when the first device body 10 is rotated to a first position relative to the second device body 20, the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 are communicated, and the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 form a sound cavity of the first sounding part 102; when the first device body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second device body 20, the first sound chamber 101 is hermetically disposed and forms a sound chamber of the first sounding part 102.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may be a smart phone, a wearable device, or a PAD, and taking the smart phone as an example, the electronic device may be a folding screen mobile phone, and the first device body 10 and the second device body 20 may be understood as two different folding portions of a folding screen, for example, the first device body 10 has a first folding screen, and the second device body 20 is provided with a second folding screen.
The above-mentioned rotating connection mode between the first device body 10 and the second device body 20 can be set according to actual conditions, for example, in an embodiment, the rotating connection mode can be realized by setting a rotating shaft. The relative rotation angle between the first apparatus body 10 and the second apparatus body 20 may be set to 180 °. As shown in fig. 1, when the first apparatus body 10 is fully unfolded with respect to the second apparatus body 20, the first apparatus body 10 and the second apparatus body 20 are arranged side by side; as shown in fig. 2, when the first apparatus body 10 is completely folded with respect to the second apparatus body 20 (i.e., the above-described first position), the first apparatus body 10 and the second apparatus body 20 are arranged in a stacked manner. In this case, the first device body 10 and the second device body 20 may be partially or completely distributed relatively.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the first position, the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 are communicated to form a sound cavity with a large space, and the volume of the sound cavity of the first sound emitting component 102 is increased, so that the loudness and the sound quality can be improved, and the sound playing effect of the electronic device can be further improved.
It is understood that the first sound-emitting component 102 may be a speaker or a receiver, and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the first sound emitting component 102 may be fixed in the first sound cavity 101. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a bracket adapted to the first sound emitting part 102 may be provided, and the bracket may be fixed in the first sound cavity 101 by a screw or a snap. Further, the bottom of the first sound cavity 101 can be provided with a mounting groove matched with the support, the support can be arranged in the mounting groove, and the support can be pre-positioned when the support is mounted due to the mounting groove, so that the mounting stability of the first sound-emitting component 102 can be improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the first device main body 10 is provided with the first sound cavity 101, and the first sound cavity 101 is internally provided with the first sound-emitting component 102; a second sound cavity 201 is arranged on the second device main body 20; when the first device body 10 is rotated to a first position relative to the second device body 20, the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 are communicated, and the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 form a sound cavity of the first sounding part 102; when the first device body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second device body 20, the first sound chamber 101 is hermetically disposed and forms a sound chamber of the first sounding part 102. The volume of the sound cavity of the first sound generating component 102 can be increased when in the first position, so that the sound playing effect of the electronic device can be improved.
Optionally, in an embodiment, a first surface of the first device main body 10 is provided with a first opening communicated with the first sound cavity 101, and a second surface of the second device main body 20 is provided with a second opening communicated with the second sound cavity 201; the first device main body 10 is further provided with a first cover plate 103, and the first cover plate 103 is arranged corresponding to the first opening;
when the first device body 10 is rotated to a first position relative to the second device body 20, the first surface of the first device body 10 is at least partially opposite to the second surface of the second device body 20, and the first cover plate 103 at least partially avoids the first opening;
when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second apparatus body 20, the first cover plate 103 seals the first opening.
The first cover 103 may be disposed on the first surface of the first main body 10, or may be disposed in the first opening, and slidably connected to the first main body 10 to seal or avoid the first opening. Avoiding the first opening may be understood as that the first acoustic chamber 101 may communicate with the outside through the first opening, for example, may communicate with the second acoustic chamber 201.
In this embodiment, the shapes of the first opening and the second opening may be set according to actual needs, and as shown in fig. 2, the first opening and the second opening are both rectangular. When the first device body 10 is rotated to the first position relative to the second device body 20, the first cover 103 may partially or completely avoid the first opening, so that the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 may communicate with each other through the first opening and the second opening. It should be understood that the first opening and the second opening may be the same size or different sizes. The first opening and the second opening may partially or completely coincide when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the first position with respect to the second apparatus body 20.
Since the first cover plate 103 is provided on the first apparatus body 10, the state of the first opening is changed, so that the first opening can be sealed by the first cover plate 103 when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second apparatus body 20. The function of independent use of the first sound cavity 101 is realized to adapt to the use scenes of the first device main body 10 and the second device main body 20 in different folded states, and the flexibility of use of the sound cavity is improved.
Further, in an embodiment, a driving component may also be arranged to drive the first cover plate 103 to move, so as to improve the intelligence degree of the electronic device. For example, a first driving assembly is disposed in the first apparatus main body 10, the first driving assembly is connected to the first cover plate 103, and the first driving assembly is configured to drive the first cover plate 103 to move.
In this embodiment, the driving control manner of the first driving assembly for the first cover plate 103 may be set according to actual needs, for example, in an embodiment, a physical switch button may be set on the electronic device, and the first driving assembly is manually controlled by the switch button to drive the first cover plate 103 to move.
In another embodiment, a virtual operation control can be set on the operation interface for control.
In yet another embodiment, the position of the movement of the first cover 103 may be automatically controlled according to the folding state (e.g., folding angle) of the first apparatus body 10 and the second apparatus body 20, for example, a hall element may be provided to detect the folding angle of the first apparatus body 10 relative to the second apparatus body 20, and when the folding angle satisfies a preset condition, it may be determined that the first cover 103 may be driven by the first driving assembly to move when the first apparatus body 10 rotates to the first position relative to the second apparatus body 20, so that the first cover 103 at least partially escapes from the first opening; when the folding angle does not satisfy the preset condition, it may be determined that the movement of the first cover plate 103 may be driven by the first driving assembly when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second apparatus body 20 such that the first cover plate 103 seals the first opening.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, a second cover plate 202 is further disposed on the second device main body 20, and the second cover plate 202 is disposed corresponding to the second opening;
when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the first position relative to the second apparatus body 20, the second cover plate 202 at least partially escapes from the second opening;
when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second apparatus body 20, the second cover plate 202 seals the second opening.
In this embodiment, the structure of the second cover plate 202 may be the same as that of the first cover plate 103, and in order to improve the intelligence degree of the electronic device, a driving component may be provided to drive the second cover plate 202 to move, for example, a second driving assembly is provided in the second device main body 20, the second driving assembly is connected to the second cover plate 202, and the second driving assembly is used to drive the second cover plate 202 to move.
It should be understood that the driving control manner of the second driving assembly for the second cover plate 202 may be the same as the driving control manner of the first driving assembly for the first cover plate 103, and specific reference may be made to the description of the driving control manner of the first driving assembly for the first cover plate 103, which is not described herein again. In this embodiment, due to the second cover plate 202, when the first device body 10 rotates to the second position relative to the second device body 20, the second opening is sealed, so that the second opening is prevented from contacting with the outside, and the safety of the second sound cavity is improved.
Further, in an embodiment, a second sound emitting component 203 is disposed in the second sound cavity 201.
In this embodiment, the second sound emission part 203 may be the same as or different from the first sound emission part 102. For example, both the second sound emitting unit 203 and the first sound emitting unit 102 may be provided as a speaker or a receiver, and one of the second sound emitting unit 203 and the first sound emitting unit 102 may be provided as a speaker and the other may be provided as a receiver. It should be noted that the audio sound generation characteristics of the second sound generation component 203 and the first sound generation component 102 may be the same or different, and when the audio sound generation characteristics of the second sound generation component 203 and the first sound generation component 102 are different, the second sound generation component 203 and the first sound generation component 102 may perform an audio effect complementation effect, that is, the sound generation frequency band of the electronic device may be further widened, so as to achieve a better sound generation effect. In the following embodiments, the second sound emitting unit 203 and the first sound emitting unit 102 are both speakers, which will be described in detail.
Since the second cover 202 seals the second opening and the first cover 103 seals the first opening when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to the second position with respect to the second apparatus body 20, a dual speaker operation, i.e., a dual horn operation, can be realized. In this way, sound effects such as stereo and surround sound can be realized according to the angle at which the first apparatus main body 10 is folded with respect to the second apparatus main body 20, thereby improving user experience.
Optionally, in an embodiment, a first sealing ring 104 is further disposed on the first apparatus main body 10, and the first sealing ring 104 is disposed corresponding to the first opening; a second sealing ring 204 is further arranged on the second device main body 20, and the second sealing ring 204 is arranged corresponding to the second opening;
when the first device body 10 rotates to a first position relative to the second device body 20, the first sealing ring 104 and the second sealing ring 204 are connected and seal the sound cavity formed by the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201.
In this embodiment, the first sealing ring 104 and the second sealing ring 204 may be silica gel sealing rings, wherein the first sealing ring 104 may be disposed around the first opening, and the second sealing ring 204 may be disposed around the first opening.
The first sealing ring 104 may be a telescopic sealing ring, when the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 are opposite, the first sealing ring 104 may be in an extended state and may extend out of the first device body 10, and in other scenes, the first sealing ring 104 may be in a retracted state and may be accommodated in the first device body 10. For example, the first sealing ring 104 may be partially disposed in the first sound cavity 101, or a receiving groove may be disposed on the periphery of the first sound cavity to receive the first sealing ring 104. For example, the first sound cavity 101 may be provided with a sunken structure at the position of the first opening to accommodate the first sealing ring 104.
It should be noted that the positional relationship between the first cover plate 103 and the first seal ring 104 may be set according to actual requirements, for example, in an embodiment, when the first apparatus body 10 is rotated to a first position relative to the second apparatus body 20 and the first seal ring 104 is in an extended state, the first cover plate 103 is located on one side of the first seal ring 104; when the first sealing ring 104 is in a contracted state when the first device body 10 is rotated to the second position relative to the second device body 20, the first cover plate 103 is located between the first sealing ring 104 and the second sound cavity 201, and the first cover plate 103 can seal the first opening by the first sealing ring 104. In another embodiment, the first cover plate 103 is located in the first opening, that is, the inner wall of the first opening is provided with a slot for the first cover plate 103 to move, and the first sealing ring 104 is located between the first cover plate and the second sound cavity 201.
It should be understood that the structure of the second sealing ring 204 may be the same as the structure of the first sealing ring 104, and specifically, reference may be made to the description of the first sealing ring 104, which is not further limited herein. Because the first sealing ring 104 and the second sealing ring 204 are telescopic sealing rings, when the first device body 10 rotates to the second position relative to the second device body 20, the first sealing ring 104 and the second sealing ring 204 are prevented from contacting with the outside, and the safety of the first sealing ring 104 and the second sealing ring 204 is improved.
Further, a first positioning member 105 is further disposed on the first apparatus main body 10, and a second positioning member 205 is further disposed on the second apparatus main body 20;
when the first apparatus body 10 rotates to a first position relative to the second apparatus body 20, the first positioning member 105 and the second positioning member 205 are distributed opposite to each other and are engaged with each other.
In this embodiment, the first positioning member 105 and the second positioning member 205 are used to keep the position of the first apparatus body 10 relative to the second apparatus body 20 unchanged when the first apparatus body 10 rotates to the first position relative to the second apparatus body 20, so as to improve the stability of sealing the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201.
Specifically, the first positioning element 105 and the second positioning element 205 may be configured according to actual requirements, for example, in an embodiment, the first positioning element 105 and the second positioning element 205 may adopt a magnet and a magnet, and the magnet may be a permanent magnet, an electromagnet, or the like, and is not limited herein. In another embodiment, the positioning groove and the positioning column can be further provided.
Optionally, the number of the first positioning elements 105 and the number of the second positioning elements 205 are both N, where N is an integer greater than 1.
In an embodiment, N first positioning elements may be disposed at intervals and around the first sound cavity 101, and N second positioning elements may be disposed at intervals and around the second sound cavity 201.
As shown in fig. 5, N is 4, wherein 4 first positioning members 105 are disposed corresponding to four corners of the first opening, and 4 second positioning members 205 are disposed corresponding to four corners of the second opening. The stability of the sealing of the first sound cavity 101 and the second sound cavity 201 can be improved by providing a plurality of first positioning members 105 and second positioning members 205.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
