Technical Field
The invention relates to a reinforcing device for reinforcing a lower opening of a lower water tank section.
Background
The D-shaped general section of the ultra-large bulk carrier is formed by assembling an upper water tank section, a lower water tank section and a tank type bulkhead on the side of a bulk carrier. The lower opening of the lower water tank section is provided with an opening, and the opening is easy to deform in structure when the total section is carried, so that a reinforcing device is required to be arranged.

8. A reinforcing apparatus for reinforcing a lower mouth of a lower water tank segment as defined in claim 1, wherein said connecting member is connected to said projection by welding.
9. A reinforcing arrangement for reinforcing a lower mouth of a lower water tank section according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said connecting member is a channel steel.
