The tooling equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the middle positioning mechanism comprises two groups of fixed stop seats, two groups of screw type pressing devices, two groups of rotatable lifting pressing devices and a pair of fixed shape and position supporting seats, and the fixed shape and position supporting seats are positioned below the middle position of the side beam and are fixed on the assembling platform through connecting bolts; the middle position of the front side of the side beam is positioned and clamped by two groups of fixed stop seats, and the fixed stop seats are fixed on the assembly platform through connecting bolts; the two groups of screw type pressing devices are positioned at the rear side of the side beam and opposite to the two groups of fixed stop seats; two groups of rotatable lifting pressing devices are diagonally fixed on the assembly platforms on the front side and the rear side of the side beam respectively to press the upper part of the side beam.

The tooling equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the end positioning mechanism comprises three groups of screw type compression devices, two groups of lifting type position supporting seats, a group of fixed stop seats, a group of rotatable lifting compression devices and a positioning base fixed on the assembling platform, and the two groups of screw type compression devices are fixed on the positioning base through connecting bolts to fix the end parts of the front and rear side vertical plates of the side beam; the two groups of lifting type shape and position supporting seats are respectively positioned below the end parts of the front and rear side vertical plates of the side beam, are fixed on the positioning base by connecting bolts and bear the end parts of the side beam; the group of fixed stop seats tightly presses the rear side vertical plate of the side beam, the group of screw type pressing devices tightly presses the front side vertical plate of the side beam, and the positions of the fixed stop seats are over against the positions of the screw type pressing devices; the rotatable lifting pressing device is fixed on the positioning base through a connecting bolt and presses the end part of the side beam tightly.
8. The tooling equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the fixed shape and position supporting seat and the lifting shape and position supporting seat form a lower side assembling reference surface of the side beam.
9. The tooling equipment as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the screw type pressing device and the rotatable lifting pressing device both adopt hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder structures.
10. The tooling apparatus of claim 1, wherein: and the fixed base, the positioning plate and the supporting arm in the side beam baffle positioning seat are fixedly connected to form an integrated structure.
