Detailed Description
In addition, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for preventing drunk driving according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S11, detecting the alcohol content in the body of the driver and the fingerprint information of the driver when the vehicle is started;
in particular, the alcohol content in the body of the driver may be detected based on an infrared alcohol detection device, which may analyze the alcohol content under the skin of the driver (more specifically, the alcohol content in the capillaries). Infrared light is first directed at the skin of the driver, similar to a low power flashlight, and then the light enters the skin tissue, some of which is reflected back to the skin surface and collected by the touch pad. The light contains information on the chemical properties of the skin, including alcohol concentration. The device may be mounted in any convenient location for touching, such as a steering wheel, and preferably the device may be mounted in a location where a driver needs to touch to activate the vehicle, such as a one-touch-activated touch area on a vehicle having a one-touch activation function.
Similarly, the device for detecting the fingerprint information of the driver may be installed at the same position as the infrared-based alcohol detection device, for example, a one-key-activated touch area on a vehicle with a one-key-activated function, and when the driver touches the one-key-activated touch area to activate the vehicle, the fingerprint information of the driver and the alcohol content in the body of the driver may be simultaneously detected.
Step S12, detecting the face information of the driver in real time;
specifically, the facial information of the driver can be detected in real time through the face recognition system, that is, the facial information of the driver can be detected when the device for detecting the fingerprint information of the driver and the infrared-based alcohol detection device are used for detection, then the facial information of the driver can be detected all the time after the detection, and certainly, the detection of the facial information can be started after the vehicle door is opened.
In specific use, taking a vehicle with functions of intelligent key starting and one-key starting as an example, when a driver uses the intelligent key to open a vehicle door after drinking, namely the vehicle body controller receives a vehicle door opening signal, the vehicle body controller sends the signal to the gateway, the gateway forwards the signal to the face recognition system, and the face recognition system is started to start cab shooting work (or only preparation can be carried out at the moment, and face recognition is carried out when a device for detecting the fingerprint information of the driver and an infrared-based alcohol detection device detect a user). When the driver first depresses the clutch/brake pedal, the Passive Entry Passive Start (PEPS) system immediately begins to search for keys. When the user presses the one-key start button and the PEPS finds the intelligent key in the vehicle, the device for detecting the fingerprint information of the driver and the infrared-based alcohol detection device which are started by one key detect the user at the same time.
If the vehicle does not have the smart key start and one-key start functions, the face recognition system can also perform face recognition to detect facial information when the door is open, or detect facial information while the driver touches a location that detects the fingerprint and the alcohol content in the body (this location can be at any convenient location for touching as described above).
And step S13, controlling to prohibit the starting of the vehicle engine when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be larger than the preset content threshold value and/or the fingerprint information of the driver is not matched with the facial information of the driver.
Specifically, in order to avoid finding out that a driver is not drinking after drinking, the driver starts the vehicle and drives the vehicle, the face recognition system can compare the face information detected in real time with the fingerprint of a person when the vehicle is started, when the face information collected in real time is confirmed to be matched with the fingerprint of the person when the vehicle is started (namely the person who starts the vehicle is the same as the person who starts the vehicle), the face recognition system can send a signal for turning OFF the engine to the gateway when the face information collected in real time is found to be not matched with the fingerprint of the person when the vehicle is started (including the condition that the fingerprint is not detected by the touch of wearing gloves), the gateway forwards the signal, the PEPS switches the system power supply from ON to OFF after receiving the signal, and the EMS switches the engine from ON (Engine run) to OFF (Engine OFF) state.
In which the matching information of the face information and the fingerprint described above can be entered in advance.
For example, when a person first enters a vehicle, the face recognition system collects facial information, and if an entry of fingerprint information is received within a certain time (e.g., 20 seconds), the two are bound and stored. And if the input of the fingerprint information is not received within a certain time, discarding the facial information acquired when the personnel just enter the vehicle, and acquiring the facial information while receiving the input of the fingerprint information and binding.
Or, when the vehicle is started for the first time, fingerprint information of the driver is collected (the fingerprint collecting device can be arranged in a touch area started by one key or on a vehicle key), and simultaneously the facial information of the driver is collected and bound and stored. In order to prevent the cheating behavior that a passenger starts the vehicle, the passenger can use the weight sensor installed below the passenger seat to detect the weight of the passenger seat when the vehicle is started for the first time, when the weight of the passenger seat is smaller than or equal to the preset weight, the fingerprint information and the facial information of the driver are obtained and bound and stored, and if the weight of the passenger seat is larger than the preset weight, the driver needs to be reminded to restart the vehicle.
With the solution of the present embodiment, the vehicle will not be able to start with gloves. Further, even if the vehicle is started by a person who has not drunk the vehicle at the time of starting the vehicle, as long as the driver who has drunk returns to the driving seat, the engine start is prohibited because the face information detected by the face recognition system does not match the fingerprint at the time of starting the vehicle.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for preventing drunk driving according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S21, detecting the alcohol content in the body of the driver and the fingerprint information of the driver when the vehicle is started;
step S22, detecting the face information of the driver in real time;
specifically, the embodiments of steps S21-S22 are similar to the above, and are not repeated here.
And step S23, when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be larger than a preset content threshold value, the facial information of the driver shows that the driver drunk driving, and/or the fingerprint information of the driver is not matched with the facial information of the driver, controlling to prohibit the starting of the vehicle engine.
Specifically, in addition to preventing the driver from finding a non-drunk passenger to start the vehicle itself and then drive the vehicle by judging whether the fingerprint information of the driver matches the facial information of the driver as described above, this embodiment can also prevent the driver from finding a non-drunk passenger to start the vehicle itself and then drive the vehicle by judging whether the facial information of the driver indicates that the driver drives with alcohol. Based on this, the face information of the driver in the present embodiment may further include: current conjunctiva information and/or current eye opening information. The face information indicating drunk driving by the driver is: the current eyeball conjunctiva information is current eyeball congestion and/or the current eye opening information is that the current eye opening is smaller than a preset opening threshold value.
The face recognition System can detect the conjunctiva information and/or the current eye opening information in real time, when it is recognized that the conjunctiva is hyperemic and/or the eye opening is smaller than a preset opening threshold (for example, 80% of the eye opening of the face of the person stored in the database), the face recognition System sends a signal for turning OFF the engine to the gateway, the gateway forwards the signal, the PEPS receives the signal and then switches the System power supply from ON to OFF, and an Engine Management System (EMS) switches the engine from ON (engine run) to OFF (engine OFF).
With the arrangement of the present embodiment, even if the vehicle is started by a person who has not drunk, the engine start is prohibited due to the face information detected by the face recognition system as long as the driver who has drunk returns to the driving position.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for preventing drunk driving according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step S31, detecting the alcohol content in the body of the driver and the fingerprint information of the driver when the vehicle is started;
step S32, detecting the face information of the driver in real time;
step S33, judging whether the alcohol content in the body of the driver is less than or equal to a preset threshold value;
step S34, when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be less than or equal to a preset threshold value, judging whether the facial information of the driver indicates that the driver does not drive drunk;
step S35, when it is determined that the facial information of the driver indicates that the driver is not drunk, determining whether the fingerprint information of the driver matches the facial information of the driver;
specifically, the embodiments of steps S31-S35 are similar to the above, and are not repeated here. It should be noted that, this embodiment provides a specific method for preventing drunk driving, in which it is determined in sequence whether the alcohol content in the body of the driver is less than or equal to a preset threshold, whether the facial information of the driver indicates that the driver is not drunk driving, and whether the fingerprint information of the driver matches the facial information of the driver, but it is understood that the determination sequence may also be changed, for example, it is sufficient to determine whether the alcohol content in the body of the driver is less than or equal to the preset threshold, then determine whether the fingerprint information of the driver matches the facial information of the driver, and finally determine whether the facial information of the driver indicates that the driver is not drunk driving, which is not limited by the present invention.
Step S36, when it is judged that the fingerprint information of the driver matches the facial information of the driver, controlling to allow the engine of the vehicle to start;
specifically, the relevant process for controlling the vehicle engine to start may be that the PEPS controls an Electronic Steering Column Lock (ESCL) to unlock and control the IGN1 relay to close. The EMS is awakened, and after the initialization of the EMS is completed, the anti-theft authentication of the engine is initiated. After the authentication is successful, the PEPS sends a start request signal to the EMS and simultaneously turns off the ACC and IGN2 relays. And after the EMS receives the starting request signal, controlling the START relay to pull in. The starter starts to operate and the EMS controls the engine to inject fuel, thereby starting the engine. When the engine starts to run normally, the EMS sends a successful start-up message to the PEPS, the PEPS turns on the ACC and the IGN2 again (the IGN1 relay is always on during start-up), and the system power mode is switched to ON (Engine run). If the EMS fails to control the engine to start, the EMS sends information of the failed start to the PEPS, the PEPS sets time limit in the process of switching the system power supply to ON (engine off) start, namely if the PEPS does not receive a signal which is sent back by the EMS to judge whether the engine starts successfully or not within the limited time, the PEPS switches the system power supply mode to ON (engine off).
And step S37, when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be larger than a preset content threshold value, the facial information of the driver shows that the driver drunk driving, and/or the fingerprint information of the driver is not matched with the facial information of the driver, controlling to prohibit the starting of the vehicle engine.
Specifically, the embodiment of step S37 is similar to the above, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a device for preventing drunk driving according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: the system comprises a detection unit 1 and a control unit 2, wherein the detection unit 1 is used for detecting the alcohol content in the body of a driver and the fingerprint information of the driver when the vehicle is started and detecting the facial information of the driver in real time; and the control unit 2 is used for controlling the start of the vehicle engine to be forbidden when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be larger than a preset content threshold value and/or the fingerprint information of the driver is not matched with the facial information of the driver.
Further, after detecting the face information of the driver in real time, the control unit 2 is further configured to: and when the facial information of the driver is judged to indicate that the driver drives drunk, controlling to prohibit the starting of the vehicle engine.
Further, the face information of the driver includes: current eye conjunctiva information and/or current eye opening information; and information of facial features representing the identity of the driver.
Further, when the vehicle has a one-key start function, the alcohol content in the body of the driver and the fingerprint information of the driver are detected when the finger of the driver touches the touch area of the one-key start.
Further, when the vehicle is started for the first time, the detection unit is further used for detecting the weight on the passenger seat; the control unit is further configured to: when the weight on the passenger seat is less than or equal to the preset weight, acquiring fingerprint information and face information of a driver; and binding and storing the acquired fingerprint information and the acquired face information of the driver.
The embodiment of the drunk driving prevention device is similar to the embodiment of the drunk driving prevention method, and is not described herein again.
Firstly, detecting the alcohol content in the body of a driver and fingerprint information of the driver when the vehicle is started, and not starting an engine when the alcohol content in the body of the driver is judged to be greater than a preset content threshold value; and detecting facial information of the driver in real time; control prohibits a vehicle engine from starting when the driver's fingerprint information does not match the driver's facial information. The driver drunk driving assisting judgment method has the advantages that the face information is used for drunk driving assisting judgment, meanwhile, fingerprints are matched with the face information, the condition that the driver is not drunk driving due to the fact that the driver is touched by wearing gloves or starts a vehicle after changing people when drunk driving is avoided, whether the driver is drunk driving can be accurately detected, and driving safety is guaranteed.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
