Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Currently, in order to facilitate users to access packages, a device (for example, a self-service cabinet) is proposed, which enables users to store packages by themselves, so that the users can be served for 24 hours, and the users can take and send packages conveniently. In such a self-service parcel storage cabinet, cabinet doors are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the storage space inside, so that each parcel can be placed in one storage compartment. When a user needs to take a package in a certain storage grid or needs to store the package to be sent in the certain storage grid, the cabinet door corresponding to the storage grid is opened by issuing a pickup or sending instruction so as to take or place the package. Currently, in some self-service parcel storage cabinets, only one or several logistics object storage and retrieval grids are provided, that is, the storage and retrieval grids do not correspond to the storage grids one to one, so that a user only needs to access parcels through the one or a limited number of storage and retrieval grids, and a first moving member in the storage and retrieval cabinet moves parcels put in by the user to a shelf or moves parcels on the shelf to the storage and retrieval grids for the user to take out.
In such a self-service cabinet provided with a special access opening, for example, when a user places a package through the access opening, the user places the package to be stored on a tray located below the access opening through the access opening, and then moves the package placed on the tray to a storage position allocated by the system on the shelf by moving the tray by a dedicated first moving member (e.g., a cart).
Therefore, in the above case, when the first moving member takes the package put in by the user from the access bay, the tray needs to be taken out together, and after the first moving member places the tray and the package on the shelf at the designated position, the first moving member can return to take a new tray and place it at the access bay. Therefore, during the movement of the first moving member, the user cannot continue to deposit the package without placing the tray below the access bay. In other words, the user needs to wait for the first moving member to return and place a new tray under the access bay to continue depositing the package. Particularly, in the case that the first moving member needs to move a long distance in order to place the last parcel deposited by the user, the user may wait for a long time to continue depositing the parcel, which reduces the efficiency of depositing the parcel by the user.
Therefore, a solution is needed to replenish the trays below the access bay in time so that the user can place packages in succession.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an exterior of a logistics object access cabinet 1 viewed from a front side according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the logistics object access cabinet 1 may include an operation panel 2 disposed at a central portion of a front surface of the access cabinet, and an access bay 3 located below the operation panel 2. The user can input various information such as personal information, pickup/delivery information, and the like through the operation panel 2. The manner in which the user inputs information through the operation panel 2 includes, but is not limited to, touch input, swipe code input, Near Field Communication (NFC) input, and the like. The access bay 3 may be located at a location convenient for a user to access the package and may be one or more in number. Although not shown in fig. 1, a tray replenishment mechanism may be provided inside the logistics object access cabinet 1 at a position adjacent to the access bay 3. A tray replenishment mechanism inside the logistics object access cabinet 1 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a replenishment tray in the logistics object access cabinet 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in the logistics object access cabinet 1 according to the embodiment of the present application, a carrier 4 may be disposed below the access bay 3, and the carrier 4 may have a plurality of supports 10 for supporting the trays 11. A second moving member 5 is provided in correspondence with the carriage 4 for moving the carriage 4 or the tray 11. For example, when a first moving member (not shown) located in the logistics object access cabinet 1 takes the tray 11 on which the package is placed from the access bay 3, the second moving member 5 may move the carrier 4 or the tray 11, for example, upward, so that the tray on the carrier 4 below the taken tray moves below the access bay 3 so that the user can continue to put the package.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second movement member 5 may comprise a drive, a transmission member and a guide member. For example, the transmission member may be connected to a drive to be driven by the drive when it is desired to move the carriage 4 or the tray 11. Furthermore, the guide member may be connected with the transmission member and with the carrier 4 or the support 10 so that the guide member may guide the carrier 4 or the support 10 to move in a predetermined direction when the transmission member is driven by the driver.
For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive may be a motor, and may be further configured with a speed reducer. The transmission member may be a timing belt and a timing pulley, so that a driving shaft of the motor may be connected to the timing pulley to drive the transmission member. In particular, the timing belt and the timing pulley may be brought into meshing connection or direct contact so that, when the timing pulley is driven by the motor, the drive of the motor is transmitted to the timing belt by means of meshing or frictional force, thereby driving the timing belt to move. The guide member may be a slider and a guide rail such that the timing belt is coupled to the slider so as to move the slider along the guide rail when the timing belt moves. In this case, the carriage 4 or the support 10 is also connected to the slide, so that the carriage 4 and the support 10 can be moved along the guide rail together with the slide when the motor is driven.
For example, in one embodiment of the invention, when a tray below the access compartment 3 is taken away by the first moving means, the drive can move the carriage 4 upwards with the slider on the rails by driving the transmission means so that the uppermost tray is located below the access compartment 3. The user can immediately put a new physical distribution object without waiting for the return of the first moving mechanism.
For example, in one embodiment of the invention, the support 10 on the carriage 4 may be in the form of a ratchet wheel tooth as shown in fig. 2 and arranged to move only upwards. For example, the support 10 may be configured to automatically move a predetermined distance to stop when triggered to move upward. In this case, the second moving member 5 may directly move the tray 11 carried on the carriage 4. For example, when a tray below the access bay 3 is taken away by the first moving member, the second moving member 5 moves the remaining trays 11 of the loading ledge 4 upwards so that the uppermost tray can be lifted upwards, for example by touching the tips of the supports above it, and then the supports below this support 10 can be moved upwards to support the tray above it. In this case, the second moving member 5 may stop moving when the uppermost tray comes into contact with the support therebelow, and the support 10 may continue moving to continue moving the tray supported thereby upward until a predetermined distance is reached. In other words, when the uppermost tray comes into contact with the support member therebelow, the second moving mechanism 5 stops moving, so that the remaining trays stop moving upward except for the uppermost tray continuing to move upward by the support member therebelow. So that when the support member supporting the uppermost tray moves up to a predetermined distance, the uppermost tray will be separated from the tray therebelow by a certain distance, thereby facilitating the taking-out operation of the first moving mechanism.
Furthermore, a tray detector may additionally be provided on the carrier 4 for detecting the position of the trays carried in the carrier 4, in particular the position of the tray, for example the tray located uppermost in the carrier 4. Of course, in actual use, the loading frame 4 may be arranged in different ways according to the arrangement requirement of the logistics object access cabinet. For example, the carrier 4 may be arranged above the access compartment, so that when the first moving means takes a tray below the access compartment, the second moving means 5 may move the carrier 4 or the tray 11 downwards, so that a tray on the carrier 4 above the taken tray moves below the access compartment. In this case, the tray detector may be provided to detect the position of the tray located lowermost in the carriage 4.
In this case, the second moving member 5 may also be arranged to control the support 10 on the carriage 4. For example, the support 10 may be arranged to be switched between a supporting state perpendicular to the carrier 4 and an open state parallel to the carrier 4. Thus, the second movement member 5 can control the switching of the state of the support 10 according to the state of the tray under the access bay 3. For example, when a tray below the access bay 3 is taken away by the first moving member, the second moving member 5 may control the support 10 supporting the tray above the taken-away tray to become open, so that the tray it supports falls down onto the support 10 below the access bay 3.
Furthermore, a movement limiting device may be additionally provided near the carriage 4 for limiting the movement range of the carriage 4 or the tray 11. For example, movement limiting means may be provided above or below the carriage 4 for limiting the extreme positions of the carriage 4 or the tray 11. In one embodiment of the application, an upper limit sensor 7 may be provided above the carriage 4 for detecting the maximum height of the upward movement of the carriage 4. For example, when the carriage 4 is moved upwards to provide a new tray after the tray at the location of the access compartment 3 has been removed, the upper limit sensor 7 may send a signal to the control module for controlling the second moving member 5 when the carriage 4 is moved to the maximum height, thereby stopping the movement of the second moving member 5. Further, the upper limit sensor 7 may also be used to transmit a tray replenishment signal when the carriage 4 is moved to the maximum height, so that the tray can be replenished into the carriage 4 by the first moving member.
In another embodiment of the present application, a lower limit sensor 8 may be provided below the carriage 4 for detecting the lowest height of the downward movement of the carriage 4. For example, when the first moving member replenishes the tray into the carrier 4, the carrier 4 may move downward with the replenishment of the tray, and when the lower limit sensor 8 detects that the carrier 4 moves to the lowest height, a signal is sent to the control module to stop the replenishment of the new tray and stop the movement of the second moving member 5.
In another embodiment of the application, a weight sensor 9 may be provided below the carriage 4 for detecting the weight of the pallet carried on the carriage 4. In this embodiment, the weight sensor may be used to detect a change in the weight of the trays carried on the loading frame 4, so that a change in the number of trays can be determined. For example, when the weight sensor 9 detects that the weight of the tray carried on the carriage 4 is reduced, it can be determined that the tray is removed, so that the second moving member 5 can move the carriage 4 upward to provide a new tray for the access bay. In addition, when the weight of the tray is lower than the threshold value, for example, if the tray needs to be replenished, a signal can be sent to the control module to replenish the tray. And when the weight of the tray reaches a threshold value at the time of tray replenishment, replenishment of the tray may be stopped. In addition, the weight sensor 9 may also be used to detect the weight of a package placed in the access compartment and thereby provide it to the control module for the purpose of assigning the appropriate shelf storage location for the package.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the inside of the logistics object access cabinet 1 according to one embodiment of the present application as viewed from the back side, and fig. 4 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion of the inside of the logistics object access cabinet according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the logistics object access cabinet 1 includes three shelves 6. A plurality of tray supports may be provided in the shelf 6 for supporting the trays. The first moving member may be arranged to move between the shelves 6 and the carrier 4. Therefore, in the case where the user puts in the package through the access bay, the first moving member may move the tray (on which the package is placed) taken out of the access bay to a predetermined position on the shelf for storage. In the case where the user inputs pickup information through the operation panel 2, the first moving member may take out the tray on which the designated package is placed from a designated position on the shelf and move it to the access bay. It should be noted that in this case, since a new tray has been placed below the access bay for the user to put in the package to be mailed, when the first moving means moves the tray on which the designated package is placed to the access bay, the second moving means 5 may move the carrier 4 or the tray 11 downward, thereby moving the tray on the carrier 4 downward so that the first moving means puts in the tray with the package.
As shown in fig. 4, the access bay 3 is disposed at a lower portion of the front surface of the logistics object access cabinet 1, and the carrier 4 is disposed below the access bay 3, so that when the first moving member takes out a package and the tray put on the uppermost tray in the carrier 4 from the access bay 3 by a user, the second moving member 5 can move the carrier 4 upward so that the tray located below the tray just taken out in the carrier 4 is located below the access bay 3, thereby accomplishing replenishment of the tray at the access bay.
Therefore, with the logistics object access cabinet 1 provided with the tray replenishment mechanism in the embodiment of the present application, a new tray can be replenished at the access grid in time after a user puts a package in, without waiting for the first moving member to return to replenish the new tray. The waiting time for the user to continuously put in the mail packages is greatly shortened.
Further, it should be understood that the arrangement of the carriage 4 and the second moving member 5 and the moving manner of the tray in the embodiment of the present application are not limited to the illustrated manners, but may be variously modified according to actual situations. For example, the supports in the carrier 4 may be arranged laterally, and thus the second moving member 5 may move the trays on the carrier 4 laterally. In this case, after the first moving member takes away the tray on which the package put in by the user is placed, the second moving member 5 moves the carriage 4 laterally so that the tray adjacent to the taken-away tray is positioned below the access bay. By means of the manner of transversely moving the bearing frame 4, the internal space of the logistics object access cabinet can be fully utilized, and because the bearing frame 4 is transversely arranged in the logistics object access cabinet, compared with the manner that the bearing frame 4 is arranged below the access grid 3, the loading frame 4 can be supplemented with trays at any transverse position, so that the efficiency of supplementing the trays for the bearing frame 4 is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
