The invention discloses an elastic steel surface treatment device and a treatment method thereof, wherein the elastic steel surface treatment device comprises an acid washing bin and a cleaning bin, a transition bin is arranged between the acid washing bin and the cleaning bin, and the elastic steel surface treatment device comprises the following steps in sequence: s1: the elastic steel to be processed is flatly laid on the feeding conveyor, and then the elastic steel is sent to the first conveying structure through the feeding conveyor; s2: starting a driving device of the first conveying structure, wherein the driving device drives the rotating wheel to rotate so as to drive the conveying belt to convey the elastic steel in the step; s3: the elastic steel transports the conveying structure in the transition bin to the cleaning bin; s4: and the elastic steel is conveyed to the second conveying structure, and the rotating shaft drives the steel wire to rotate so as to clean the surface of the elastic steel. The ultra-long steel pipes are mainly used for aerospace pipes, nuclear power pipes, high-speed rail ultra-long pipes and the like, each length of the steel pipes is 30-50m or more, full length is required to be free of defects to avoid or reduce welding, machining precision is high, the ultra-long pipes are usually welded or specially manufactured by special high requirements, and manufacturing cost is high and price is high. The present invention is directed to an apparatus and a method for treating a surface of an elastic steel, which solve the above problems of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an elastic steel surface treatment device comprises an acid washing bin and a cleaning bin, wherein a transition bin is arranged between the acid washing bin and the cleaning bin;
an inclined first conveying structure is arranged in the pickling bin, the first conveying structure is set to be low in input end and high in output end, the first conveying structure comprises two rotating wheels, and conveying belts are sleeved on the surfaces of the two rotating wheels;
a second conveying structure is horizontally arranged in the cleaning bin, the cleaning structures are uniformly distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the second conveying structure, and each cleaning structure comprises a rotating shaft fixedly connected with an output shaft of an external driving device and a steel wire arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft;
and a conveying structure is arranged in the transition bin.
Preferably, the surface of conveyer belt is provided with bellied dog, and is spacing in the process of carrying the elastic steel, convenient transportation.
The preferable of any above scheme is that the both ends of dog are provided with the mounting hole, and the diameter of mounting hole and the diameter of conveyer belt surface round hole match, and pass mounting hole and round hole through the bolt with dog and conveyer belt fixed connection.
Preferably, in any scheme, two ends of the conveying structure in the transition bin are respectively connected with the output end of the first conveying structure in the pickling bin and the input end of the second conveying structure in the cleaning bin.
In order to solve the problems, the invention also provides an elastic steel surface treatment method, which comprises the following steps in sequence:
s1: laying the elastic steel to be treated on a feeding conveyor, driving the feeding conveyor through a conveying motor to send the elastic steel to a first conveying structure of the pickling bin, and standing for 5-15 min in the pickling bin;
s2: starting a driving device of the first conveying structure, wherein the driving device drives the rotating wheel to rotate so as to drive the conveying belt to convey the elastic steel in the step;
s3: the elastic steel transports the conveying structure in the transition bin to the cleaning bin;

a second conveying structure 5 is horizontally arranged in the cleaning bin 2, cleaning structures 6 are arranged in the cleaning bin 2, the cleaning structures 6 are uniformly distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the second conveying structure 5, and each cleaning structure 6 comprises a rotating shaft 61 fixedly connected with an output shaft of an external driving device and a steel wire 62 arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 61;
the transition bin 3 is internally provided with a conveying structure.
In one embodiment, the surface of the conveying belt 42 is provided with a raised stopper 43 for limiting the conveying process of the elastic steel, so that the conveying is convenient.
By adopting the above embodiment, the stopper 43 is convenient to be disposed on the elastic steel with a cylindrical structure, and the applicability of use is improved.
In one embodiment, the two ends of the block 43 are provided with mounting holes, the diameters of the mounting holes are matched with the diameters of the round holes on the surface of the conveying belt 42, and the block 43 is fixedly connected with the conveying belt 42 through bolts penetrating through the mounting holes and the round holes.

In one embodiment, two ends of the conveying structure in the transition bin 3 are respectively connected with the output end of the first conveying structure 4 in the pickling bin 1 and the input end of the second conveying structure 5 in the cleaning bin 2.

s1: laying the elastic steel to be treated on a feeding conveyor, driving the feeding conveyor through a conveying motor to send the elastic steel to a first conveying structure 4 of the pickling bin 1, and standing for 5-15 min in the pickling bin 1;
s2: starting a driving device of the first conveying structure 4, wherein the driving device drives the rotating wheel 41 to rotate, so as to drive the conveying belt 42 to convey the elastic steel in the step;
s3: the elastic steel is transported to the cleaning bin 2 through a conveying structure in the transition bin 3;
s4: the elastic steel is conveyed to the second conveying structure 5, the driving motor of the cleaning structure 6 is started in the conveying process, and the rotating shaft 61 drives the steel wire 62 to rotate to clean the surface of the elastic steel, so that the surface treatment effect of the elastic steel is achieved.
