reaches a preset angle I, then the first electric sliding block (1) is driven to move, so that the included angle between the windproof baffle (5) and the first guide rod (2) reaches a preset angle II, and the windproof baffle covers the protective plate (10).
