Abstract
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,本发明公开了一种含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡及其制备方法。该洗手泡泡包括以下成分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚季铵盐‑7、甘油聚醚‑26、PEG‑7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物和去离子水;所述植物提取组合物是将原料粉碎混合均匀后加入95%乙醇浸提,将静置后过滤液进行浓缩制得;原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参5~50%、黄连2~40%、黄柏0~30%、蛇床子2~25%、花椒0~20%、紫花地丁5~25%、艾叶5~20%、苯扎氯铵0~5%。该氨基酸抑菌泡泡不含酒精,泡沫丰富且对皮肤刺激作用小,安全无毒,具有抑菌和保湿双重功效。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种含有植物提取组合物的氨 基酸抑菌洗手泡泡及其制备方法。
背景技术
根据凯度消费者指数数据显示,在2019年,侧重个人卫生的湿巾产品销售 额增长达9.6%,比快速消费品整体增长高出4.3个百分点。目前日化市场中各种 消杀类用品除酒精类型外,大部分产品使用的抑菌成分为卤素类防腐剂、甲醛释 放类防腐剂,酸性防腐剂等类型。随着科技水平的发展,人们发现传统防腐剂往 往存在副作用大和刺激性强等问题,比如三氯生可能会致癌,欧盟新规中,将三 氯生从法规No1223/2009附录C中删除,并限制其作为化妆品防腐剂使用。羟 基苯甲酸甲酯类会导致接触性皮炎、典丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯由于其中碘含量比较 高,法规对其限制越来越严格,特别是婴幼儿产品方面等。同时随着生活水平的 日益提高,消费者对于皮肤的保养也越来越重视,对日化产品中防腐剂的安全性 要求也越来越高。因此,开发安全高效的防腐替代体系和植物来源的防腐剂成为 该领域的一个新兴热点。中国专利CN 101559035A公开了一种用于杀灭真菌的 植物提取复配物的制备及其在抗真菌产品中的应用,该提取物包括以下成分的一 种或一种以上:苦参碱提取物、黄芩苷提取物、盐酸小檗碱、鹤草酚提取物、咖 啡酸提取物、积雪草苷提取物。该申请的缺点在于提取复配物主要用于抑制真菌, 不能实现对细菌和真菌的广谱抑菌作用。中国专利CN 1029310B公开一种中药 洗手液的制备方法,该洗手液主要包括以下成分,十二烷基硫酸钠、椰子油酰二 乙醇胺、羟乙基纤维素、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、天然冰片、柠檬酸、苯甲酸 钠、香精、千里光和迷迭香提取物,该洗手液有良好的消毒杀菌作用,但成分中 的椰子油酰二乙醇胺和十二烷基硫酸钠对皮肤有刺激性,不适合长期使用。而植 物来源,绿色安全的成分也越来越被消费者认可,因此,开发一种具有具有抑菌 保湿的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡具有良好的应用和市场前景。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种 含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡。该抑菌洗手泡泡具有保湿抑菌,泡 沫丰富且无刺激的特点。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡 泡的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,所述氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 包括以下成分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚季 铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物和去离子水;所 述植物提取组合物是将中药原料粉碎至40~160目,混合均匀后加入95%乙醇在 80~120℃进行浸提,将静置后过滤液在45~65℃下进行浓缩制得,所述植物提取 组合物的浓度为1~2.5g/ml;所述原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参5~50%、黄连 2~40%、黄柏0~30%、蛇床子2~25%、花椒0~20%、紫花地丁5~25%、艾叶 5~20%、苯扎氯铵0~5%。
优选地,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚 季铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物的质量比为(2~15): (5~25):(5~20):(0.1~1):(3~10):(0.5~2):(1~10)。
更为优选地,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、 聚季铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物的质量比为 8:14:10:0.5:6:1:5。
优选地,所述中药原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参20%、黄连22%、黄柏 13%、蛇床子12%、花椒5%、紫花地丁15%、艾叶10%、苯扎氯铵3%。
优选地,所述原料和乙醇的体积比为1:(5~20);
优选地,所述浸提的时间为1~4h。
所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的制备方法工艺,包括如 下具体步骤:
S1.将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠加入到去离 子水中混合均匀,制得A溶液;
S2.将聚季铵盐-7和去离子水预混均匀后加入A溶液中,制得B溶液;
S3.将甘油聚醚-26和植物提取组合物加入B溶液中,混合均匀后加入PEG-7 甘油椰油酸酯进行搅拌,制得含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡。
优选地,步骤S3中所述搅拌的速率为400~1000rpm,所述搅拌的时间5~10min。
所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡在抑菌领域中的应用。
优选地,所述抑菌的菌种为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白 色念球菌或绿脓假单胞菌中的一种以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明以植物提取组合物为抑菌剂制备的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡解决了含 有乙醇以及传统合成抑菌防腐剂的副作用大和刺激性强等问题。洗手泡泡的配方 中添加了椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾和月桂酰谷氨酸钠,使得产品的 pH更接近人体的pH,减少皮肤刺激性和敏感性,同时提供丰富的泡沫体验。甘 油聚醚-26可以提供长效的保湿功效。
2.本发明的植物提取组合物不仅可以提供广谱的抑菌功效,同时还可以提 供一些附加功效:如苦参具有清热祛湿;黄连具有消炎、抗过敏和清热燥湿;黄 柏具有清热解毒,祛风除湿,消炎杀菌;蛇床子具有燥湿祛风、杀虫止痒;紫花 地丁具有清热解毒,散瘀止血;艾叶主具有除湿止痒、祛风疗疮。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的内容,但不应理解为对本发明的限 制。若未特别指明,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手 段。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方 法和设备。
实施例1
按配方准备各原料,将苦参10%、黄连20%、黄柏10%、蛇床子18%、花 椒12%、紫花地丁10%、艾叶12%、苯扎氯铵4%各原料粉碎至100目,混合均 匀后添加原料成分10倍的95%乙醇进行浸提,浸提温度110℃,提取时间2h, 静置后过滤药液,60℃下进行浓缩至1~2.5g/ml,制得植物提取组合物。
实施例2
本实施例所述植物提取组合物的原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参20%、黄连22%、黄柏13%、蛇床子12%、花椒5%、紫花地丁15%、艾叶10%、苯扎氯 铵(植物来源葡萄柚籽)3%。
实施例3
所述植物提取组合物的原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参25%、黄连10%、 黄柏17%、蛇床子15%、花椒8%、紫花地丁5%、艾叶15%、苯扎氯铵(植物 来源葡萄柚籽)5%。

实施例4氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的制备
以实施例2制备的植物提取组合物作为制备氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的添加物, 表2为实施例4-9的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的配方。
1.将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠加入到去离 子水中混合均匀,制得A溶液;
2.将聚季铵盐-7和去离子水预混均匀后加入A溶液中,制得B溶液;
3.将甘油聚醚-26和实施例2制得的植物提取组合物加入B溶液中,混合均 匀后加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯进行搅拌,搅拌速度为600rpm,搅拌时间10min, 制得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡。
所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12份、椰油酰 甘氨酸钾15份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠5份、聚季铵盐-70.8份、甘油聚醚-264份、 PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.5份、植物提取组合物(实施例2)1份和去离子水61.7 份。
实施例5
本实施例氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的组成如表2所示。所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾14份、月桂酰谷氨酸 钠10份、聚季铵盐-70.5份、甘油聚醚-266份、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1份、植 物提取组合物(实施例2)5份和去离子水55.5份。
实施例6
本实施例氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的组成如表2所示。所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾16份、月桂酰谷氨酸 钠13份、聚季铵盐-71份、甘油聚醚-2610份、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1.5份、植 物提取组合物(实施例2)7份和去离子水46.5份。
实施例7
本实施例氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的组成如表2所示。所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾13份、月桂酰谷氨酸 钠9份、聚季铵盐-70.1份、甘油聚醚-265份、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2份、植物 提取组合物(实施例2)10份和去离子水50.9份。
实施例8
本实施例氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的组成如表2所示。所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾8份、月桂酰谷氨酸钠 15份、聚季铵盐-70.7份、甘油聚醚-268份、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1.2份、植物 提取组合物(实施例2)4份和去离子水54.1份。
实施例9
本实施例氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的组成如表2所示。所得氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡 的成分包括:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12份、椰油酰甘氨酸钾10份、月桂酰谷氨酸 钠10份、聚季铵盐-70.4份、甘油聚醚-263份、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1.5份、 植物提取组合物(实施例2)8份和去离子水55.1份。
表2为实施例4-9的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的配方
参考15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C的杀菌方法进行 测试,对抑菌洗手液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白色念球菌 和绿脓假单胞菌的杀菌作用进行测试,计算杀菌率(%)。杀菌率≥90%,表明杀菌 产品有效果。
含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的抑菌能力的测试方法:
(1)将标准菌种放入恒温培养箱中,37℃下培养18h进行菌种活化;
(2)将标准菌种接种至相应的培养基的培养皿中,每个培养皿中接种一环, 37℃下培养24h;
(3)取0.1g植物提取组合物,以无菌水溶解配制成0.01%水溶液,按测试菌 种分为3组,吸取10mL加入各个1号试管,然后从1号管吸取5mL加入2号 管,依次对倍吸取加入下一试管,直至7号管,将2-6号试管各加无菌水5mL;
(4)用接种环取标准菌液一环加入各管,37℃下培养24h观察,计算杀菌率 (%),实施例4-9的洗手液对各细菌及真菌的抑制效果如表3所示。

表3为实施例4-9的洗手液对各细菌及真菌的抑制效果。由此可见,该氨基 酸抑菌洗手泡泡可以抑制多种细菌和真菌,尤其是对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果 更佳。
含有抑菌植物提取组合物的抑菌洗手泡泡的刺激性测试:参考《化妆品卫生 规范》(2007年版)皮肤刺激性方法进行测试,对皮肤反应进行评分。当评分低于 0.5时,表示对皮肤无刺激,实施例4-6对应的评分分别为0.27、0.25、0.34、0.32、 0.29和0.30,结果表明对皮肤均无刺激性。
使用体验:通过志愿者对实施例4-9的样品进行试用,填写试用报告并客观 评价使用使的泡沫丰富度、清洁能力、保湿性和刺激性进行评价。每一实施例均 选取20名志愿者(其中20-29岁5人、30-39岁5人、40-49岁5人、50-59岁5 人)作为试用对象。每天使用样品两次,连续使用一个月,试用后对样品进行评 分,总分10分,10分表示非常满意,7-9分表示相对比较满意,7分以下比表示 不可以接受的范围,试用结果评分如表4所示,从表中数据可以看出实施例4- 实施例9的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡在实现较好的清洁力和泡沫丰富度的同时可以 降低刺激性,并且提供一定的保湿性能,可以解决含有乙醇以及传统合成抑菌防腐剂的洗手液存在副作用大和刺激性强等问题。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡包括以下成分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物和去离子水;所述植物提取组合物是将原料粉碎至40~160目,混合均匀后加入95%乙醇在80~120℃进行浸提,将静置后过滤液在45~65℃下进行浓缩制得,所述植物提取组合物的浓度为1~2.5g/ml;所述原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参5~50%、黄连2~40%、黄柏0~30%、蛇床子2~25%、花椒0~20%、紫花地丁5~25%、艾叶5~20%、苯扎氯铵0~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物的质量比为(2~15):(5~25):(5~20):(0.1~1):(3~10):(0.5~2):(1~10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、聚季铵盐-7、甘油聚醚-26、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、植物提取组合物的质量比为8:14:10:0.5:6:1:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述原料按重量百分比计包括:苦参20%、黄连22%、黄柏13%、蛇床子12%、花椒5%、紫花地丁15%、艾叶10%、苯扎氯铵3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述原料和乙醇的体积比为1:(5~20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡,其特征在于,所述浸提的时间为1~4h。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的制备方法工艺,其特征在于,包括如下具体步骤:
S1.将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂酰谷氨酸钠加入到去离子水中混合均匀,制得A溶液;
S2.将聚季铵盐-7和去离子水预混均匀后加入A溶液中,制得B溶液;
S3.将甘油聚醚-26和植物提取组合物加入B溶液中,混合均匀后加入PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯进行搅拌,制得含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述搅拌的速率为400~1000rpm,所述搅拌的时间5~10min。
9.权利要求1-6任一项所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡在抑菌领域中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含有植物提取组合物的氨基酸抑菌洗手泡泡在抑菌领域中的应用,其特征在于,所述抑菌的菌种为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白色念球菌或绿脓假单胞菌中的一种以上。
