Among them, vehicle configuration parameters include, but are not limited to: the intelligent active locking/unlocking system comprises a Body Control Module (BCM) corresponding to the intelligent active locking/unlocking opening or closing, a vehicle speed locking speed and an external rearview mirror automatic folding opening or closing; or the position of a driving Seat corresponding to a Memory Seat Module (MSM for short), the opening or closing of the welcome function of the driving Seat, the position of a steering wheel, and the like; or setting lane assistance corresponding to the driving assistance module, a vehicle speed value of safe vehicle speed prompt, starting or closing of front collision early warning, starting or closing of active braking assistance, starting or closing of blind zone monitoring (BSD) and the like; or the intelligent high beam corresponding to the car light module is turned on or off, the setting item of the car light of returning to home, the turning on or off of the daytime running light and the sensitivity of the automatic headlight; the level of the atmosphere lamp corresponding to the atmosphere lamp module, such as turning on or off the atmosphere lamp, color selection of the atmosphere, and brightness adjustment, and the following vehicle configuration parameters are all examples, which are not limited in this embodiment.
According to the personalized configuration system for the vehicle, the user can upload and store the set personalized configuration information in the cloud vehicle networking system in advance, and then the cloud vehicle networking system sends the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal for storage, so that when the user needs to perform personalized configuration, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal can quickly adjust various vehicle setting functions to the state expected by the user, and the personalized welcome effect of the vehicle is achieved.
In the embodiment of the application, before the user sets the personalized configuration information, an account, namely the UID of the user, needs to be registered in the cloud vehicle networking system, and the cloud vehicle networking system needs to perform corresponding authority distribution for the user. Then, the following describes in detail the process of assigning permissions to users by the user registration account and the cloud vehicle internet system through several embodiments.
In one embodiment, the application provides personalized configuration information of a vehicle, and the cloud Internet of vehicles system receives application information for registering the UID sent by a user side; and the cloud Internet of vehicles system generates the unique identifier of the UID by adopting a preset algorithm according to the application information of the UID.
In the embodiment, the cloud-end Internet of vehicles system receives application information for registering UID sent by a user side; generating a unique identifier of the UID by adopting a preset algorithm according to the application information of the UID; the unique identifier represents a unique identifier generated by a preset algorithm for the cloud-end internet of vehicles system, wherein the identifier may be a number, a letter, or a combination of the number and the letter, and this embodiment does not limit this. For example, a user logs in a cloud vehicle networking system through a mobile phone, a personal computer, a Pad, a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal or the like, and then inputs application information in the cloud vehicle networking system to register a user account id, wherein the UID may be a mobile phone number, an identity card number or the like submitted by the user during registration.
After the UID account is registered by the user, the cloud vehicle networking system performs authority distribution on the UID account. In one embodiment, the cloud-end internet-of-vehicle system receives a permission allocation request sent by the user side, and allocates permission to the UID in the permission allocation request. Optionally, the authority allocation request further includes vehicle use application information of the user, and the cloud vehicle networking system allocates the authority to the UID in the authority allocation request, including: the cloud vehicle networking system determines the user type according to the UID in the authority allocation request and the vehicle using application information; and the cloud vehicle networking system distributes authority to the UID in the authority distribution request according to the user type.
The cloud vehicle networking system receives the authority distribution request sent by the user side, starts to distribute authority for the UID in the authority distribution request, determines the user type according to the UID in the authority distribution request and the vehicle application information, and distributes the authority for the UID in the authority distribution request according to the determined user type, wherein in an example, the user passes through the user side, for example: the method comprises the steps that a mobile phone, a PAD and the like send authority allocation requests to a cloud vehicle networking system, wherein legal vehicle usage applications and authority requirements for specific vehicles in the authority allocation requests are convenient for the cloud vehicle networking system to allocate vehicle usage authorities for user accounts.
Due to the fact that different authorities, such as the authority of the individual vehicle owner, the authority of the individual vehicle user and the authority of the shared vehicle user, need to be allocated to different users. In one embodiment, the cloud internet of vehicles system assigns a right to the UID in the right assignment request according to the user type, including: if the user type is a personal vehicle owner, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes personal vehicle owner permission to the UID in the permission distribution request according to a preset distribution rule; if the type of the user is a personal vehicle user, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes personal vehicle user permission to the UID in the permission distribution request according to the preset distribution rule; and if the type of the user is a shared vehicle user, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes a sharing main authority for the UID in the authority distribution request according to the preset distribution rule.
In a scene of one person with multiple vehicles and one vehicle with multiple vehicles, the ownership of each vehicle only belongs to a unique individual user, namely, each vehicle can be bound by only one individual vehicle owner account, and one individual vehicle owner account can bind multiple vehicles. After the personal vehicle owner user finishes account registration, the personal vehicle owner user inputs a vehicle VIN (vehicle Identification number) code and submits information such as vehicle purchase certificates, and the like, the cloud vehicle networking system can determine that the type of the user is the personal vehicle owner and distributes personal vehicle owner authority to the user UID according to preset distribution rules. Fig. 2 is a drawing of an example of a relationship between a user account UID and a vehicle VIN and a vehicle-use permission, and it can be understood that a process of the cloud-side vehicle networking system allocating permission to a personal vehicle owner is equivalent to a human-vehicle binding process. The specific content of the user-free permission, which is pre-made by the user and is represented by the preset distribution rule, is the same as the following preset distribution rule adopted by the individual vehicle user and the shared vehicle user.
For shared vehicle users, the ownership of each vehicle only belongs to a unique enterprise user, namely each vehicle can be bound by only one enterprise account, and one enterprise account can bind a plurality of vehicles; the use right of each vehicle can belong to a plurality of individual users, namely, the individual user account applies for the vehicle use right through immediate vehicle use/reserved vehicle use, the process of assigning the right by the cloud vehicle networking system is the immediate vehicle use or reserved vehicle use process, after the shared vehicle user finishes registering UID, the shared vehicle user selects a specific vehicle and submits the vehicle use application, after receiving the vehicle use application of the shared vehicle user to the specific vehicle, the cloud vehicle networking system verifies and judges whether the credit of the shared vehicle user reaches the standard, whether the credit is insufficient, whether the vehicle condition is good and the like, and if the conditions are met, the cloud vehicle networking system assigns the shared vehicle user right for the user account.
The process that the cloud vehicle networking system distributes the authority for the individual vehicle user is equivalent to a vehicle authority authorization process, the individual vehicle user can also initiate a vehicle authority application process after finishing UID registration, and certainly, the use right of each vehicle can belong to a plurality of individual users, and the individual vehicle owner can log in the UID account and authorize the vehicle use right under the name of the individual vehicle to a plurality of authorized individual accounts in a mobile phone authorization mode.
In one embodiment, the process of allocating authority to the personal vehicle user by the cloud-side internet of vehicles system according to the preset allocation rule includes: the cloud vehicle networking system sends a vehicle using permission application message to a corresponding personal vehicle owner user side in the vehicle using application information according to the permission distribution request sent by the user side; and the cloud vehicle networking system distributes the authority of the personal vehicle user to the UID in the authority distribution request according to the response message returned by the personal vehicle owner user side and the preset distribution rule.
The embodiment is a process of active application by a personal vehicle user, specifically, the personal vehicle user inputs a personal vehicle owner user UID in a UID account number of the personal vehicle user, selects information such as a vehicle (one allowed to be selected) and a vehicle using time in the personal vehicle owner UID, submits a vehicle using application, and after receiving the application information, a cloud vehicle networking system initiates a notification to a user terminal corresponding to the personal vehicle owner UID, and after the personal vehicle owner user agrees to the vehicle using permission application, the cloud vehicle networking system allocates an authorized user permission to the personal vehicle user UID.
In another embodiment, the cloud-end internet of vehicles system allocates the authority of the individual vehicle user to the UID in the authority allocation request according to the preset allocation rule, further including: and the cloud vehicle networking system receives an authorization notice which is sent by the user side of the personal vehicle owner and used for authorizing the UID vehicle in the authority distribution request, and distributes authority of the personal vehicle user to the UID in the authority distribution request.
The embodiment is a process that a personal vehicle owner user actively distributes for the personal vehicle user, specifically, the personal vehicle owner user logs in a UID account number, actively initiates a vehicle use authority authorization process, inputs a UID of the personal vehicle user to be distributed, selects corresponding information such as vehicle information and vehicle use information, then confirms authorization, and sends an authorization notification to a cloud vehicle networking system, so that the cloud vehicle networking system distributes authorization user authority for the personal vehicle user UID.
According to the personalized configuration system for the vehicle, the cloud vehicle networking system sends the permission allocation request according to the user side, the types of the users are determined firstly, then different permissions are allocated to the users of different types, and the property safety of the users is greatly guaranteed while the vehicle using experience of the users is met.
Considering that the personalized configuration set by a user at first needs to be updated at any time according to actual conditions in actual application, in one embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides a personalized configuration system of a vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives an update request sent by the cloud vehicle networking system; the update request is used for indicating that the personalized configuration information corresponding to the UID in the update request is updated; and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal updates the personalized configuration information corresponding to the UID in the update request according to the update request.
Optionally, the vehicle-mounted communication module of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives the personalized configuration information to be updated and the corresponding UID sent by the cloud vehicle networking system, and sends the personalized configuration information to be updated and the corresponding UID to the MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal for storage. Optionally, if the cloud vehicle networking system is not connected with the vehicle-mounted communication module, the cloud vehicle networking system further sends a wake-up notification message to the vehicle-mounted communication module; the awakening notification message is used for awakening the vehicle-mounted communication module so as to establish connection between the cloud vehicle networking system and the vehicle-mounted communication module.
When the cloud vehicle networking system initiates an update request to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, whether the cloud vehicle networking system is connected with the current vehicle-mounted communication module or not is judged, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, if the cloud vehicle networking system is connected with the current vehicle-mounted communication module, the cloud vehicle networking system sends personalized configuration information to be updated and a corresponding UID to the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-mounted communication module, and then the vehicle-mounted communication module sends a message through a vehicle bus or an ethernet after receiving the UID corresponding to the updated personalized configuration information so as to update the MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal; if the cloud vehicle networking system is not connected with the vehicle-mounted communication module, the cloud vehicle networking system sends a wake-up notification message (such as a short message or a ringing) to the vehicle-mounted communication module to wake up the vehicle-mounted communication module and establish communication connection, after the connection is established, the cloud vehicle networking system sends personalized configuration information to be updated and a corresponding UID to the vehicle-mounted communication module, and then the vehicle-mounted communication module sends a message through a vehicle bus or an Ethernet after receiving the UID corresponding to the updated personalized configuration information so as to update the MCU of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal. It can be understood that, after the updated personalized configuration information is stored, the MCU of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal loads the vehicle when the vehicle is powered on next time, so as to ensure the safety of the vehicle driven by the user. The vehicle-mounted communication module is in charge of communication connection between the vehicle and the cloud vehicle networking system, and at least comprises a local bus module and a wireless communication module, so that transmission, authentication and synchronization of vehicle whole vehicle state data, user identity credentials, account information and personalized configuration parameter information between the vehicle end and the cloud vehicle networking system are realized. One side of the intelligent terminal can be connected with the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal through a USB, and the other side of the intelligent terminal is connected with a vehicle bus or an Ethernet. Of course, the vehicle-mounted communication module can also be integrated in the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal synchronizes the updating information sent by the cloud vehicle networking system to the MCU for storage, so that the personalized configuration information of the vehicle can be updated in time, and the vehicle using experience of a user is prevented from being influenced due to untimely updating of the configuration information.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives the update request sent by the cloud-side internet-of-vehicle system, and according to the update request, the personalized configuration information corresponding to the UID in the update request is updated, illustratively, as shown in figure 3, when the user changes the vehicle using authority of the appointed vehicle or the vehicle personalized configuration parameters, the user sends an updating request through the user terminal, wherein the updating request comprises the UID of the user and the configuration information to be updated, after the cloud vehicle networking system receives the updating request, if the cloud vehicle networking system detects that the personalized configuration information preset by the UID exists, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal of the current vehicle initiates an update request comprising the unique user identifier GUID, the corresponding relationship of the user account UID and the personalized configuration parameter information of the vehicle to be updated, for example, if the current UID needs to be added with the vehicle-using authority, the cloud vehicle networking system initiates a new request of a user GUID and a UID to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal; if the current UID is cancelled, the cloud-end internet-of-vehicle system initiates a user GUID and UID list deletion request, a personalized configuration parameter deletion request, and the like to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment. Therefore, after the user carries out personalized configuration on the vehicle, the information can be updated by initiating an update request, and the flexibility of the personalized configuration of the vehicle is greatly improved.
Considering that the vehicle-mounted external device can be classified into a communicable mode and a non-communicable mode, different obtaining modes are adopted when the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal obtains the corresponding UID according to the welcome message, and the different modes for obtaining the corresponding UID by the vehicle-mounted external device are described in detail through several embodiments.
In one embodiment, if the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device, the greeting message includes the UID; the obtaining, by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, the UID corresponding to the external identity credential in the greeting message includes: and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal analyzes the welcome message and acquires the UID.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device, it indicates that the external device is communicable, and may be other communicable external devices, which is not limited in this embodiment. Because the bluetooth device is connected with the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module before sending the greeting request, the user account UID can be obtained in advance, if the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module sends the greeting message including the UID of the user, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal obtains the UID corresponding to the external identity certificate in the greeting message, and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal analyzes the greeting message sent by the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module and directly obtains the UID. Illustratively, the vehicle-end bluetooth module receives the UID sent by the bluetooth device through a bluetooth transmission protocol, and then sends a message carrying the UID through a vehicle bus or an ethernet, and if the vehicle is in a dormant state at this time, the vehicle-end bluetooth module needs to send a network management message through the vehicle bus or the ethernet to wake up the entire vehicle network, and then sends the message carrying the UID. Therefore, when the vehicle external equipment is Bluetooth equipment, the UID of the user can be directly sent out, so that when the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives the welcome message sent by the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module, the UID of the user can be directly analyzed, and the response speed of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is greatly improved.
Optionally, if the vehicle-mounted external device is a non-bluetooth device, and the identity recognition system includes a PEPS module, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal obtains the UID corresponding to the external identity credential in the welcome message, including: the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a message carrying a key ID within a preset time; the message carrying the key ID is a message generated by the PEPS module according to a welcome request sent by the non-Bluetooth device; the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal acquires the UID from a UID and key ID relation table according to the key ID; the UID and key ID relation table is a data table which is stored in the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal in advance and is associated with all UIDs and key IDs. Optionally, in the above embodiment, if the vehicle is in a power-off state, the identity recognition system sends out a network management message through a vehicle bus or an ethernet; and the network management message is used for awakening the whole vehicle network. When the vehicle is in a power-off state, the PEPS module in the identification system needs to wake up the entire vehicle network before sending the welcome message, for example, sending a network management message through a vehicle bus or an ethernet to wake up the entire vehicle network. Therefore, when the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is a communication device or a non-communication device, the corresponding UID is obtained through different modes, and the flexibility is improved while the accuracy of obtaining the corresponding UID by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is improved.
In this embodiment, the vehicle external device is a non-bluetooth device, which indicates that the vehicle external device is a non-communicable device, and may also be another non-communicable device, which is not limited in this embodiment. Under the condition that the vehicle external equipment cannot communicate, a welcome request carrying a self certificate ID is sent, the welcome request is sent through a vehicle bus after being recognized by a corresponding recognition module in a vehicle-mounted recognition system, then the welcome request is received by a PEPS module and a welcome message carrying a key ID is sent, a UID corresponding to an external identity certificate in the welcome message is obtained by a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal can receive the key ID message within preset time, then the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal obtains a corresponding UID from a UID and key ID relation table according to the key ID, wherein the UID and key ID relation table is a data table which is stored in the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal in advance and is associated with all UIDs and key IDs, and if the vehicle is in a power-on state, a user can manually log in the UID at the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, namely, a man-machine interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is matched with a cloud vehicle networking system to finish user account login verification, therefore, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal can directly identify the corresponding UID. It should be noted that, the PEPS module generates a message carrying a key ID according to a guest greeting request carrying the self credential ID sent by the vehicle external device, and it can be understood that the key ID is the self credential ID in the external vehicle device.
For a specific mode that a vehicle-end control system sends a control instruction to each functional module, the embodiment of the application provides a personalized configuration system of a vehicle, and in one embodiment, the vehicle-end control system comprises a first control module and a second control module; the first control module comprises at least one control module which works when the vehicle is not started; the second control module comprises at least one control module which works after the vehicle is started; then, the sending, by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, a message including the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-side control system includes: if the vehicle is in an un-started state, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends the message comprising the corresponding personalized configuration information to the first control module; and if the vehicle is in a starting state, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends the message comprising the corresponding personalized configuration information to the second control module.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-side control system includes a first control module and a second control module, where the first control module includes at least one control module that operates when the vehicle is not started, and the second control module includes at least one control module that operates after the vehicle is started, so that the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends the message including the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-side control system in a manner of sending the message to the modules corresponding to the first control module and the second control module, respectively. For example, after the vehicle is in the OFF gear and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal identifies the corresponding UID, a personalized configuration parameter message corresponding to the control module capable of working in the OFF gear of the vehicle is sent through a vehicle bus or an ethernet, for example, the personalized configuration parameter message is sent to the vehicle body control module, the seat control module and other related control modules, and then each control module executes unlocking and guest greeting actions according to the corresponding personalized configuration parameter. When a user switches the vehicle to an ACC/ON gear, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends out an individualized configuration parameter message which can correspond to the vehicle ACC/ON gear control module through a vehicle bus or an Ethernet, for example, an air conditioner control module, an ADAS module and other related modules, and then after each control module receives the individualized configuration parameter message through the vehicle bus or the Ethernet, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal starts to execute unlocking and guest welcoming actions.
According to the personalized configuration system for the vehicle, the vehicle-end control system can respectively send the control modules working under different conditions, so that each control module can execute unlocking and welcoming actions according to corresponding personalized configuration information.
On the basis of the above embodiments, first, the UID of the user and the vehicle external device are associated, and a specific process of associating the UID and the vehicle external device is described below through several embodiments.
In one embodiment, the present application provides a personalized configuration system for a vehicle, where the vehicle-mounted smart terminal associates the UID with the vehicle external device.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the user UID with the vehicle external device, so that subsequent unlocking and subsequent welcoming actions can be performed according to a welcoming request sent by the vehicle external device. Since the vehicle external device may be a communicable device such as a bluetooth device, or may be a non-communicable device such as a smart car key, a fingerprint ID, a face ID, an NFC card key, or the like, the manner of associating the user UID with the vehicle external device may be performed in two ways.
In one embodiment, if the vehicle external device is a non-bluetooth device; then, the associating, by the vehicle-mounted smart terminal, the UID with the vehicle external device includes: the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives an association request message; the association request message comprises association information between the UID and the non-Bluetooth equipment, which is input by a user on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal; and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID with the non-Bluetooth equipment according to the association request message. Optionally, the identity recognition system comprises a PEPS module; the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID and the non-Bluetooth device according to the association request message, and the association comprises the following steps: the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a message carrying a key ID within a preset time; the message carrying the key ID is a message generated by the PEPS module according to a welcome request sent by the non-Bluetooth device; and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal stores the corresponding relation between the UID and the key ID in an MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and outputs an association state on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal is a non-bluetooth device, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal may associate the UID with the vehicle-mounted external device in a manner that the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a request message of association information between the UID and the non-bluetooth device, which is input by a user on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and then the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID with the non-bluetooth device according to the association request message, specifically, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal may receive a key ID message generated by a PEPS module according to an external identity credential ID sent by the non-bluetooth device within a preset time period of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, store a corresponding relationship between the UID and the key ID in an MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and output an association state on the human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, for example, as shown in fig. 5, output corresponding association operation guidance content on the human-computer interaction interface according to the association request, meanwhile, the human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal inputs corresponding prompts, such as: when the key is intelligent, prompting that a locking button of the remote control key to be associated is pressed; during NFC, prompting to place the card key in the identification area; when the fingerprint is carried out, the finger is prompted to be close to the fingerprint identification area; during face identification, the suggestion asks for seeing the camera, arranges the top of the head and chin in the frame of finding a view, carries out the count down after the suggestion to guarantee that the user can operate at this count down. Then, after a vehicle-end identity recognition system (such as a PEPS module, a fingerprint module, a vehicle-mounted NFC module, a face recognition module and other modules capable of detecting biological characteristic information) recognizes the identity of a user, for example, when an intelligent key is used, the PEPS module recognizes a locking signal; during NFC, the vehicle-mounted NFC module identifies a card, during fingerprint, the fingerprint module identifies fingerprints and the like, corresponding vehicle external equipment identity certificate ID messages are sent out through a vehicle bus or an Ethernet, then the PEPS module outputs messages carrying key IDs through the vehicle bus or the Ethernet after receiving the messages, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives the key ID messages sent out by the PEPS module within a limited time, the corresponding relation between the UID and the key IDs is stored in an MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and the association state is output on a human-computer interaction interface. It should be noted that each user account UID may be bound to one or more types of vehicle external devices at the same time, for example, may be bound to a smart car key, a fingerprint ID, a face ID, an NFC card key, and the like at the same time.
In another embodiment, if the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device; the identity recognition system comprises a vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module; then, the associating, by the vehicle-mounted smart terminal, the UID with the vehicle external device includes: the Bluetooth equipment receives a broadcast data packet periodically sent by the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module; the Bluetooth equipment sends a connection request message to the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module according to the broadcast data packet; the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module authenticates the connection request message and sends an authentication result to the Bluetooth equipment; the authentication result is used for indicating that the UID and the Bluetooth equipment have established communication connection. In one embodiment, the vehicle-mounted smart terminal deactivates the UID and the vehicle external device.
In this embodiment, if the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID with the vehicle external device in a manner that the bluetooth device receives a broadcast data packet periodically sent by the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module, where the broadcast data packet carries the user UID, then the bluetooth device sends a connection request message to the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module according to the broadcast data packet, and after receiving the message, the vehicle-mounted bluetooth module performs authentication and sends an authentication result to the bluetooth device, and after receiving the authentication result, the bluetooth device indicates that the UID and the bluetooth device are associated, and both parties have established communication connection. Therefore, the UID of the user is associated with the vehicle external equipment in a corresponding mode, so that each UID can be associated with a plurality of vehicle external equipment, namely a plurality of external identification certificates are bound, and the convenience and the personalized vehicle using experience of vehicle using are greatly improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a personalized configuration system of a vehicle, and further provides a process that a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal releases a UID of a user and a vehicle external device, and in one embodiment, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal releases the UID and the vehicle external device, including: the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal detects whether the vehicle is in a starting state or not; if so, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a disassociation request message; the disassociation request message is a message which is input by a user on a man-machine interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and disassociates the UID from the vehicle external equipment; the PEPS module of the identity recognition system sends a message for deleting the identity characteristic information corresponding to the UID to other recognition modules in the identity recognition system through a vehicle bus or an Ethernet according to the disassociation request message; the PEPS module receives the message for deleting the identity characteristic information corresponding to the UID, and sends a deletion state message through the vehicle bus or the Ethernet according to the deletion state sent by the other identification modules; and when the MCU of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal analyzes that the deletion state message is successfully deleted, deleting the established corresponding relation between the UID and the key ID, and outputting a disassociation success state on the human-computer interaction interface.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal releases the UID of the user and the vehicle external device only when the vehicle is in the vehicle-started state, and then the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal releases the UID of the user and the vehicle external device, which may be that the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal detects whether the vehicle is in the vehicle-started state, as shown in fig. 6, if so, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a request message for disassociating the UID from the vehicle external device, which is input by the user on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and then a PEPS module of the vehicle-mounted identification system sends a message for deleting the identification feature information (such as a face image, a fingerprint image, and biometric feature information) corresponding to the UID to other identification modules in the identification system through a vehicle bus or an ethernet according to the disassociation request message, and after the identification feature information corresponding to the UID is deleted by the other identification modules in the identification system according to the message, and finally, when the MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal analyzes that the deletion state in the message is successful, deleting the established corresponding relation between the UID and the key ID from the MCU unit, and outputting a disassociation success state on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal. It should be noted that if the deletion fails, the disassociation failure is output on the human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, and the association state is recovered, so that the identity feature information corresponding to the UID carried in the disassociation request and the stored correspondence between the UID and the PID are deleted through the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted identification system according to the disassociation request, thereby greatly improving the flexibility of the binding of the external identity credential of the user, and the previously bound external identity credential information can be deleted when not used any more, thereby ensuring the safety of the vehicle information.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. The personalized configuration system of the vehicle is characterized by comprising a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, a vehicle-mounted identity recognition system and a vehicle end control system;
the identity recognition system sends a welcome message to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal according to a welcome request carrying an external identity certificate and sent by vehicle external equipment; the identity recognition system is used for recognizing external identity certificates sent by various types of vehicle external equipment;
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal acquires a user identity certificate UID corresponding to the external identity certificate in the welcome message;
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal acquires personalized configuration information corresponding to the UID; the personalized configuration information is configuration information acquired from a cloud vehicle networking system in advance;
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends a message carrying the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-end control system;
the vehicle end control system performs welcome operation on the vehicle according to the message carrying the personalized configuration information;
the vehicle end control system comprises a first control module and a second control module; the first control module comprises at least one control module which works when the vehicle is not started; the second control module comprises at least one control module which works after the vehicle is started;
then, the sending, by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, a message including the personalized configuration information to the vehicle-side control system includes:
if the vehicle is in an un-started state, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends a message comprising corresponding personalized configuration information to the first control module;
and if the vehicle is in a starting state, the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal sends the message comprising the corresponding personalized configuration information to the second control module.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud-based vehicle networking system receives a personalized configuration request sent by a user side; the personalized configuration request comprises the UID and personalized configuration information of the user;
the cloud-end Internet of vehicles system stores the corresponding relation between the UID and the personalized configuration information and sends the UID and the personalized configuration information corresponding relation to the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal stores the corresponding relation between the UID and the personalized configuration information.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the cloud-side internet of vehicles system receives the authority allocation request sent by the user side, and allocates the authority for the UID in the authority allocation request.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the permission allocation request further includes vehicle use application information of the user, and the cloud vehicle networking system allocates permission to the UID in the permission allocation request, including:
the cloud vehicle networking system determines the user type according to the UID in the authority allocation request and the vehicle using application information;
and the cloud vehicle networking system distributes authority to the UID in the authority distribution request according to the user type.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the cloud-based vehicle networking system assigns a permission to the UID in the permission assignment request according to the user type, and the assigning comprises:
if the user type is a personal vehicle owner, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes personal vehicle owner permission to the UID in the permission distribution request according to a preset distribution rule;
if the type of the user is a personal vehicle user, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes personal vehicle user permission to the UID in the permission distribution request according to the preset distribution rule;
and if the type of the user is a shared vehicle user, the cloud vehicle networking system distributes a sharing main authority for the UID in the authority distribution request according to the preset distribution rule.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the cloud-based vehicle networking system assigns the authority of the individual vehicle user to the UID in the authority assignment request according to the preset assignment rule, and the method comprises:
the cloud vehicle networking system sends a vehicle using permission application message to a corresponding personal vehicle owner user side in the vehicle using application information according to the permission distribution request sent by the user side;
and the cloud vehicle networking system distributes the authority of the personal vehicle user to the UID in the authority distribution request according to the response message returned by the personal vehicle owner user side and the preset distribution rule.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the cloud-based vehicle networking system assigns a personal vehicle user right to the UID in the right assignment request according to the preset assignment rule, further comprising:
and the cloud vehicle networking system receives an authorization notice which is sent by the user side of the personal vehicle owner and used for authorizing the UID vehicle to use in the authority distribution request, and distributes authority of the personal vehicle user to the UID in the authority distribution request.
8. The system according to claim 1, wherein a vehicle-mounted communication module of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives the personalized configuration information to be updated and the corresponding UID sent by the cloud vehicle networking system, and sends the personalized configuration information to be updated and the corresponding UID to an MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal for storage.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein if the cloud vehicle networking system is not connected with a vehicle-mounted communication module, the cloud vehicle networking system further sends a wake-up notification message to the vehicle-mounted communication module; the awakening notification message is used for awakening the vehicle-mounted communication module so as to establish connection between the cloud vehicle networking system and the vehicle-mounted communication module.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein if the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device, the greeting message includes the UID;
the obtaining, by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal, the UID corresponding to the external identity credential in the greeting message includes:
and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal analyzes the welcome message and acquires the UID.
11. The system of claim 1, wherein the in-vehicle smart terminal associates the UID with the vehicle-external device.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein if the vehicle-external device is a non-bluetooth device;
then, the associating, by the vehicle-mounted smart terminal, the UID with the vehicle external device includes:
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives an association request message; the association request message comprises association information between the UID and the non-Bluetooth equipment, which is input by a user on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID with the non-Bluetooth equipment according to the association request message.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the identification system comprises a PEPS module; the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal associates the UID and the non-Bluetooth device according to the association request message, and the association comprises the following steps:
the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal receives a message carrying a key ID within a preset time; the message carrying the key ID is a message generated by the PEPS module according to the non-Bluetooth device sending a welcome request;
and the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal stores the corresponding relation between the UID and the key ID in an MCU unit of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and outputs an association state on a human-computer interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal.
14. The system of claim 13, wherein if the vehicle external device is a bluetooth device; the identity recognition system comprises a vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module;
then, the associating, by the vehicle-mounted smart terminal, the UID with the vehicle external device includes:
the Bluetooth equipment receives a broadcast data packet periodically sent by the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module;
the Bluetooth equipment sends a connection request message to the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module according to the broadcast data packet;
the vehicle-mounted Bluetooth module authenticates the connection request message and sends an authentication result to the Bluetooth equipment; the authentication result is used for indicating that the UID and the Bluetooth equipment have established communication connection.
